The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready and it's been almost a year now - still paying full price. I need my invoice every month to send to my company as they reimburse me part of the membership and it's a nightmare. I have to send email requesting it and they answer when they are in mood for that. I have talked to managers but also don't care at all. It's humiliating having to beg for something I shouldn't even ask for, in first place. If it's paid, the invoice should be sent to my email. They have recently decided to increase the membership and I only know because my friend got the email and told me - like I said, emails and customer care are not really their strong point. The email does say they plan to reopen the spa very soon but as far as I know "very soon" is not a date. It's supposed to be a luxury club but they treat their customers like rubbish.

It is sad how the quality of this place dropped significantly. It was a great gym 2 years ago. Now it's a shame. 1. When the machine breaks, takes ages to be fixed. 2. Ventilation is poor during summer time. 3. It was missing soap to take a shower and toilet paper on women's changing room me than once. This is unacceptable! When I asked the staff, she told me that it took too much time to order and then they were out of stock. 4. The spa is already a joke. A promise for over a year and nothing! 5. The membership price is high, so it's expected to have the best quality products and services, but unfortunately the only thing that is worthy is the location. I won't recommend this gym anymore. At least until they decide to be back on track and improve their business. Disappointed.

What’s happening with teens and kids in the adults gym area and not their specific zone? The spa is pretty crowded, 22 people in the sauna the other day. Maybe suggest the best hours to go? Spinning and yoga live Classes are cool and I find it pretty clean compared with other places but the teens situation is very annoying, please watch out for these!!

Ridiculous customer service to begin with. Signed up for the free 3 day trial, was told I can't enter the gym until I get an induction. After a week of multiple phone calls, emails and drop in visits, I finally got an appointment for my induction, which involved signing a form and one of the staff members just showing me where the changing rooms are etc. After my trial, could not get information about joining the gym for another 2 weeks. Then I was told the joining fee is €650, which is absolutely not true. I know someone who used to work there and I know there's no set joining fee as the staff make commission off whatever money they can get in through the joining fee. Imagine trying to charge this much money on top of an already expensive monthly membership, when the spa has been closed for over a year and the equipment in the gym isn't in top shape either. If you want to charge "premium" prices, you should at least make sure that your customer service and facilities are in premium shape.

What do you get for €79 per month and a €150 sign up fee? (price increased to €89 per month from Sept'22) - Mouldy shower areas - Spa area closed for ~1 year for redevelopment (embarrassing mis-management of this project has led to vague timelines being disclosed to members and frequent delays) - Mystery weight selection on many of the cable machines (numbers somehow rubbed off and not properly replaced). There has been no attempt to fix this for 1+ year now. - When parts break they replace them with sub par items or do a bodge job, for example of adding bicycle tape over weight machine handle bars (which eventually falls off) instead of getting a proper replacement part. - In the weights area, there are not enough weight plates for barbells to go around all of the lifting platforms and bench press stations so you are constantly having to ask others to share - Very busy gym floor at peak times I have visited many gyms, in a few different countries and this is by far the worst value for money. Many counsil gyms offer better equipment.

Joined in December & wasn’t told the spa was closed before signing up, I found out and was told it would be 2/3 months. It’s been 6 months now and still closed. I’ve been paying €79 a month just for access to the gym. There should be reduced rates until spa is back open! Or atleast tell new joining members.

It's a great gym but the spa area has been out of service for about 16 months now. They refuse to give us updates on when it will be open. Meanwhile they've upped the price to 89 euros a month. In case you are wondering that's the price, 89 euros. They wont tell you that on the phone. Plus they try and charge you a joining fee of a couple of hundred euros. You should avoid this place at the moment, they are being deceitful about the spa area.

Really badly run, customer service is a disgrace. Joined a year ago and within two weeks the spa was closed and still hasn’t opened, then they increase my membership when I haven’t got to use the full facilities. I emailed, spoke to manangers and no one has gotten back to me , instead they cancel my membership when I never asked them to instead of answering my query over the price increase. I just got back a one line answer and nothing I asked in the email was addressed. Then I went to use my card and it wouldn’t work, when I asked why they had cancelled my membership I was told that Jane from the office said It was because didn’t write back ?? I was Actually in shock, it’s disgraceful how a nice gym is ran and no one ever gets back to. I’ve spoke to a manager twice and still nothing. I like the gym but if you have an issue , good luck trying to sort it out. I can see A lot of people have the same problems. Still no spa area and then they decide to increase the membership and advertise how much the spa is costing them , its so unfair and a disgraceful way to run an expensive gym. We are all paying for this spa that’s not open because how dear it is, but still I’ve never got to use it. How does that make sense?? Seems like they spent too much money on it and the members have to foot the bill.

