😐 Dig deep and there are some horror stories here. Nice lobby with OK cafés and coffee shops but bring money with you or don't come. Even with money there seems a lot of complaints and incompetence in relation to looking after people's health. Nice looking don't mean squat! People often mention hospital, staff, Beacon, experience, care, appointment, Hospital, nurses, doctor, team,

I had a great experience here. The processes were smooth and the staffs are efficient and caring. I found some difficulties to reach whether I wanted to go inside the hospital as it is big. It would be great if the management can improve the navigation hints inside. Inside you can see a lot of cafes and large lounges. Just make sure that your insurance is covering your procedures here.

I was very happy with this hospital a few years ago but now everything is changing. The standards of care are decreasing - some staff who previously worked in public hospitals and were rude to the patients / did not bother to help, do not realise that they now work in private and very expensive hospital where things should be different. Some of the nonsense, talking down to patients and inefficiency of the public hospital system was brought over to this private hospital. Some consultants spend 5 minutes with you and rush you out of the door / cannot wait to get rid of you after you paid €150-€300. You should not be rushed out of the door at these prices. Below is my detailed experience with different departments ( A&E, KIDS, DAY CASE, ORTHOPAEDICS, WOMENS CENTRE, BREAST CLINIC/ RADIOLOGY) BREAST CLINIC/ RADIOLOGY Very unhappy! The mammogram person was in a mad rush and had no understanding of pain issues/ could not care less. Ultrasound technician/ radiologist was tactless, uncompassionate and unsymphatetic. She was very annoyed / frustrated when asked about sedation options. The ultrasound scan was also very rushed. Not impressed with the breast surgeon/ consultant too re: time taken to explain things, interest in patients and information provided. 5 minutes for first consultation €240, not much explained about my condition. She did not seem to care much and could not wait to get rid of me. Waited 3 hours to see her after the scans , she barely spent another 2 min with me and was super impatient to get me out of the door again. For my mother- their MRI machine in Beacon " detected no lesions", next day ultrasound in St Vincents Hospital and CT scan in another private clinic detected a 7mm lesion. No comments GASTROINTESTINAL/COLONOSCOPY Very happy with the doctor/ consultant - clear reports provided, everything is well investigated , checked and explained well DAY CASE/ OUTPATIENT/ WOMENS CENTRE Had a really great experience - amazing French nurse in Day Case Post Op recovery who did provide wonderful care, everyone else was super helpful and kind also. Good experience with my surgeon but I felt a bit rushed at his consultations too ( not more than 5-10 min). BEACON FOR KIDS Not impressed at all with the Admin/ Nurses- rude, cold, unprofessional ( except for the young guy in reception- he was lovely). Facilities ( bathroom/ reception area) were very dirty Paediatrician was helpful and knowledgeable. DAY CASE/ PRE OP ORTHOPAEDICS Again- really good experience, amazing pre-op assesment nurses ( Liz)and staff. Good experience with the orthopaedics surgeon ( knee replacement) and good recovery. A&E Nurses cold , hypocritical and lacking empathy. Doctor was not very knowledgeable/ experienced and could not care less about you. Waited in the hall in A&E for 6 hours, charged a fortune for simple blood tests , they could not help me , advised me to go to maternity hospital and discharged me with cannulas that were still inserted at the start in my veins " just in case ". Struggling to understand the value of this emergency department v public hospital emergency department. KENT AYERS FERTILITY Wonderful doctor and person, really grateful to him, he is highly skilled, experienced, professional and compassionate. EVIE CLINIC Very kind, helpful, friendly admin/ reception staff. Neonatologist was also helpful, the only thing is waiting times- he is in the clinic only once a week.

Currently sitting in the waiting room surrounded by people for 2.5 hours where my husband has a high temperature and a vomiting bug. Nurse couldn’t get blood from him. The GP advised to go to a&e urgently 5 hours ago for fluids, worse than Beaumont, save your money and go to a public a&e. We’ve had much better experiences there where at least they make some effort to protect other patients from infectious illnesses and ensure they are not about to crash.

A bit of a different thing to “review or recommend” but after years of health issues I decided to go to a private hospital. Within 2 months I had my tests, diagnosis and surgery all completed at the beacon hospital. Every single staff member was unbelievable, all friendly, professional and completely accommodating. Even through covid as scary as it was being admitted with no visitors allowed the staff would check in and make sure I was comfortable. Honestly cannot thank them enough!

