Without doubt the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Queued for over thirty minutes for a coffee on Sunday. The two staff members were in their own work laughing and chatting away, no interest in dealing with customers. The coffee is good, unfortunately not good enough for me to wait 30 minutes.

Never tried here before as it is miles away from me but I happened to be out in glastulle and decided to drop in. Best decision I've made in a long time. I had an americano with a pecan pastry. Pastry was a little hard on the outside as sugar had baked a crust but inside was delicious. Now most importantly the coffee I was delighted to see 3fe coffee beans as it is usually one of me favourite blends. I was not disappointed.... Perfect cup of coffee ..... Temperature strength and aroma all top notch. I'm thrilled I found this little gem as a big guy once said. 'I'll be back"

Good coffee and lovely pastries! I highly recommend the buns and the cookies! There's always a long cue so I would recommend to go early. The price is a little bit high, but I think the place is quite enjoyable.

Devine chocolate topping for my extra foamy cappuccino. What a cool little spot, feels like all is well with the world when I chill in here ⭐👏⭐👏⭐

It makes me so sad to see negative comments about hatch Glasthule. You cannot rush perfection; that is what the coffee is here: perfection. Yes, you wait for the perfect barista coffee, but it's well worth it and the staff are always friendly. Its so nice to see workers enjoying themselves and providing an excellent service.

Just about 13-15 mins walk from the high street in Dun Laoghaire, been meaning to try out for a while... Lovely atmosphere with locals constantly coming in and out for take aways. Tried hot choc based on the reviews here, absolutely delicious! Subtle flavour of honey enhanced the hearty flavour. Absolutely recommended!

Very clean cafe however I ordered an americano ages ago and didn't enjoy it, it tasted burned but i decided to go a second time to give it another chance. The staff were polite but I ordered an almond milk mocha and I'm sorry to say it tasted terrible. The croissant I got was tasty and fresh but the almond mocha was really really bad and had a weird off/after taste.

Lovely 3FE coffee and nice pastries, it will be better when the restrictions are lifted, but well managed queue system and Covid safe. Compostable cups and lids and handy bin for you cups. Great to environmental responsibility in action.

if I could give them 10 stars I would. THE best coffee, delicious cakes, and a fabulous team. There's always a friendly face and a warm welcome for all their customers, regulars and not so regulars, and handy 'parking' for the dogs outside, where mine waits and enjoys all the attention from customers and staff alike. My all-time favourite spot for a coffee!

Hi, I use this place very often. The staff are nice but they only talk to their regulars. They don’t stop talking about dogs which is fine but not everyone loves dogs! Most of the time the staff are fine but if they don’t know your face they can come across as rude. Love the coffee but some of their manners aren’t great. Sorry for the somewhat bad review

Just like the blackrock store, Hatch are the epitome of the perfect coffee shop. Great coffee and lovely staff

Good coffee, served with a smile, and efficiently friendly service despite the significant queue (which they kept moving quickly). Plenty of tasty temptation in the pastries selection too!

Great coffee but not child friendly. Rude staff making comments that force you to leave.

I usually don’t leave reviews, good or bad. But there’s always a first. Yesterday was the bank holiday and they had four staff behind the counter and they were extremely busy chatting amongst themselves that I felt like them asking me for my order was an afterthought. I got a simple flat white to go. I paid €3.70 which is steep enough for a small flat white. When the cup was in my hand it felt warm, rather than hot but I continued on my way anyway. To put it mildly, it was difficult to drink. It was at best warmed milk with a hint of coffee flavour. I had another sip and then promptly threw it away. So disappointed to have not enjoyed my experience in the coffee shop itself nor drinking the coffee. What a waste of €3.70 and I’ll not be back again.
