Mabel and Liam were the most superb hosts,the room was clean and the bed very nice.There is a very welcoming atmosphere in this old Beautiful building that is full of character and charm.The breakfast was the best I had in a long time,and nothing was to much trouble for Mabel and Liam.The Dart is less than a 3 minutes walk away.Overall I was very pleased with my stay and I will be coming back for sure, thanks

You could not ask better host's as Mable and Liam. Both of them most caring and lovely. The room was great, super clean, bed very comfortable, big wardrobes for clothes and not to forget the big sofa front of TV. That place is truly amazing. What comes to location, you are in walking distance from everything! Highly recommended!

Mabel and Liam are the nicest people, so friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them, we stayed here as my daughter was getting married, we came over from Liverpool, the breakfast was gorgeous, the guest house was clean and homely 😁
