Okay living spaces but dirty rooms. At first we assumed our room was just dirty (may have been missed by the cleaner or something) but the manager assured us that all guests have the same experience... Price wise - likely fine if in a multi-room dorm but very, very poor value for money if you book private rooms.

I stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed my time. It is small in comparison to some of the really big ones in Dublin, but that only adds to the cozy and familiar atmosphere of the accommodation. The staff is super helpful and nice at all times. The 8-bed-dorm I stayed in was generous from what I've experienced. Breakfast consists of Toast, jam and cereals, including free tea and coffee. The kitchen is big and offers cooking space for about 2 to 3 groups at once. They also offer a meeting point for walking tours. It can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but that's just what you're in for if you're focused on staying in central Dublin.

We had been 3 nights there. The room was dirty as you can see in the photos since the first days. We had a hard allergy to the dust. When the people from the room was leaving they didn't clean it, and a lot of dirty towels from nobody where around the room. The breakfast is poor ( marmalade, bread, some cereals).

Good hostel, not properly in the city centre (10/15 min walk from the spire). The private room was clean but slightly small. It was too hot and the WiFi in the room doesn't work properly.

Great location, close enough to walk to anywhere you want to go but away from the tourist centers of the town so it's quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helped us find some nice local cafes and pubs to get a good, cheap bite at. Rooms were in need of a bit of maintenance, but for the price it was nothing to complain about. Overall, I'd stay here again and recommend to friends coming to the city!

Excellent location, near the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle so was quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. Staff were really unhelpful and unfriendly. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good location and manager willing to change my room due to street noise in front bedrooms plus the 4 flights of stairs to top floor which are prohibitive for some. Very clean and felt quite safe; easily walkable to sites restaurants, pubs, etc.....

We got a private room. Which was amazing, considering the rate that we paid. The desk attendant wad always very polite and helpful in providing information to us naive foreigners

Great place, available and helpful people, clean rooms and well localized. Nothing bad to say about this place except we had a noisy room because it was near the reception and the window was overlooking the street (people are punchy in Dublin, so noisy!). Good place.

The place is pretty clean and the staff are nice, the rooms are subpar and in need of repair with holes in the ceilings and bare walls. I've only had one hot shower, the rest have been cold or lukewarm. The rooms are noisy from road traffic and lots of light comes in from the blinds. The beds are shoddy, noisey, basic and uncomfortable free WiFi at least.

Pros: - Tucked far enough away off of the tourist center to be mellow, but close enough to easily walk everywhere. - Inexpensive - Friendly staff - Generally clean Cons: Room C (private room w/bath) is a bummer, would recommend requesting a different room. - It's a dark little room with a very low ceiling and tiny window on the first floor. Though maybe not rooms A or B either as they appear to be in the basement. - Most uncomfortable bed imaginable...like a piece of plywood placed on a bed frame with a brace that's too high running down the middle. Also kinda' smelled like urine. - Extremely loud plumbing that clanks at 3-60 second intervals all night long if the toilet in the room upstairs in running.

Staff was really nice, helpful and answered all of our questions. The included breakfast just doesn't have a lot of variety and we found some dirt from the people that had the room before us. But it was overall a really good hostel, reasonable prize, right at the central with a 10 minute walk to the O'Connel street. Grocery shops are nearby and some little churches are nearby also. Would go there again.
