Music
was
good
but
unfortunately
that
was
the
only
positive
part
of
visiting
this
pub.
My
only
regret
whilst
visiting
Ireland
has
been
purchasing
a
drink
here.
One
glass
of
Archers
(peach
schnapps)
with
lemonade
was
charged
at
€17,
not
even
including
the
lemonade
which
was
then
charged
as
an
additional
fee.
For
reference,
the
glass
was
very
small
and
primarily
filled
with
ice
(which
was
not
requested).
An
entire
70cl
bottle
of
pure
Archer's
would
usually
retail
for
around
£11
in
the
UK
and
approximately
€19
at
most
in
Ireland.
We
have
been
out
for
incredible
meals
in
great
restaurants
here
for
less
than
the
cost
of
one
drink
at
this
pub.
We
left
without
ordering
anything
else.
I
will
never
drink
here
again
and
nor
will
anyone
I
visited
with.
The
other
bars
in
the
area
were
cheaper
with
better
atmospheres
and
the
same
degree
of
good
live
music,
so
I
would
highly
recommend
giving
any
of
the
many
other
places
in
Temple
Bar
a
try
instead.
If
you
do
visit
this
particular
pub
anyway,
please
learn
from
our
mistake
and
don't
order
a
drink
-
you
can
get
much
more
for
less
elsewhere.
Disgustingly
overpriced
and
I
can
see
now
that
this
is
also
reflected
within
other
recent
reviews
(i.e.
someone
mentions
being
charged
€27
for
a
pint
here
vs
€6
for
the
same
order
down
the
road,
and
even
a
Dublin
local
has
left
a
review
to
dissuade
tourists
about
from
going
to
this
particular
place
too).
I
hate
leaving
negative
reviews
but
I
feel
compelled
to
warn
others.
This
pub
is
not
as
user
friendly
as
it
may
seem
from
the
outside
and
I
would
hate
for
anyone
else
to
experience
the
same.
Really
disappointing.
