Gym is nice and clean.Staff are unfriendly and seem not to be bothered to even say hello..Good manners don't cost a thing really. Also no one tells you this but there are kids swimming classes on all the time. I go after work so you basically only get to use the gym between certain hours. Unless of course you don't mind swimming next to screaming kids. I find it utterly unrelaxing.

Dirty dressing rooms some staff have no manner to say hello and reply when spoken to obviously having a bad day. Also the facilities have restrictions on children using the pool before 9 Obviously someone forgot this is the hospitality industry where we had been resident in the hotel. Staff at reception were lovely good

Very nice pool and excellent gym. At the moment (end of August 2022), the steam room is out of service, pending new tiles. A few other maintenance issues are apparent, such as the jacuzzi only partly working and some poolside showers also out of service. The temperature and humidity in the male changing room are too high, making drying difficult. Staff are friendly and helpful and the gym is very well equipped. Overall, an excellent facility. Pity about the ongoing maintenance issues.

Nice place. Towels are 1 euro to rent as a security deposit but you get it back when you return the towel. They are very fluffy clean, 24 hour fitness in Texas should take note and try this. The gym is a little small by American Standards but has all the equipment, there are not many weight machines but the generic multi function machines fill the void. They have spin classes and general classes here as well. I did not attend any of the classes as I was only here one day and staying at the hotel. The pool is great and is attached to the hotel, you will need to wear a swim cap (some stupid dated law in Ireland) they will cell you one for 3 euros. The pool has four lap lanes with one of them roped off for laps or classes, there is a little area to the side for people to goof off and have fun, one area of the pool has some waterfalls and water jets which felt nice on my back. The pool area has a standard kiddy pool and a very nice hot tub (you don’t need to wear a cap in the hot tub.) the pool area could use some more chairs and better lighting.

More cleaning need to be done. Every time you walk into locker room there is rubbish inside the locker room. You might see the same rubbish after 2/3 days. Also steam room you get a little slimy feeling over the seat. Staff are friendly and receptions are clean.

I got a massage by Elaine the first day (hot stone) and Phenix the second day (full body). They are amazing at there job!! Wow, I was not expecting it to be so nice! I have been on many spa weekends and they are by far at the top! I will definitely be returning to this spa the next time I'm back in Dublin. Thank you two for such an amazing spa experience!

Called to see of it was possible to try facility before considering membership and was told that would not be a problem subject to a fee of €20 which could be deducted from membership if i accepted. On arrival the lady was abrupt and told me I could not use the facilities despite being informed to the contrary.

Good out of the way location. It's only about 20 mins or so in bus for €3 into the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated but it does the job for a couple of nights.

Best gym I ever went to. Good equipment and it’s never too busy.

Love the staff; the visuals including the brilliant sports photos and the range of gym equipment. Spacious, well-equppted gym (machines and free weights); pool with powerful water massage spout, circular area for relaxing as well as laned area. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna make this an extra treat. And a 3 month membership is offered - great if you maybe moving but want the benefits of membership. Often go here twice day!

Nice gym, not too busy and good facilities. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc are great. Reasonably priced membership too. Only negative is the opening hours, it closes quite early, at 9:30pm during the week, for anyone working during the day, going home, eating, then heading back out to the gym and getting a workout in - all before half nine, is quite difficult.