The consultant Mr Morris was very knowledgeable but I felt rushed tbh. He answered any question but I'd say i I was in there 15 minutes. I called to book a procedure. Received a call back about a week or so later which then my symptoms had eased I wanted to know if he thought it would still be advantageous to get the procedure. I was promptly told it would be another 300 euro to speak to him again. Absolutely disgusting treatment but not surprised... Rip off Ireland.

I gotta say, and I never thought I’d say this, but since moving to Ireland from America last year, the level of healthcare in this country is pretty abysmal even with private insurance. Beacon Hospital is one of those terrible institutions. I had an appointment scheduled to see a spinal surgeon at the orthopedic clinic. I was supposedly scheduled, but when I came in they didn’t have me down for an appointment. I took time off from work to be there and they told they couldn’t even accommodate me for a screw up that THEY did. Apparently, the person I spoke to on the phone never actually finished scheduling my appointment, hence the huge mess. It’s so crazy because this is such an absolute rookie mistake. The ineptitude of the situation is what’s so infuriating to me. Anyway, they apologized or whatever (yeah like that helps the situation) and told me they’d have an appointment for me next week but didnt give me a time and told me they’d call me with one. Well I’m not holding my breath and in the meantime I’ll be looking for another doctor with a less inept staff because evidently the bar is so low in this country. So how can something like this happen in 2023? Like we have so much technology available to us yet medical institutions in this country don’t have a medical app that shows you your appointment time or they don’t even bother sending an email to confirm your appointment. Is an email really that hard to send to patients? Hospitals here don’t even call you the day before to confirm your appointment like they do in America. How do they confirm your appointment in Ireland? THEY MAIL YOU A LETTER IN THE POST. This isn’t 1985. Who sends snail mail for an appointment?? Apparently here they do. Ireland is so far behind and backwards compared to other first world countries when it comes to medical administrative duties that it’s just so infuriating to people like me who are used to a modern day level of healthcare. As messed up as the American medical system is when it comes to charging patients exorbitant prices, the one thing we get right is ease of use when navigating the medical system. Unfortunately I have to deal with this inferior healthcare system for another few years while I live here, but I just wanted the people at Beacon who are reading this and other future patients to know just how bad their current system is. You can have the newest, most modern looking medical building on the planet, but if you’re still sending patients letters in the post as opposed to having an app or even just emailing them to confirm their scheduled appointment then you’re doing it wrong. Be better Ireland.

I went there last week with my 9 months old baby for an X-ray, paid €130 for it as it was private, I was told I have to wait 2-3 days for the result. 4 days later when I still didn't received anything I emailed them I got a reply that the paediatric radiologist only works once a week on Wednesdays. My X-ray was on Thursday last week so he will complete the report on Wednesday. Today I sent an email again because still no result, so they phoned me and said I have to wait up to 14 days for the result ! This is ridiculous in a private hospital. I went there and paid for a quick service, not to wait 2 weeks for the result. If they would inform me about this long waiting I go somewhere else . Now I have to wait as I can't go to get an other x ray as it's too dangerous for a baby. I'm deeply disappointed and worried.

0 stars for Dr. Aidan Grufferty. I've had three visits to Beacon Hospital's Emergency department in May 2023 due to severe stomach pain and other concerning symptoms. On my first visit on 17/05/2023, I was under the impression I might be suffering from appendicitis. Dr. Salah Bibars attended to me with a genuine sense of care. He conducted a blood test and a CT scan, and thankfully, everything appeared to be normal. I appreciated his kindness during what was a stressful time for me. On my second visit on 24/05/2023, my pain intensified. Dr. Joanna Van Der Merwe was the attending physician, and like Dr. Bibars, she treated me with kindness and empathy. After another round of tests, she provided me with pain medication to help alleviate my symptoms. However, my third visit on 30/05/2023 was an entirely different experience. My symptoms had escalated with me passing out and experiencing excruciating pain. On this occasion, I was attended by Dr. Aidan Grufferty. To say I was disappointed with the care I received from him is an understatement. When he questioned why I kept returning to the ER despite seemingly normal results, his tone was immediately off-putting. He inquired about my GP, and when I reached for my phone to provide the information, he rolled his eyes and interrupted me without allowing me to explain. After revealing my GP's name, he further questioned why I hadn't visited her instead of returning to the ER. This interaction left me feeling more anxious and upset than before. To add insult to injury, he later approached me with a printout of the tests from all three of my visits, stating, “We are unable to assist you further.” For context, I am a man in my 40s, and I've achieved considerable success in the business world. However, in my vulnerable state, Dr. Grufferty's demeanor made me feel insignificant. I've vowed never to allow anyone to treat me in such a manner again, especially a healthcare professional. I hope Dr. Aidan Grufferty reads this review and reflects on his approach to patient care. Every individual, regardless of their health condition, deserves respect and empathy. As for me, I'm left with such a negative impression of Dr. Grufferty that I cannot fathom the idea of entrusting my health to him again. While I commend the efforts and kindness of Dr. Bibars and Dr. Van Der Merwe, my experience with Dr. Grufferty was deeply unsettling. I hope Beacon Hospital takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every patient is treated with the respect and care they deserve.

