I'd
like
to
start
by
stating
that
I'm
-NOT-
vegetarian/vegan,
so
this
review
comes
from
a
person
who
eats
meat
very
regularly.
This
was
a
great
experience.
As
a
meat
eater,
I
was
quite
intrigued
to
see
if
all
of
these
substitutes
would
come
close
to
the
original
or
not,
and
I
was
very
surprised.
The
seitan
meat
tasted
so
real
it
was
almost
scary.
Portions
are
huge,
and
by
huge
I
mean
never
ask
for
more
than
one
dish,
unless
you
get
the
pancakes.
A
few
of
their
juices
were
really
delicious
as
well.
Personnel
were
very
kind,
but
strangely
they
never
took
any
notes
of
our
order
(which
was
a
bit
precise
with
removing
and
adding
available
ingredients).
This
was
surprising
until
they
arrived
with
a
mess.
Every
single
dish
(except
for
the
pancakes)
was
wrong,
and
they
also
brought
the
wrong
juices.
They
tried
to
compensate
by
giving
us
the
first
round
of
juices
for
free,
which
was
a
nice
gesture
at
least.
As
for
the
food,
we
just
manually
removed
the
unwanted
ingredients
ourselves,
as
there
was
no
need
to
trash
perfectly
good
food.
All
in
all,
we
all
enjoyed
our
dishes
very
much,
and
I
was
really
surprised
that
this
was
not
real
meat!
While
this
is
absolutely
not
a
5
star
restaurant,
I
strongly
encourage
people
to
try
it,
especially
the
non-vegan,
it's
always
good
to
try
to
understand
the
other
side
of
the
coin!