I joined this gym during summer and the facilities are good. But the fact that I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past 4 months and even tho I sent emails I realised that I have been being charged anyway. I moved away in November and 270€ are just gone from my bank account, how complicated can it be to cancel a membership? Disappointed what a shame.

Customer service is horrific when you compare to the monthly gym membership fee. Can't even answer basic questions. Car park is full 99% of the time as they have far too many members than the car park can facilitate. I'm here writing this at 6.45AM with 6 cars ahead of me waiting to park. Eating into my valuable personal time and making me re-think my membership. I didn't sign up to sit in a queue of cars for 20mins.

Typical Dublin business. The more prices go up the more quality declines. After paying 80 Euros per month you would think you would get hot shower out of it. Sadly it is not the case. Also WARNING: When they are signing you up they will tell you if you sign up on the day joining fee will be free, but when signing up is complete they will tell you you misunderstood and charge you the joining fee too. Very disappointing. Edited since reply from Westwood gym representative: Dear Elaine, I was on my 4 day trial there, so may be that’s why you could not find me on the system. I was at Clontarf gym yesterday on the 25.07.2022 at around 7 pm. I did tell stuff about lukewarm waters in the shower. He said its usually because there are lot of people there at that time. IT WAS UNPLEASANT to shower in lukewarm water especially after coming out of lukewarm swimming pool. May be next time I can measure temperature in both and upload a photo as a proof? Also, you advertise your swimming pool as “heated, salted water”. It is not salted not heated (properly). ALL I AM SAYING IS ONCE YOU CHARGE PEOPLE HIGHEST PRICE IN DUBLIN FOR THE GYM MAY BE TRY TO PROVIDE SERVICES THAT MAKES IT WORTH IT. You don’t need to investigate anything. Just go into shower and try it, because talking to other people in the changing area they said it was normal occurrence and I could get warmer water if I went there during the off peak hours.

My 1 year of experience: poor workout and health conditions, rusty old equipment and disinterested management. The gym and facilities is very poorly managed, resulting in humid cold environment which not only stops you from achieving your athletic potential - but is a health hazard in form of fungal growth, slippery floor and body injury (due to cold conditions and exercise). The equipment is poorly maintained and in cold humid conditions becomes rusty, noisy and uncomfortable to use. They open windows to let air in when it's below 5 degrees outside!! (ideal training environment at least over 20 degrees) The Spa area is being renovated for 2 years... The management doesn't keep the facilities healthy and safe and have failed on their promise to each and every member on a healthy environment. To any complaints received they simply smile and wave good-bye ://// P.S. David Lloyd is the only half decent club in Dublin, double the membership price, but at least it don't have as many health hazards.

Animals in the new spa area jumping into pools straight from sauna with no showers. Disgusting. Jacuzzi is just a sweat pool now at this stage. They need signs up to stop this and proper supervision . Have no interest in using it now after what I saw. Will cancel membership

I’m absolutely amazed with the facilities! I knew that I’m going to join the gym but decided to wait till the spa area was opened! It exceeded any expectation. Very luxurious and the variety of facilities you could spoil yourself with is incredible. Very well done!!

A bit sad to have such a nice location and facility and give such poor value for money. For e79/month you get: - 3 out of 6 ergometers broken for months. - 1.25m deep 50m pool, pretty dirty with bits, bandaids, pieces of tissues, stickers, hair bands, maybe even a bunch of random equpment or toys at the bottom - almost every morning the 6 pool lanes are down to 3 for gym members, as clubs take up half the pool almost every morning. This I find most annoying as the clubs have loads of people, so even though thre will be about 3 people in each of the three gym member lane, with the other 3 lanes croweded, the waves are not for weak swimmers, and its pretty crowded overall. I dont see why activities like club training wouldnt have a less popular time allotment so that members paying the bigger price to avail for more convenient times could actually use these. - termometer of the pool and sauna areas always say 30, although the temperature is significally different every day. -sauna under reconstruction and said to be for the entire winter (why winter?!) - not all members actually get notification emails about stuff like the sauna reconstruction. In fact, most members I know never get any emails. Also, they do not really let you have the 4 day trial as they advertise, but feel free to try. Female locker room floor staff is great though, have to say.