Appointment booking over phone was smooth and confirmation was sent over post, SMS reminder notification was triggered day before the appointment. At hospital, Covid-19 social distancing norms were in place and well followed. The person at the reception was very active and guided accordingly. The appointment was handled at the mentioned time. The staffs were professional. Some doctors have great reviews, hence a very long wait list for getting their appointments.

I recently had a dermatological consultation at the clinic. The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and, unfortunately, left me with a sense of brevity and minimal engagement. Upon entering the consultation room, I noticed the absence of seating arrangements, leading to an awkward standing interaction. The consultant quickly assessed my skin without delving into potential root causes or engaging in a more in-depth discussion. This left me with unanswered questions and a sense of unfulfillment regarding the consultation process. I found the consultation to be notably focused on promoting skincare products and treatments, with a swift transition to discussing these offerings. While I appreciate the importance of product recommendations, the limited attention given to my concerns and the lack of an informative discussion about potential causes or preventive measures left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. Moreover, the consultation fee of 250 euros seemed disproportionate to the brief nature of the appointment. As a patient seeking comprehensive dermatological insights, the overall experience fell short of expectations. In conclusion, my interaction with the doctor and the nurse were characterized by brevity, a lack of thorough examination, and an emphasis on product promotion rather than addressing my queries. As a patient, I value a more comprehensive and informative consultation, particularly given the financial investment involved. I hope this feedback contributes to a constructive assessment of the dermatological services provided

The cardiology consultant left my results for almost 2 months, I was told on the day that everything was fine but for some reason I had to call up more than 5 times over a two month period to see why they haven’t forwarded on my results to my gp. Wa h time I was told the consultant hasn’t signed off. They’re quick enough to take €700 for the tests but the consultant couldn’t give a dam afterwards. The staff on the day are great but the consultants don’t care once you leave the office.

I've paid private health insurance for the past 35 years without any break. I'd one surgery in that time, last week. I was in severe pain but basically forced to give my bed back and go home after 2 days. I explained I lived alone and wasn't comfortable leaving as I was sweating in pain and incredibly weak. I'd to literally beg to have my painkillers on time. I found two of the nurses u dealt with very rude and lacking compassion. The surgeon was very good, he explained everything thoroughly afterwards. But with the nurses I felt very rushed. It really wasn't a nice experience, it was rather uncomfortable.

Joke hospital. They couldn't figure out my condition even though I told them what I have. They charged me a ridiculous amount after waiting for hours. What's the point of going to a private hospital if you're going to wait for hours? Doctors are incompetent here too like most of them everywhere; no difference. They don't know about most things and most of the time you will know your condition better than them. They charged me 500€ for a blood test and an ECG. It doesn't make sense. To make it worst, they can't send the receipt online! Who uses paper these days? I have to send them to my insurance company; just send them to my email for God's sake. It's infuriating. Never visiting this hospital or any other hospital again in Ireland unless I'm dying. Please God don't make me go to any Irish hospital again.

My GP referred my 18 Yr old daughter to the Beacon ENT last summer in august, saying it would be max 3 month wait. After 3 months I called and eventually got through to someone who told me the referral had “gone to the wrong place” but they’d get it sorted now and she wouldn’t be long waiting. I heard nothing. I rang again a few weeks ago as she was once more having significant ear pain, bleeding and discharge. After multiple fruitless calls I spoke to a very helpful admin who told me “the referral was sent to paediatric ENT and nobody sent it on to adult ENT”. She assured me she had emailed it to the right place and my daughter would be prioritised. As I wasn’t feeling too confident in the hospital I rang myself. I was told “yes a consultant will look at it today and I will ring you back with an appointment”. I heard nothing. After a week I called the GP and explained everything. GP saw her and started her on antibiotics and also sent updated referral asking them to see her ASAP. They have now contacted the GP saying “we can’t help you” with no explanation. I have never had such unprofessional, unhelpful dealings with any hospital (public or private). What a joke. Would not recommend!!

