Did not expect my stay to be as good as it was when I saw the outside of the hotel. Located very close to all the busy areas, it's just far enough away to be quiet. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much but the interior is cosy, inviting and it's surprising large. The standard double room I had was a bit on the small side but still comfortable and well furnished. Everything seemed clean enough and worked OK. A little disappointed on the finishing touches like the little chocolates left for me that had melted and were sticky when I arrived, and the view from my window of a building site next door, but then I was only there overnight. Slept very well and the bed was nice and comfy. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it was very standard and could have been a bit more unique but I couldn't fault the service. The restaurant is really nice and it's very pleasant to eat there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I think this is a good hotel to stay in. Not the best, but I'd definitely stay here again. 4/5

What an absolutely amazing hotel! I stayed here for slightly more than a week during my trip to Dublin. The hotel is very well located within walking distance to many of the top sights in Dublin including O'Connell Street. The hotel is clean, rooms are great, and the service is beyond excellent. Each of the staff members I interacted with were extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin. Keep up the awesome work Hotel 7!

We had a lovely afternoon tea experience here! Lovely, attentive staff with smiling faces and great interior decor! The sandwiches were lovely and the scones were to die for!! ❤️❤️ I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY'RE FROM! Our only comment would be the vegetarian wrap, we thought it didn't taste nearly as nice as the others. Thank you for a lovely time!

Experience Couldn't be better! Receptionist and staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean, the room has nice decorations and bed is very comfortable. The location is just perfect to visit the city and the street whereis located is quite and peaceful. For sure I will come back!

Absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were so lovely, cosy and comfortable. Well equipped too! Great water pressure, insulation and heating which are not standard in Dublin… Didn’t expect much but this hotel truly is fab! The staff were very friendly too and housekeeping did a stellar job of making everything look absolutely perfect.

We had a lovely three night stay at Hotel 7. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was really nice. I can also definitely recommend the breakfast! A good buffet, coffee machine, and the cook definitely knows how to make some tasty pancakes. Plus the location is very central and close to a stop with a bus that goes straight to the airport. The only things I disliked were that the beds were quite hard and the room was noisy — we could hear other people’s showers at times and we could hear people talking in the hallways when they walked past.

Oh my god what a fab experience. I went here for the afternoon tea . The staff there was an absolute gem. She was at her best at all time I must say this is probably the best customer service I have ever received. The lady was so pleasant and you just know she loves her job. Great job miss . Just for that experience I would go back. The afternoon tea had very good options of sandwiches and cakes and scones. Just loved the ambiance of the place. Would definitely love to stay here. Thank you team for making my day. What a gem of customer service .

We had a really good time there; it’s very close to the center but it’s not noisy and not too much traffic nonetheless, the breakfast was great, there is a buffet plus a menu, the staff is lovely and helpful and the design of the place is crazy beautiful! The only downside is that there is very little plug outlet, except near the bed. For instance, i think there is only a plus outlet for the shaver in the bathroom and none for the hair dryer.

Midweek stay in this lovely hotel. Rooms spotless, comfortable bed, great shower and lovely Rituals toiletries. Breakfast was very tasty. The customer service is amongst some of the best I have experienced. So attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you all at Hotel 7 for a great stay. Will be back and will recommend to friends.

The rooms are smalish, but very confy and stylish. The look from the rooms was so-so - with cats on the roof. The staff was helpful and always available for any of my requests. Ewelina at the bar is super nice - I loved her!

So disappointed to return to what was once a favourite place to have a bite or a drink when in this part of town. The service was absolutely brutal. Literally two people in the place this evening, I was one of them. I was then joined for dinner by a friend, so then there was three people. The staff just completely ignored us, it was ridiculous. I had to ask for a menu, ask for a drink, ask could I order food, ask could we have condiments, ask for water. Many items on the menu were unavailable, including the Old Fashioned cocktail which is so simple to make. Many staff walking up and down through the room, more interested in some filming that was going on, presumably to advertise the hotel. Laughable really considering they treated the actual customers there like they were invisible. A couple of people arrived and left while we were there after standing like fools and assuming the place was not serving. It such a pity it's a really nice space and the food and wine we had were very good. We won't be back again.

Stayed here just for one night as we were going to a concert. We loved it. Spotless hotel with great staff and the breakfast was delicious. Great rain shower and super comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Small but well appointed hotel in a convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good but the menu a little limited. I would stay here again on any future visits to Dublin

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely boutique hotel in the center of Dublin. In the bar I met a friendly bar man who made me feel very welcome and chatted to me which does not always happen anymore in the best of hotels. The bar/restaurant was a comfortable and relaxing space.

Stayed midweek for one night when visiting The Gate - 5 mins walk away. A converted, expanded Georgian house with 50 rooms and everything refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were lovely, the food was great (especially the included breakfast) - will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic decor. Place is beautiful and such an impression when you come in. We booked an afternoon tea from Groupon just as something different to do. Food was very poor, you could tell food was sitting out for long. We don't eat salmon and being honest the smell makes me want to vomit when asked if they could not give us the salmon sandwich, we were rudely told by the waitress no its the deal and they don't want food waste. Felt they could have facilitated this as we didn't ask for a substitute. Hot chocolate and coffee was amazing. Restaurant manager was so lovely and friendly. We could possibly be back.