This place has everything that could make there one of the best gyms in Dublin but they simply don't wanna award it. When the equipment breaks it take at least 3 months to fix it (even though when it's just a ripped seat or broken cable). They have 6 stair climbers but only 2 are working for the last 2 months. The spa is already a 2 years old promise that never finishes and they will always say that it will take maximum two months to be done when someone subscribe. Some equipments are toooo busy and there's only 1 Seriously, it's a very bad managed place. During summer they could stay open a bit later because during the day that place is so warm that recommend going during the morning or late evening.

I've been a member of this gym for a good few years now and to say that the price vs value for money has gone downhill is an understatement sadly. Location wise they are brilliant, and space in Clontarf gym is 👌. However, over the last years, especially post Covid, it's been a disappointing experience. With the Price being increased this year to €90 per month, the promised spa is still unfinished , years later! Their reasoning for price increase was bringing us the big spa (no decrease of price for those of us paying all the years its been closed) and staff salaries. Some of the trainers are spot on re classes, but I guess like any other gym you need to avoid some like the plague. There's a rule of no teens /children in women's gym, but the place is filled daily with teeny boppers on their phones, hogging the machines and benches to sit on and chat. There's no enforcement of that rule from staff whatsoever, but there's a dedicated teen gym that is near empty every day... They will also be first to grab monthly payments off you, but god forbid they over charge you or you have a request sent to Admin /Managers to action . Expect to be in at reception everyday, pushing for progress /answers as the Managers are extremely hard to get hold of. It's disappointing, as the gym used to be great, but obviously greed and carelessness is where the money's at.

Disgrace. Closed the Spa and keep telling people "its only closed for a few weeks" its been months now. Apparently the Spa will be closed all year. Thats not even the biggest issue they are still charging everyone full price for membership even though you cant use any of the Spa facilities. The most obvious breach of contract ive ever seen. But when trying to discuss that its almost impossible to get a reply to an email. Shocking

Customer service/Reception is not prepared at all to deal with customers, they claim to provide a service of a club level but the guys (especially men at the reception) are rude if you question their procedures they answer you back in a poor manner. For a company that praises themselves to be different from regular gyms. They should either hire people qualified to be at the reception or train the ones they have on how to deal with customers.

It’s a nice gym with a lot of equipment. The customer service on the other hand does not correspond in the least to the very high price, which can be expected at a rate of 79€/57€ (students) per month. Even if it is a mistake from Westwood’s side, they don’t take any actions to make amends for the customer. Also, the quality of the gym decreases while the price stays the same. For example the spa area is closed for the whole winter, but there is nothing else offered in return.

The most expensive gym in ireland. 79 Euro a month. İf you student 57 euro . Positive : Equipments are new generation. Free personal training . 1-2 Staff cleaning around all day. Negative Everyday 2*3 Gym Equipments not working. And regularly 2-3 same equip. problem. There is no staff to replace the dumbbells. You can even find dumbbells next to treadmills. Customers throw dumbbells from place to place. There is no staff that collects them. That's why you can't find dumbbells during busy hours.

Great gym but their pricing structure is more than outdated. The monthly price can't be viewed online (€80/pm for anyone reading the reviews to find it. If you call to ask for it the person on the line will do anything they can not to give it to you and instead arrange for you to come in and meet a sales person for a tour. The salesperson will then give you a tour of the gym which is lovely with all the facilities one could hope for in a gym but then tell you the €80/pm plus a joining fee of €500 which I would bet €500 nobody has actually paid. You'll hum and haw over that and they will go and "Talk to their manager" and come back five minutes later to say they can reduce the fee to €50. This "Hard Sell" nonsense is practically offensive in this day and age and because of it I joined another gym instead. The facilities themselves are quite good but the way they induct members makes me reluctant to sign a contract with them.