Fantastic experience. I can't say enough about the Beacon hospital. Cannot thank the wonderful staff at the Beacon enough, especially in the women's centre. From administration team to nurses, my consultant gynaecologist and anaesthetist/surgical team, thank you so much for all that you do. Quick to act and very professionally run and organised, especially with follow up appointments etc. Made me feel so much at ease and overall very pleasant atmosphere. Am so happy that I chose Beacon as my health care facility and would highly recommend it for anyone. Keep up the great work guys.

Private hospital? The worst hospital we have ever been, the doctor wasn't interested couldn't wait to get rid of me , didn't explain anything, didn't even read my bloods before released me. Waited 5 hours for ultrasound and both rooms not even been used when I went down. Never will I set foot in the place again.

Thank you so much. It have been a very long journey for me (A&E, Admission to the Beacon Hospital, surgeries etc). Professor Flynn and his team, the nurses, anaesthesiologist, carers were just amazing. Everybody was friendly, understanding and did everything to make me feel better day and night, even before the surgeries to keep my anxiety at minimum. Thank you so much once again. Now, I hope I won’t have anymore kidney stone 😃

This experience ended with me getting what I needed but it was a struggle. I did send feedback to their feedback email address because there were issues I found upsetting. The paperwork has been assigned the highest priority - even over patient treatment, pain management, and discomfort. The level of agony and pain I experienced and I witnessed other women experience here, was like nothing I have ever seen at any other hospital in my lifetime, on both occasions. On two occasions I was awake and listening to women near me sobbing hopelessly or hysterically, or making those specific involuntary noises people make when pain comes in strong waves and it went on and on. I did see we were stereotyped or having our pain minimized.. some had a tendancy to try to score it themselves and override the patient/me and I was quick to spot that and correct it as politely as I could. Women should not be embarrassed, ignored, begging, spoken down to or in fear of being labeled or stereotyped when trying to get a decent standard of care and pain management. There was one male nurse who was amazing, i cannot say enough nice things about him.. and he was kind to me and the woman in distress beside me. There was a doctor who helped me out so i could leave, and was easy and quick to talk to. The anesthetist was good, i wasn't happy about pain management obviously .. but had no anesthetic issues, not even nausea.

The staff and nurses are very helpful, kind, they do their best. But now I'm still in the hospital and I've been waiting in the emergency department for more than 6 hours for the doctor to evaluate the test results. This is a private hospital… There's a lot to say, but rebelling doesn't help much.

My son attended an out patient appointment in the Beacon for kids. The hospital had plenty of parking and easy to get to. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and caring. We got the appointment one week after the referral was sent in and saw the consultant one week after that. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I had a skin cancer scare back in May & was referred to Dr.Ismail for consultations & further treatment to the areas up until now (august). From the staff behind the desk, to the nurses assisting Doctor Ismail, to Dr.Ismail herself - so helpful, reassuring & made me feel very much at ease the whole time. I Couldn't recommend them more.

As of June, 2022, I am editing my initial grade to reflect improved experience at The Beacon. I had a somewhat more complicated initiation into the Beacon Women's Centre - but further experience in their Day Unit for a minor surgical procedure, and with their Pre-Op Assessment team has prompted me to reconsider my initial evaluation. I have more context on my initial experience: my consultant is in the process of establishing a dual practice in NI and ROI - and as such, has a lot to juggle. My initial experience prompted me to judge this quality harshly, but experiences since have been very positive. I was very happy with the Pre-Op Assessment team - who were exceptionally thorough and pleasant, and then my experience in the Day Unit - which was, all things considered, very quick, but professional and even personal, as the nursing team, my consultant and anesthetist all worked as an exceptional team to meet my health needs. It was especially helpful to get more context on my consultant's process / schedule, which helped clarify for me his perspective and helped me process the feeling. It can be difficult and vulnerable to be in hospital - and to feel rushed by the experience - which I responded to negatively on initial interaction; but I think this was overly judgmental on my part. My needs were well met, by friendly, kind and professional staff, who helped me to feel at ease during a procedure I was initially unsure and frightened to undertake. While I think any hospital is a busy place, with busy consultants - who are real people and like all of us have strengths, weaknesses and difficult days - I would say my most recent experiences have tipped the balance toward a positive experience with The Beacon, in a way I would feel confident recommending to others.