Came here for afternoon tea with prosecco for 2 with a friend and we had a great experience. The sandwiches, scones and desserts were delicious and all coffee and tea was included. The head waitress was so attentive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, she also ran the entire service very efficiently. The other waitresses were lovely but not as attentive - we ended up staying afterwards for drinks and had to walk up to the bar to order and ask for cocktail/wine menus all but one of the times as they weren't attending to our table very well.. All in all we had a wonderful afternoon and will definitely return.

Rooms are small but well appointed and clean. Restaurant has limited menu, but meals were excellent. Great breakfast. Staff are outstanding, particularly Glen the Restaurant Manager. Good location for Central Dublin.

We stayed here for three nights and it was truly an amazing experience! The location is great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is so friendly and experienced. They tried their best to be at our service. Particularly the lady called Biljana, she was so helpful, sweet and cheerful all the time! She made us feel very welcome and remembered our requests, which was very considerate of her. The only small “complaint” I would note is that, in order to flush the toilet, one has to press the button several times. If they could repair that, it would be perfect! Definitely recommend Hotel 7! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My sister and I had a wonderful afternoon tea here. The staff are incredible, attentive and just so kind!! The food was very fresh and each item was so flavourful. Absolute bliss. I would highly recommend the afternoon tea, whether or not you're staying at the hotel.

I had dinner at Hotel 7 last night on their outdoor terrace - a 5 star experience! The outdoor terrace is beautifully decorated - a secret garden in the middle of the city. If anything the photos don't do it justice. Also lots of umbrella cover and heaters - essential for outdoor dining in Dublin! The menu offers great variety; the tuna steak was cooked to perfection, and starter and desserts were delicious! The staff couldn't have been more courteous or attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening, will definitely be back!

Afternoon on the terrace was lovely. Really nice setting & tables well spaced out. Prompt service & all staff wore masks properly. While it was lovely there was nothing overly creative about the sandwiches - egg smoked salmon, coronation chicken. The food was very fresh. The choice of tea was very basic - breakfast tea/ peppermint tea. For afternoon tea it would be nice to have a range of teas and even a menu to choose from e.g. Oolong, darjeeling etc. The hotel is lovely, clean and modern and I would definitely be tempted back to try dinner there.

Extremely central to city centre. Beautiful modern hotel, bedrooms clean air-con a bonus . Breakfast and dinner menu delicious . Staff exceptionally friendly, helpful, efficient and so polite, one nicer than the other. This hotel well worth a visit. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely return.

Lovely place, really neat and well decorated, very classy. They have a little back garden that is really nice too. Went there for an afternoon tea bought on Groupon and it was really lovely

Although I didn't stay in the hotel myself and some friends went for afternoon tea and I have to say it was exceptional. The staff were so lovely and attentive and the food was delicious. Very impressed. I would definitely go again. The decor is gorgeous and felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. I couldn't fault anything.

My sister and I stayed at the Hotel 7 in September after thoroughly researching several hotels that were close to O'Connell Street. While the staff were courteous and the rooms nice, we contacted the front desk, manager, maintenance etc... throughout our stay due to the a/c not working in the room. They brought in one fan and made excuses, but the issue was never rectified, which led to many sleepless, and uncomfortable nights due to a warm room. We'll book elsewhere the next time we travel to Dublin.

Hotel is super comfy, beautiful, smelling good, and staff super friendly and polite. Room was always tidy and clean. Room could be a bit bigger. Good distance from city center Surrounding very quiet and ok to walk during the night. Price could be a bit lower. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel 7 where we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. What a beautiful hotel, all the hotel staff were so nice and attentive whilst we were there, special thanks to Glenn who worked behind the bar, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean, rooms are spacious and modern, toiletries are supplied and of good quality, there is a wide choice of breakfast, coffees and teas, that will set you up for the day ahead, the afternoon tea was filling and delicious and highly recommended and it's a short walk to the sights of Dublin City from there. We will definitely return in the future.

Great location and excellent friendly staff. Hotel is very well appointed in the public areas, super stylish touches. The rooms felt a little on the small side, but these are old buildings close to the city centre. The bathroom was excellent, and the toiletries very fancy, even if the dispensers weren't particularly great. One dirty towel (marked from cleaning or transport rather than someone else's body) was swiftly replaced. Possibly the worst thing to say was that the 'smart TVs' weren't all that smart, and had about three working channels. Location is close to the city centre, but also felt a bit odd - slightly edgy, but most of this side of Dublin seems to have that - beautiful in the day, not quite so welcoming in the dark

Fab boutique hotel. Highly recommend. I got afternoon tea with dad and lovely coffee. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I was also lucky enough to get parking right outside the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel with great rooms, great staff, and great food. I don't think I can fault anything at the hotel, except maybe the rooms are a bit small for some people's taste, but they are really clean, modern, and comfy. The food in the restaurant was first class. Every one of the staff was excellent. I will definitely come back to this place and will book it as my first choice in Dublin city centre. I can't give this place high enough praise.

Had a pleasant afternoon Tea experience here a month back or so. Lovely decorated interior with a nice smell and atmosphere. Food was lovely, scones were amazing, coffee was tasty. We had a lovely server called Elena who was very attentive to people's needs. Will definitely be back, would love to try a dinner menu here