Large selection of weights and equipment, in varying condition. Decent number of squat racks, rarely a long wait even at busy times. On the downside, perhaps a victim of its' size but factor in at least 10 minutes per one hour work out for roaming the floor looking for weight plates, especially smaller plates which are well hidden and hard to find. More centrally placed communal weights storage would be useful. Additionally much smaller and cheaper gyms I've been a member of have managed to have one anti bacterial spray per machine station, stations are never sprayed down here at least partly because it's hard to find. There is a separate teen gym section in the main gym. It's usually completely empty, and the teens can be found chatting in groups on their phones around a machine in the main gym especially on weekends. It's harmless, but annoying, particularly as the ratio of chat to exercise is about 10:1, the weights stations look like the aftermath of a tornado after with weight plates strewn all over. To be fair, that trait isn't unique to the teen gym goers. If the age gated rules aren't going to be enforced suggest repurposing the teen gym for members who want to exercise rather than chat. The Les Mills studios particularly the cycling studio is very good, with choices of virtual as well as live classes. Been a member for 14 months awaiting the spa like others so can't comment on what that's like. Overall, plenty of equipment, well located, and good Les mills studio on the upside,. Some more proactive enforcement of the gyms own rules, organisation of the equipment, and a more bottles of spray would be quick fixes.

The facilities are great and I joined solely because they have tennis courts indoors so I can play during winter months. But it is impossible to reach them on the phone to book a court. You can only book 2 days in advance so basically need to call them a few times a week. In average I have to call at least 15 times before I get someone on the line and chances are the courts have already been all booked out for the evening hours. For the price you would expect they have an app for booking purposes or at least that they'd be reachable without having to call all day to get someone on the phone.

I was a regular member in the past. Absolutely fantastic gym which offers a great range of activities & sports. Great location, clean and very professional staff. Pool is awesome! The only little flaw was the behaviour one of the back office managers (Karen if I remember her name well) who used to come across as very overbearing/authoritarian towards her staff & the members. Bit of customer facing communication skills for her to work on other than that absolutely amazing overall

Excellent facility. Really big. Lots of options. Only problem was with the virtual class. It starts up and says the equipement you need but gives you 2 seconds to get the equipment. It should allow for time to go get the stuff required before launching into it. Also the resistance bands were locked up despite needing them for the workout. The 4 day free trial is brilliant however the intro email you get lists all of the facilities and includes Light Fitness and spa however the Light fitness isnt a feature of the Clontarf gym and the spa is closed for renovations. If Id known all that I would have had the trial in another location. The staff are friendly, gym is spotless and pool is heated

Staff is nice, however lying to your face at the reception, stating the spa is opening “in the next two weeks” and that I “should have had received an email” when asked, but still no sign of it opening, and it’s been months, if not years... I understand they faced some delays, but that does not justify those empty promises and still charging a full membership price, while not all services you pay for are accessible (and also a ridiculously high subscription fee). It’s a nice and big gym with many machines. The main floor is clean and has enough equipment (more small plates and small DBs would be handy to have around the main floor). Many machines are left “Out of service” and not taken care of for a long period of time (eg. treadmills and stair masters). I used the “Ladies only” gym floor for a year, which is great to have as a beginner. Sadly, it was never really clean. The floor was always dusty and full of hair… The equipment was often left on the ground around the room until the next morning, and the A/C and music was not always working. Overall, there is potential, and I keep going because it is close to my home, but it doesn’t meet the standards of a supposed “Premium” gym, at least for the moment.

Place is a joke. They have 2 fees an upfront membership witch changes eg at moment its 599 then 79 euro a month. You can join with out paying the 599 a month. No one puts weights back on racks or equipment back where it should be. The floor isn't manned very well. It is a big space the weights room but it is badly laid out and lots of wasted space. Ques to use a squat rack at leak time.

absolutely horrible. never answer phones in clontarf. call any other one of their gyms but neithers reception cant really answer any questions so dont bother at all. they unfortunatelly hold a monopoly with the big pool and the big space but at their prices, and even if all of this was for free, they would still rank as hugely unprofessional, unhelpful, dirty and uncommunicative. it is a complete ripoff and if gyms would have IQ's this gym has an IQ of 0.

Price is always the same since 2019 (€79), but the overall quality has decreased significantly. Firstly, I need to mention the staff: they are quite friendly, but after you get your gym programme you tend to be on your own. Girls are followed a bit more (from both male and female personal trainers), not men, at least in my case. One of them gently told me to reach out any time, but all are fairly busy with classes. The general impression is that the gym is understaffed and they do not have sufficient time to dedicate to private sessions. I have medium gym experience, but I was given a basic training from 2 different personal traineirs, despite detailing my expectations (increase of mass in the upper body). One training programme only despite saying I wanted to come 3-4 times a week. Obviously a bit of variety is needed, to target muscles groups with different exercises and not to get bored. The impression is that they give the same basic exercises to everyone; eventually they are changed in following appointments, but the types and the time spent to explain them is no way to be enough. No attention was put in excercises targeting muscles I wanted. The worst part is that graduality is not understood: first session with trainer, I did an exercise with too much weight and had sore muscles for 3 days despite stretching. It is not during the first months you push, first tecnique is to be learned. I could keep going, but I will just add the following: treadmill broken since I joined (3 months ago), one chest press with malfunctioning cable, the other with malfucting system of rest position (only one position allowed, pin to adjust is broken)...masks ARE NEVER WORN BY MEMBERS despite signs to remind, and few people sanitize equipment. Conclusion: I am under the impression that the management wants to get as much memberships (money) as possible, giving less and less importance to people safety and wellbeing. For the price I am paying, I am expecting the best of the best, and this is not happening. I am very disappointed.

