DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel is the worst place I have ever been. The rooms in the pictures don't exist, I found that out after asking the lady on reception if we could change rooms. I showed her the pictures and said I would like one of these rooms, she said they don't exist and that she is not responsible for the pictures that management upload. I would honestly be worried about my things being stolen in the night and waking up with some disease. 100% better off roughing it in a park.

We needed to sleepover in town as we went for a late event and consumed beverages. Room 411, in the top floor and broken lift was a first surprise. Many surprises followed soon. Wore off painting, furniture old, broken, with different color patches, dirt and rust in the corners, view to the inner square. Small, ugly and dirty shower, I mean tiny that you had to keep your head down, broken shelve for dispenser and glasses, so glasses were sitting on the toilet cover. The one star is for the lady who was at the reception, she was helpful and friendly and the location is perfect as it is in the heart of temple bar. Never ever more.

Room was clean. Convenient location. Needs major renovation! No safe in room. Definitely not as pictured on booking site! Floor linoleum was coming up off floor in bathroom, tv didn't work, beds worn, staff was pleasant. Did I mention it was a convenient location?

Perfect for overnight stay. At €55 for a Sunday night in Temple Bar you cannot go wrong. Very dated but our room was clean and warm. Overall perfect for putting the head down after a day shopping or a night partying. Location is perfect.

If you just want to get your head down fine. Beds comfy and linen clean. Room was clean but antiquated. Needs tarting up desperately. Staff superb and obliging. No lift its broken. Noisy if your bedroom above club. Hotel is nothing like photos its a posh hostel. We loved it though.

Looks worn out. The lift didn't work at all and the wifi wouldn't connect in our room. We had a problem with the tap in the shower, it wouldn't switch off one morning. . Noisy in the streets downstairs. This hotel needs a revamp....climbing 60 stairs to our room on the 3rd floor 2 or 3 times a day was no joke. On the positive side this hotel is close to all amenities and the staff were really helpful.

Lady on reception could not have been nicer. Her manner and the Reception decor is to lure you into a false sense of security. Shower n token upon arrival however this was fixed promptly to their credit. Lightbulbs in room missing/broken. Bed springs practically non existent. Decor chipped and damaged. Window near impossible to close with noisy fan outside room. Hotel is above/part of a loud bar. You have to leave your key at reception which I wasn’t too comfortable with either. 0/10. Pay €20 euros more for something else nearby

Horrible hotel. The worst. Staff are arrogant and not helpful. The lift wasn't working (has been out of order for 8 months now and still no plans of having it fixed). Room is very dirty. Bed is very uncomfortable. Loud noise coming from the club. Fire alarm went off twice during the night (1am and 2am). On our 2nd day there was no hot water for the whole day. Seen 3 couples who arrived in the hotel but there were no rooms available for them because they overbooked. No apologies given to the customers. They just sent them away. Very horrible experience with this hotel. Don't be fooled by the nice photos on their website.

This was an awesome experience. We stayed on the second floor the first night. Went to bed around 10pm at midnight the live band started lmao was like the band was in our room. So we got up and went down and watched all the bands play had a few drinks at about 2 am they were all done went back to bed. Next night they put us on 4th floor. Kinda felt like we graduated and earned the best room after that it was quiet and the staff were awesome. Thanks Paul. Great location. Everything in walking distance or use the hop on hop off buses to go anywhere. Will definitely stay here again and a must stay for those adventures travelers or people who love the nightlife. After all who stays in the room when your on vacation. Cheers. 😁

Location is fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The room was no frills and clean if a bit run down. The biggest negative was the noise from the bar on the ground floor, if you're not planning on being out late, it would be best to try and get a room on an upper floor.

Room is relatively clean (if your standards are not that high), but really needs a renovation. It does not even come close to what is shown in the Pictures. The bathroom was decently sized, and we had hot water, tho hot in this context means almost boiling. Which is somewhat fatal because it can't be adjusted. Our toilet stopped flushing halfway through our stay, but it was promptly fixed, and worked fine afterwards. We couldn't lock the bathroom. The beds are alright, but the mattress are quite old and worn down. Same for the floor and furniture. TV wasnt working, and we had a light bulb missing as a reading light. The WiFi is very slow, and had a week connection in our Room (kept disconnecting us). Overall its alright if you only plan to sleep here, its not worth the money tho.

Stayed over the weekend in this hotel and for the money paid it's a really nasty one. The only positive things I can say is that the reception staff were friendly and it's situated in the centre of the city, close to many attractions however: - lifts was out of order - old and dirty atmosphere - window was cracked and a night stand light wasn't working - mould surrounding the windows - very noise area, right next to a club that plays music until at 3-4am and the windows do a terrible job of keeping out the noise - walls made of cardboard, you can hear everybody moving about the hotel, entering rooms, closing windows etc - very expensive for what you get Avoid!

Very poor standard room, nothing worked properly or didn't work TV, Shower, Lift, lock. Accommodation booked for me, so I didn't see reviews. I was given a room on a first floor directly above the live music pub which belongs to the hotel. Loud music, electronic and rock plays and vibrates through the room until 4am. So fine if you don't want to sleep. Room smells of smoke, which I think came from the bar. I asked to be moved to a room higher in the building and they wouldn't move me. Definitely wouldn't recommend, your just paying for a room to store luggage.
