Yesterday's
usual
visit
to
the
store
brought
me
a
totally
devastating
blow
as
a
regular
customer.
Trying
to
pay
a
attention
to
the
employee
that
the
self-service
machine
did
not
recognised
coins
but
only
paper
money,
so
it
took
only
some
bit
of
my
bill
and
that
there
was
some
mistake
with
machine.
Her
reaction
simply
amazed
me.
She
try
to
fix
machine
wher
coins
going
but
she
didn't
solve
the
problem,
machine
still
was
showing
just
that
I
paid
with
paper
money
so
she
went
to
the
surveillance
cameras
with
security
guy
to
check
if
I
had
put
ANY
money
inside.
Coming
back
after
more
than
10
minutes
after
a
long
line
has
already
formed
with
custumers
and
while
everyone
is
staring
at
me
creating
inconvenience
atmosphere
she
comes
to
the
conclusion
that
I
only
put
in
side
of
machine
a
few
cents
like
small
coins
while
I
try
to
explain
that
it
is
not
a
small
amount
but
10€
of
coins
what
would
be
taking
longer
and
I
inserted
without
return
and
she
could
see
that.
I
was
trying
to
explain
that
machine
doesn't
even
showing
that
"small
coins"
what
she
apperentaly
seew
on
camera.
But
not
even
that
make
her
to
think
that
machine
could
be
broken
or
something
and
it's
not
my
fault
she
was
keeping
repeating
that
I
have
to
pay
a
bill.
To
avoid
all
this
discussion
and
embrace
in
front
of
people
in
middle
of
after
noon
rush,
I
decide
to
pay
again
the
same
amount
that
I
already
pay
and
leave
a
store.
It's
not
about
the
money,
but
about
humanity
and
their
customers
service,
how
they
decided
to
solve
the
problem
that
I
tried
to
point
out
as
a
problem
of
machine,
as
a
customer
who
comes
often,
not
expecting
me
to
leave
embarrassed
and
humiliated
paying
more
than
I
should
as
I
tried
to
steal
or
not
paying
my
bill.