Cold jacuzzi, the subscription includes 6 free lessons with a trainer, the trainer did not come to the first lesson, was 40 minutes late for the second, complained at the reception, did not receive any help. Large hall, quiet music The women's gym is very small and does not have enough equipment. As a girl, I would like to train only in the women's gym, but since training requires large weights and other exercise equipment is necessary To the common room

horrible customer experience. Was a member and had to stop for an injury a couple of years ago. a friend (who is a paying member) gave me a 1-day pass so today I went there to try a workout, to potentially sign up again in a month or so. Was told to sit down so someone would talk to me. Someone came and asked me if I was previously a member, to which I answered yes, and was told that I could not use the day pass as that is only for people who have never been there before. He kept showing me the fine print at the back of the pass, which I explained I didn't read, but any effort to explain the situation was futile because "look, it says it here". My fault for not reading fine prints at the back of a pass the size of a business card, but considering i) I was a previous member who paid a lot of money and only used half of my membership, and that ii) I was there to do a trial to then sign up, I would have expected some flexibility. Instead I was refused access. I guess I'll have to go to a different gym.

The best place to learn how to swim, it just took me four lessons to improve my technique and endurance. Great instructors. PS. The best club over Ireland. I went to Sandymount, Dun Laoghaire, Aston Quay and Clontarf, but I am waiting for the time to go to Leopardstown and Westmanstown.🇨🇮

A very very big Westwood Club. Also very easy to reach with all the public transport options. There's a bunch of buses that serve the area and a dart station about a 7 minute walk from the gym. The gym has many facilities. It has a very big weight room, a spin room, a boxing ring, a ladies gym, indoor tennis courts, massive changing rooms and a huge 50 meter pool. The pool has a lot of lanes so it's not a problem to get a lane when class are on and they are very spacious too. They should definitely invest in having some deep lanes, about 2 meters or deeper. Unfortunately, there was no spa room/area when I went (about 3 weeks ago). Showers also aren't very warm. They have lukewarm water. Apart from that, a very good gym to workout at.

Nice gym good classes. Particularly like the boxing area. Only problem is the water slide in pool is never open for the kids. They say they need 3 lifeguards but since joining 4 months ago my kids have never been able to use it as never lifeguards on and we use it at peak time Saturday. they should just pay the extra days wages instead of cheaping out in my opinion.

Hi, Using a trial, I’ve visited the swimming pool on Saturday (May 13, 2023) and surprisingly in 2 hours after the visit found out that I had an infection in my right eye. The treatment required a prescribed antibiotics. So I spent my Sunday going to emergency room and pharmacies. Obviously, don’t recommend the swimming pool to anyone. Not clean, not safe water. Quite upset with the incident. Open for recommendations on a nice big swimming pool with clean water. By the way, the club representative did’t respond to my email with the incident description. Probably they believe, everything is totally fine at their side. So simply don’t spend your health, time and money on this place. PS SPA is not functioning yet.

West Wood Club is the best Gym in Dublin. It's a little bit expensive however, it is worth it. Gyms are huge and they have swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and great machines. Awesome please to workout with great atmosphere.

Nice place. Sandymount staff are good and courteous but if you email the customer care you seldom get a reply. I guess no one monitors email 😕

Nice gym with plenty of equipment, good variety of classes. Spa area is amazing! The only complaint i have is that the showers are lukewarm. Would be great if they were hot.

Overall the gym provides a significant variety of services, the quality of which reaches my expectations. However, the gym and spa can become crowded and overwhelming over specific time slots, such as Mondays after 6 and the weekends evening. In regards to the spa facilities and particularly the pools area, I would expect a more strict set of rules concerning the customers' behaviour in order to consistently guarantee a high standards of hygiene and avoid embarassing and even unpleasant experiences, which I personally had.

