Stayed at the Parkway Guesthouse for a long weekend in Dublin. The location is great, far enough out of the hustle and bustle but also within easy walking distance the centre. We were well looked after throughout; nothing was too much to ask. Seamus is a great host generous and friendly guy. The breakfast was lovely which set us up nicely for the day. Would definitely stay there again. Kevin Mather

The staff was very good and helpful but the amenities could have been better. We got room at the very top and it was tiring to climb staircases. The host was helpful though, helped us with bags for top floor and also guided us with the city traveling. Also, the hot water was not working properly, it used to fluctuate and sometimes cold water came and sometimes super hot. And ,the website says breakfast included ,due to covid they stopped giving breakfast and this is not updated on website.

Wonderful place to stay - Seamus was a wonderful host. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the beds were incredibly comfy. There are a lot of stairs given the nature of the building, but definitely worthwhile.

The Parkway was a lovely, quaint guesthouse in a good location with excellent hosts. Seamus was a great font of Dublin info. I told him where I was headed one evening and he suggested a more locally revered pub, Mulligan's, instead. That was the best pour of Guinness I had the whole trip. Really enjoyed Parkway as a base for exploring Dublin for a few days and if I'm in the city again, I'll definitely try to stay there.

The guesthouse is few min walking to the center of Dublin. There's even the bus stop to the center at 5 min walking from there. Seamus, is the perfect host everyone dreams to meet: I think he' s one of the sweetest person I've ever met. He let us use his tablet to book Coldplay tickets for the concert. He's been patient and he gave us many advices of where to go and where to eat. His advices were the best. He suggested us the cheapest way to get to the airport,by taking a bus near to the guesthouse. He treated us like daughters. Our day in Dublin wouldn't have be the same without him asking a good day in the morning as we went by the stairs of his guesthouse. Plus the rooms are very clean, and the bed is soft. I slept well. Everyday cleaning in the room and new bottles of water everyday. I now know where to stay on my next holiday in Dublin. And Seamus,if you're reading this I want you to know you're te best person we met in Ireland and me & my friend Fiorella wish you all the best for you, your family and your guesthouse. We'll never forget your kindness. Your italian guests Fiorella and Rossella. Lots of love

Seamus and his team are top notch professionals. Excellent stay in Dublin, less than 10 minute walk to City Center and major shopping and bus terminals for inner city and day trips outside the city. Close to major attractions and walking distance to everything you want to see in Dublin, yet in a quiet area. 3 minute walk to Bus #41 (3 Euros) to go to the Airport. Alternative is Airport Express Bus #747 which is a 4 minute walk from the Parkway, but costs 7 Euros a person. Taxi cost is close to 40 Euro's to the Airport. This B & B is so close to various supermarkets and other shops, pubs, etc. Rooms are average size, very homey and comfortable with warm and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located in Dublin. Clean. Comfortable bed. And the best shower I had in Ireland. But what makes this place so good is Seamus (the owner). Seamus took such great care of us; hospitality, kindness, parking, cooked us breakfast 30-minutes early due to our travel schedule, even helped us retrieve a lost bag after we were back in the states. First class gentleman. It is people like Seamus that continue to give me faith in mankind. You are in good hands at Parkway. Thanks Seamus!

The rooms are very clean and every day they replace the towels and the amenities (tea, coffee, bottles of water). The rooms were spacious, the mattresses very comfy and the people working over there are extremely friendly. Also, at the the receptions they had cupcakes, juices and fruit. Around 10-15 min from the city centre. Affordable commodation. Negative point: low water pressure on the shower

My two kids (14 and 11), my wife and I loved our stay here. The location is great if you are looking to stay a little bit away from the noisier parts of the city but still within easy walking distance. The host Seamus is amazing. He is always around to provide advice tips and recommendations which made our stay in Dublin that much more enjoyable. If we ever return to Dublin, we would definitely stay here again!

Charming little inn! The rooms are tiny but very comfortable and smartly laid out. No a.c. but windows offer a nice breeze. Close to city center and tons of activities. Wonderful staff who were very helpful and attentive!
