You guys don’t even deserve one star, worst service ever , the agents and customer service people just sit and eat from 9 to 5 shift, one agent named Rafael is the worst of all, don’t know what kind of attitude he has, when all he is just an arrogant a**. You should recruit more good and qualified people for this company as your own employees will be leading it to its downfall. First Teach your agents to talk with decency, as they don’t own the company.

They Don't even give you enough keys, no insulation, broken toilets , water dripping inside rooms, and when we register a complaint there will not be any reply. And also if you are planning to go with these people then forget about ur advance , they won't give it back anyway. And also they oly need ur rent nothing more. Minimum stars is one... otherwise i won't give even that .

No agreement was broken on our end, and these people accuse us when they provided the house with heating , electricity, garbage disposals problem. We have lived in dark and cold when there was no electricity and heating. In these difficult times there agents and customer service have never picked calls or replied back instantly. After providing poor service you accuse us that we break agreements. Rather than accepting still defending there mistakes. I can even see you have mostly replied to good reviews and not the bad ones, if you respect every feedback reply everyone then, there also there is lack of service. Improve your service.

I live in Leevin’s house but I don’t recommend because is a bad company, have no responsibility to the customer no empathy, all they want is for you not to fulfill the contract so they can keep your initial deposit ... If you choose have a contract with this company you will regret like me!

If I could I wouldn't give it any star, they don't fulfil contracts, we have been without hot water for more than a month (the most important thing for the winter) and they have done nothing! They also tell us that they will raise the rent without fixing the problem, it seems like a joke.

Awful experience. They asked us to leave the house before the payment of the last month of rent and said they would not return the deposit if the contract was not fulfilled, this is at the time when Dublin during the pandemic where the level of restrictions was increased to 3 and then 5. Completely disorganized, they agreed to let people down the rent with the deposit and the people who paid right until the end did not receive the deposit because they had to find another place to live. We tried to rent the whole house but they did not accept to make a discount on the amount and a week later they were showing the house to other people for a lower amount.
