The boutique is great, I always purchase my capsule there, and most of the staff were super friendly. But unfortunately, I had a really bad experience recently. On 1 Nov, about the closing time, only 2 staffs on duty, I do understand if you don't have enough staff then you couldn't take care of every customer. By the time I was choosing my favorite capsule, the only 2 staff were with other customers, so I just wait at the counter (I could wait a bit, that's absolutely fine). The problem is, when I was standing next to the counter, the lady, who was making the coffee tasting for the other customers (just waiting for the other customers to try out the coffee, not saying anything, just standing there), gave me ZERO response when we look at each other for almost 10 times! I don't expect she would say something to me at that time (something like "I will be there soon"), but at least she could have a little bit of expression in her eyes or at least one smile. She just simply ignored me over and over again! Once she found that I was looking at her, she turned her noble head away immediately ! Very rude and arrogant!

Have used the Vertuo Pop for a couple of weeks and the machine does not work properly as it starts drips and then stops frequently. Not a reliable machine and I wish I had bought a Pixie that has been perfect for years. I am a big fan of Nespresso having had 12 machines over the years and this is the first one that is causing trouble - so, Nespresso make the machines more reliable as well as sophisticated.

First time in an Nespresso boutique, and I was impressed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We picked out some new flavours and was offered to try a cup of coffee ☕️ it an experience for sure. Will defo try and visit every time I’m in Dublin.

Nespresso Boutique with self service but staff is always happy to provide Tipps, guidance and a hand. Next to capsules they also offer coffee machines, cups, mugs, cookies and different flavors for your latte. Very enjoyable experience, every time I go there. Staff there is really great and I always leave with a smile 😃

My VertuoPlus machine gave up the ghost last night after many attempts by myself and the girlfriend to bring it back to life. Alas, it was for nought and because it was gifted to me I couldn't provide proof of purchase. Looking to buy a replacement I went in to the store today with the objective of getting a replacement device. I was greeted by Celio (apologies for misspelling your name) who provided phenomenal service and help. Not only did he help me pick the right replacement for myself, which ended up being cheaper than I anticipated, but also enlightened me on fantastic deals that Nespresso provides. After informing him how much I approximately spend a month on coffee he helped me sign up to a subscription service that was curated for myself. The service that was provided today by Celio was superb and I walked away with a replacement that I'm very happy with and, also, walked out feeling like I got a bargain as I spent less than I anticipated. Thank you very much!

I recently bought my Nespresso coffee machine with a discount there. The service was great and I had my cup of Nespresso as a compliment. Great value for the price! They have some really good bargains there from time to time.

Having no idea about coffee (I don't drink it), I went into the shop after buying my partner a nespresso machine. Naomi served me and it was truly one of the nicest experiences I've had in a shop! I told her my problem (I'm clueless about coffee) and she helped me pick out coffee for him, based on what he likes, without being pushy. She even enticed me to try some myself! I really hope company bosses read this because she's truly a gem in that shop and I'll be back!

I had a fabulous experience in the shop with Naomi. I was rushing to catch a bus home and I needed to buy a replacement machine. She couldn't have been more helpful and nice as she showed me how to use the new machine, choose coffee and set up the subscription service and register the warranty. And she did it all at breakneck speed. It was a lovely experience of in-person shopping. Beautiful shop too.

I went here to clear up an order issue and I was assisted by the Awesome staff working...I was able to get the coffees I ordered as well as be refunded, the help and kindness of the people working here was outstanding and much appreciated...😝🤘🤘😝

Beautiful shop, but first time there and ended up buying nothing because the system was down, I think. Staff could have just informed us and the people standing around about the issue, but instead not one even looked at us or said sorry for the inconvenience. Left after about 20mins of standing around.

Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Bought a new coffee machine as a gift, the sales assistant recommended a nice selection of coffees to go with it (including decafs as the machine was a present for an 80th birthday!) The manager rounded off my visit with a passion fruit infused freddo. Also I got some free donuts outside to round off a great experience

I love going to this store. The interior design is great and you get to see the range of coffee they have to offer. The staff is very helpful and they will give you all the information you need on the coffee machines, subscriptions and other products. The store is centrally located, just off grafton street which is super handy.

Went in last evening a few minutes before closing and met the most amazing staff there. There was a glitch in the system that wouldn't allow us to buy the 6th sleeve that we had credit for. We offered to not buy it and probably come again but they gave it to us anyway along with some samples! I really should have got their names but I have always met the nicest staff members at this Nespresso boutique. We left there with a wide smile :)