I'm incredibly grateful for how I was received, from getting the appointment until the appointment and procedure itself, it was just wonderful. When contacting them to make an appointment for a breast scan they called me back withing minutes and had an appointment within a little over a week, when I walked in, I was assisted withing minutes and after speaking to the nurses and the doctor, who were incredibly helpful and reassuring, I was also able to get a mammogram and a consultation right away, they kept checking in with me and guided me through the entire process, I felt really well supported and they made the procedure less stressful. Can't recommend them enough.

Exceptional Care and Service at Beacon Hospital I recently had the privilege of receiving medical care at Beacon Hospital, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the outstanding level of care and service I received throughout my procedure. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to my well-being. As someone with multiple allergies, including allergies to anaesthesia, I was understandably concerned about the complications that could arise during my procedure. However, the team at Beacon Hospital went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. They took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and allergies, addressing any concerns I had with utmost care and attention. The receptionist at Beacon Hospital was warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Their friendly demeanour and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a patient. Dr Carmody and their team were exceptional in every aspect. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident from the moment we met. They took the time to explain the procedure, including the potential risks and how they would navigate my specific allergies. Their ability to provide reassurance and instil confidence in their abilities was truly remarkable. Throughout my stay at Beacon Hospital, I felt genuinely cared for and looked after. The nursing staff was attentive, compassionate, and responsive to my needs. Thank you.

I had surgery yesterday in the Beacon and was discharged today. The service provided was incredible, every detail was thought out and delivered with professionalism and a friendly manner. The pace of the service is fast, but at every stage the team at the Beacon took the time to fully engage and explain. The staff are awesome from the Day Unit, Theatre to Ward and Discharge, they were so helpful. Surgery is a scary journey but you guys put me at ease, thank you. Also, the food is amazing!!!

The Beacon Hospital is a private hospital. My appointment there was extremely pleasant, quick, and helpful, but also cost €200. As a hospital you can expect great service, friendly staff, a pleasant environment, and short wait times. However, as it is private you will be paying for these services if you are uninsured.

As an American who has always been treated at the top clinic of Mayo Clinic my entire life I was scared to death to experience healthcare anywhere else. After breaking my foot I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how great the staff is here. The nurses, registration, consultants..everyone. I feel a lot of comfort after being seen here now multiple times and having surgery. It’s a different process than I’m used to but that’s a learning curve on my part. Thank you to all the staff for putting my anxiety to the way side.

Excellent experience! Lovely receptionist checked me in. Nurses in the Day Unit could not have been any better and more kind. Staff in theatre really did everything to patiently put my mind at ease ahead of my procedure. The consultant even cracked a few jokes to dispel my nerves. Best tea and toast EVER after the procedure brought to me by a friendly and smiling member of catering staff. Overall great experience. Would not go anywhere else for my care again. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the hospital staff at the beacon hospital. I was so pleased with the nurse Emma because she was so helpful. Diana was so kind to me and she knows just how to make you feel good. Patrick was so kind and he was so kind. I think that the staff of the Beacon should be given more credit than you think. Anna was so kind to me and I want to thank you all. The health minister of the irish government has a lot to answer for. Fair play ti all the staff i the Beacon.

My Father in Law recently had a fairly major heart surgery involving a stay at the Beacon. Docs, Nurses, Physios and all support staff were brilliant. He especially loved the friendly lady who chatted to him and made him laugh as she dropped in his meals. Made his stay so much better when he could not have visitors. Great hospital.

Worst facility in terms of waiting for treatment. Had an appointment at 1 and the doctor visited at 4pm. I don't know if they are short on staff or standards but this is not the right way to treat patients. The CT scan head told the reports take maximum of 30 minutes but even after CT scan had to wait for 2 hours before the reports reached the doctor for analysis and final treatment. For a simple fever and stomach pain it took 8 hours for the hospital to give the right treatment.