Very nice gym, big spacies pool, decent sauna however could be renovated already, unfortunately the swimming pool part for kids is super basic and boring.

I absolutely love this gym, the staff are so very helpful, especially all of the staff on reception. Dealt with a manager named Jake who was incredibly helpful and I really enjoyed my experience because of him and the receptionist working that day. I know the spa is delayed but we’re all human so maybe there was an issue with construction or something. All in all, a great club, due in large part to Gavin Willis who works in membership and wears amazing pink shirts!

Visiting from the US… many recommended the Westwood Club in Clontarf for a workout. I have visited many fitness centers all over and this was such an amazing experience! The entire club was immaculate. Dylan was very helpful and gave us a great tour of the facility. I will definitely return for another great workout, next time I’m in Ireland! Thanks so much Dylan!!! I would definitely recommend checking this out if you are in the area.

The club facilities are top-notch. The indoor tennis courts are great and the gym has a lot of equipments. It is expensive though. The spa area is currently closer for renovations and it has been for quite some time now.

It has the best and most extensive range of facilities that I have seen. Unfortunately the pool temperature is almost always too high for any level of aerobic swimming and renders it unfit for purpose.

It's giiiiiiiiiiiaaaaaant!!!!! :O I am really happy joining this gym. It's a pity that we don't have clases now. I hope everything gets better in a few and we can get a little bit of normality.

In general an ok gym. Large in size and multiple facilities. It could be more female friendly.... Women's gym is a bit dirty and the weights upstairs in the main gym are very heavy, there is regularly a wait to use smaller dumbbells with a big surplus of larger ones. Equipment is regularly broken and there lots of teenagers around in the evening. Good opening hours. Sauna area is finally complete. If you're going to make use of the gym and swim area it's probably worth it but if you're just going to use the gym I'd shop around as membership isn't cheap.

A complete gym, with top notch equipment and staff. It has been changed lately to provide extra safety and social distancing, and it got even better in my opinion. The club is amazing, and you get a lot of fitness classes, olympic pool, saunas, jacuzzi, sports areas and more for your subscription.

Every December this establishment bombards me with texts to a person called Catherine. Every single year I have to call them to tell them my name is NOT Catherine. And I have never been a member or queried being a member and to please remove my phone number from their records. I called again yesterday was due a call back that never came. I figured if I put up a public complaint they may actually block me and put me out of the misery of having to deal with them.

Great structure! 50mts pool, great machinery and tennis courts. The spa area is awesome and the price is honest. I've been going then for a year and do not plan to stop. Even if you do not love training you'll love this club, there are MANY things that you can do. It was the place we came the most during the week now that we work from home. If you live in Dublin and near the Clontarf unit, there's no question about it. Really good club.

Such a nice structure, but really poor system …. To book tennis courts and climbing wall classes it has to be by phone call and not online, (such a precarious way to run the things) I literally rang over 20 times between a gab of 2 hours trying to book a court, abd no one picked my call…

Had an adventure zone party for my 5 year old. The kids had a blast. The staff took care of them really well. The party food was lovely and the party bags were great. Really recommend Westwood as a party venue for young children.

My direct debit was taken out 1 month after the covid lockdown was announced and all gyms where closing. I then cancelled my direct debit because I didn't want any more money being taken out. I was never refunded for this and I was told that I had to pay €50 to reactivate my account. This was after speaking to 3 members of staff who couldn't of been more unhelpful. The gym itself is okay, but the are far better gyms out there for less money. The Registration fee is eye watering and that alone should put people off.

Spa facilities have been closed for a long time in Clontarf branch, wague promise by staff to open them by the end of December, doubt this will happen with the energy crisis. Shower water not hot enough. Stairway from changing room to the pool is way too drafty and cold. I'm surprised there seem to be no gym app available? Gym charging premium rates could do better.

It's a great gym overall very clean, good enough equipment and friendly stuff. My only issue is that the spa facilities are under construction for a year now with no Information on when they ll ve back, you need to understand that the spa is a major role why people choose this gym so it would be essential to inform them every so often on how long the construction will last and not give them generic answers (sometime Christmas,or winter).it's part of the membership so it needs to be addressed.

Westwood Gym Management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the current conditions at the gym. It is concerning that broken equipment takes months to be repaired, and some devices pose a safety risk due to inadequate maintenance. Another point of concern is the shortage of high-demand equipment, affecting the overall experience for the students. I hope that measures will be taken to improve these situations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all gym-goers.
