Good cafe, nice ambience, delicious croissant and amazing coffee ☕️. I do not know why but sometimes they are out of stock for butter croissant. They should have some hot food also. This cafe is always crowded but it is worth the wait ✋️ 😊

Rude staff member, a shame as the rest of them were lovely so it brings the team’s image down. Milk in my cappuccino was burnt slightly which left a tang for taste. Otherwise a good coffee/service.

Extremely fast at churning out piping hot coffees, the staff is always pleasant. They don't have to because any interaction is a less than 10 word affair as you move from the ordering cue to the collection cue however it's a nice(r) experience than others you could mistakenly have in Dublin Airport, especially around 4 or 5 am. Never sat down because it's often annoyingly loud. Cappuccinos need a good 5-10 minutes to be drinkable or you risk burning your palate. Chocolates are fine, above average and while definitely nothing to fall in love with, if you've never been at a Butlers before, you'll be struck by the novelty of the treat. Just like the newly opened Cloud Pickers in T2, stupidly overpriced for what they sell you. Coffee and a sandwich sets you back almost 15 euro.

Disappointing to discover that Butlers Chocolate Cafe in Terminal 1 of Dublin Airport do not provide any actual cups. Everything is provided in disposable cups which look like they can’t be properly recycled. Ditch the disposable cups please Butlers and use real cups for customers who want to sit in like me. By the way the normal tea is pretty good 👍

My fav cafe, will always go here when in Dublin! Best hot chocolate ever, can't be beaten! And amazing chocolates.

Butlers do the best Mocha ever. Their muffins are always lovely and fresh. It's a busy shop and usually a queue but the staff are fast friendly and very efficient

I was served by a lovely, friendly member of staff. I had a white chocolate mocha and a caramel slice. The hot drinks come with a chocolate of your choice and it was so tasty that we went back to get some more. Reasonably priced.

I always try to visit when in the airport. Great products and staff. It just needs to be bigger! Always a challenge to get a seat.

My wife's latte was pretty much cold and bald so called barista rude. When it gets busy standard dropping rapidly.

Love their coffee, but just now I was left waiting while 4 members of staff stood around talking among themselves, so I left without my coffee.

We usually have a cup of coffee & a snack at Butlers Chocolate Café at Dublin's International Airport, Departure Section. Our latest visit was September 30, 2019, on our way back to Stockholm, after 21/2 weeks vacation in County Wexford. Fast service from friendly & professional personnels. Highly recommendable.

although the waiter doesn’t look like she wanna work here, the coffee (flat white) is pretty good and they gave out a free chocolate at your choice. overall good experience! glad got to try out the big irish cafe chain here before flying out.

Not bad prices at all for an airport but it’s a very small space with high noise level. Coffee is decent and as usual comes with a complimentary chocolate. A bit disappointing that they don’t use real mugs instead of paper cups for people who sit down. Egg sandwich was basic but pretty good, not too much mayo.