Im surprised i dont trust hospitals past experience but this one is run very well. Simple system followed to the rule . Nurse designated to you ,bloods ,ecg done then doctor visits says what he thinks sends my wife down for ct scan ,results back 2.5 hrs, meanwhile on a saline drip. Doctor follows up explains clearly the problem, inflammation of gallbladder but no stones and biliary ducts clear . But CT scan is not the scan of choice for gall bladder issues. Throws a bit of antibiotics and paracetamol thro IV then a prescription and referral back to gp. Painkillers on a regular basis ,no word back from Vincents hospital for surgery Got the ball rolling for surgery abroad ,wife is 9 weeks off work now and in pain ,afraid to eat. Decided on 6/6/23 to pay for private ultrasound, report states mutliple gall stones present!!!!! How can so many medical professionals miss such a common condition. Blanchardstown hospital sent the wife home with acid reflux and constipation. I'm really disappointed and annoyed with the hospitals and that my wife had to go thro this . Same consultant present at beacon and Blanchardstown ,for what? We are now approved for surgery abroad Thro CBD.

Top marks to Urology consultant Mr. De Wildt and his team. The operation I had has been life changing in a very positive way. I only had to wait 5 weeks from my first consultation to having the operation. In N. Ireland where I live they had told me I'd have to wait 1-4 years, and the operation I had at Beacon is the gold standard, and much superior to what I'd have had done with the NHS if I'd waited. I'm very happy with the whole experience. It was expensive as all private health is, but for the quality of life I have now, was definitely worth it.

I had a fantastic experience with Chris and James at the Sports lab doing VO2 testing and learning about my health/fitness. It was very informative and they were both knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I’d 100% recommend it to any athlete/ person wanting to take control of their health/ training regimen. They also provide training plans and can help with all sorts of fitness goals. Great experience all around.

I recently attended the Beacon Hospital. Overall my experience was great. Prof. TURLOGH O'DONNELL is exceptional. His work is amazing and his team. I stayed overnight and the nurses, care attendants, canteen staff, cleaners are all great at what they do and don't get enough credit. Great experience. 🙂

I had a colonoscopy done here. The process was very smooth. The hospital is nice and clean. The doctor and nurses were very kind. They also offered a small breakfast after the colonoscopy, which was much appreciated after one day of fasting.

This place is excellent, providing the best service. The hotel besides the hospital is good as well. I lived there for several months and it was amazing.

I attended the Beacon Hospital twice in the last month for scheduled appointments. The service was excellent in every respect. The care treatment and service I received was of the very highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending the Beacon to patients and families seeking the very best professional advice guidance and service. Thanks Ambrose McLoughlin

Both of my children had operations on the same day under Dr. Fennessy. From arriving at the hospital to leaving I couldn't find fault. All staff doctors, theater staff, nurses, cleaning staff, receptionist, admin and catering staff were fantastic. My children and myself felt at ease and reassured throughout their procedure and afterwards. I couldn't possibly thank the team enough for the work they do.

Most of the 1 star reviews are patients who had to wait to be seen or had changes to appointments etc. this is normal for as often teams or staff need to be moved around unexpectedly due to emergencies or surgerys that take longer than expected. Surgerys also take time to put the team required together to ensure everyone that may be needed is here so you are in the best care. If you look at the reviews based on the hospital, staff, treatments, surgery's, professionalism, etc it is almost all 5 star reviews. My surgery too was delayed a few days but this should not reflect any review! They are excellent here every single staff are very good and care about their job. The catering staff like to help also and enjoy their jobs 😀 great food and great wifi also a great bonus 😊😊😊 Thank you.

Had my appendix removed about two months ago only complains I have are in the emergency department I was told by one of the doctors I was getting surgery, he was then pulled out of the room by a nurse and never returned. When asked do I know what’s happening for my surgery later that night I hadn’t a clue cause the doctor never came back and told me what it was for or when. The nurses on the ward when I went up where amazing looked after me so well really reassured me not to worry. The nurse that took over their shift after was out of surgery was completely different I had gotten sick after coming out of surgery she left the sick bag on my table the entire night along with the blanket I had gotten sick on, I was too unwell to even realise I had been sleeping in my sick the whole night. The next nurse to take over her shift had not been too impressed with me for not throwing the sick bad out or the sheets even though my iv was attached to the bed so I couldn’t physically move from the bed to do anything. It was only these two nurses that made my experience bad at the beacon as I’ve been before for a separate issue and it was absolutely amazing. I would recommend their hospital and I wouldn’t let them two nurses stop me from going to them again, but I would say it really did make me feel worse especially spending so much money to stay and be in their care.
