If
you're
walking
Killiney
Hill,
firstly,
you
won't
be
alone
and
secondly
you'll
welcome
the
presence
of
this
cafe
whether
on
the
way
up
or
down.
It's
Tea
Rooms
moniker
is
aspirational,
as
we
didn't
see
any
seating
inside,
though
there's
a
small
area
they
could
use
for
a
few
seats
indoors,
if
the
weather
were
miserable
perhaps.
However,
there's
ample
plastic
seating
and
tables
available
outside,
and
also
on
a
raised
level,
under
the
trees
which
provides
a
nice
natural
canopy.
Two
pleasant,
but
mild
coffees
and
two
cakes
cost
less
than
15
Euro,
so
about
average
for
this
area
of
Dublin.
Sandwiches
and
wraps
are
available,
priced
at
8
to
9
Euro,
again,
average
for
the
area
and
we
must
mention
the
Bakewell
Tart,
which
was
fresh
and
excellent.
It's
an
excellent
location,
with
WCs
and
water
available
for
dogs.
The
food
and
coffee
are
decent,
staff
pleasant
and
it
makes
a
useful,
if
busy
pit-stop.
