Big disappointment. It’s not a restaurant, it’s a pub! Don’t fool yourself. So few dishes and the only soft drink is diet coke. The dishes don’t live up to the menu photos, it’s like half the portion of the photos lol, cocktails are the same, tall glasses on pictures… I don’t mind paying what I paid to get what I got if the photos on their Instagram and on the menu we’re honest. I went with my wife and we ordered one dish to start(picanha, cassava, haloumi) to share and we would order more + a desert but I felt myself so fooled that I just ate what I ordered and went to eat elsewhere.

Amazing place, gorgeous and delicious food, cocktails, hige list of drinks to choose from, the whole venue is just beautiful. Staff is so lovely and great and the upper terrace is a small piece of heaven on Earth. Recommending 100%

I told very kindly that I dropped my mask before entering holding my scarf on my face but the lady at the entrance didn't accept me + tried to sell me a mask for 5 Euro. It's extremely saddening to see such vendors who are still trying to milk people's money who are without masks. I just went to Mind the Step cafe 50 meters ahead, in same situation they kindly gave me a mask for free. Don't go to such greedy, capitalist-evil places trying to take advantage of your temporary situations.

Went to their Sunday Drag brunch and it was good craic, they have the option to order food and drink from a QR code at the table which was super handy! Would recommend their halloumi fries and boozy cookie dough.

I got the vegan burger (beyond) and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Even though it was pretty plain it was perfect! Would totally 100% get again. The service was great and everyone was really friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Excited to try to vegan feijoada next time.

I was there yesterday with my friends. The server couldn't speak fluent English like you expect here in Dublin. And he is from Brazil. Every time we had a question he couldn't answer because of the language barrier. Then the manager comes to our table and she accused us for being rude to the server. Just because we asked so many questions that he couldn't answer. THE FOOD WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE!!! Then only 3 out of 5 people got their food first so me and another one had to wait even longer to get our food. MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I EVER HAD!!! THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE TO US AT ALL!!! Only said that they had a lot to do. There's other better places for Brazilian food in Dublin than this place. I wont go back there if you people wont apologize!!

Drinks were grand, good value for them. Nice staff too but unfortunately the food was very poor. Got cheeseburger and chips and both were too salty to eat so I couldn't even finish it which was a shame. Felt I left having wasted money. In fairness the waitress gave me a dessert on the house to make up for it but overall a poor enough experience.

Bright, vibrant decor, and nice Brazilian food. Everything on the menu appears to be deep fried but good place to meet friends, move around (pool table)

Staff is great and they have 2 for €15 drinks. Food was a little slow to be delivered (because it was a busy night) but the wait was worth it. The karaoke room is a fun option for groups.

Went for an event in the basement that I've very much enjoyed at other venues but had to leave after 5 mins because the acoustics were so terrible. The problem wasn't so much that it was too loud (it was - but I can easily deal with that by putting Loops in my ears) but that the sound of the walls rattling was as loud as the music and the bass in our chests made us feel panicky. Because we'd bought tickets and a group of other people we knew showed up shortly after us we considered staying and checked out the smoking area but it was extremely packed and also too loud. By the time we got back downstairs the other people we knew were at the door getting refunds because they couldn't handle the acoustics either. Thankfully the event was moved to another venue for the next one.

We paid 10 euro in for a ticketed event only to find that there were no seats and there really was no 'event' to attend. It was just a themed night in a bar. The drinks were standard but on the expensive side, the food was nice but nothing special. The toilets were very unhygienic, didn't flush and the floor was covered in liquid which I hope was just water from very early into the evening. Not much atmosphere. I wouldn't return.

Having planned a full day in town we were struggling to find somewhere to have dinner so I chanced my arm by sending an enquiry through their website. I was 1st delighted to get a quick response & 2 that the booking was accepted. Although our booking was for 9pm, we arrived ahead of time. We were met by a very friendly staff member who initially invited us to grab a drink at the bar whilst our table was prepared but came back a minute later to show us to our table. We were situated on the ground floor, to the rear beside the stage. There was a great mix of music going & we were able to relax while we read the menu & tried to narrow down what we were going to have. I ended up having the Smash cheese burger with halloumi fries and a Cuba Libre to wash it down. Although there's a Qr code on the table to allow you to order yourself, there were plenty of staff that were more than happy to take the order. One thing to be mindful of is that you pay for your food/ drink right after you order it so make sure you keep your card handy. As the food is cooked fresh there was a little wait but that gave us more time to soak up the atmosphere & do a bit of people watching. My food was really tasty. We followed this up with a pick from the cocktail specials. We got 2 Moscow Mules which were fantastic. There were djs setting up as we drank & they started their set after 10. We left around 11 & found that there was quite a large queue trying to get in. If you plan to visit at the weekend I would recommend booking in advance to make sure that you get a table. We hope to go back for lunch another day (I blame the other reviewers & their picks of the chicken & waffles).

I went to Wigwam last night with some friends, it was so nice to be able to go there again. Always a good food and drinks, and the most friendly/cool staffs! Bruno was very kind with us, also Anderson the waiter. We had a great time. I definitely recommend! Thank you guys!

Had a great time! The place was busy enough and there was a great buzz, with the playlist on and our waiter was so nice and funny! The food was delicious, we got the cheese burger and the hearty bowl (would recommend the both) We had to wear our facemarks on entry and when going to the toilet which I thought was really good. The waiter checked up on us regularly too! Overall 10/10

Absolutely incredible drag brunch for my friends hen. The staff were so attentive especially Lana, the drags queens were so much fun, they made the bride feel super special, service was quick and food was yummy! So reasonably priced! Can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time in Wigwam and we absolutely loved it! Went in to watch Ireland vs New Zealand and were seated on a high desk from where we could see the screen perfectly. The service was great and fast. The food was absolutely delicious though! We did not expect it to taste that good and we would go back just to try the rest of the menu and desserts. Highly recommended for food.

Food and drinks always fairly quick even when it's busy, 2 for €16 on selected cocktails everyday. Staff are always lovely. (Also keep tampons the lady's toilets for customers)

We had a fantastic time at the Sunday Drag Brunch for my friends birthday. The Queens were absolutely brilliant, such an energetic full filled show and the interaction with the guests such fun. The cocktails were amazing and all the staff so lovely would highly recommend this place we will definitely go back.

Okay experience, the crust of my sandwich bread was too hard toasted, it almost hurt the insides of my mouth. That said, I absolutely dig the fries and the flavors in the sandwich. Also loved their Zombie cocktail. Good for a budget quick grab.

Good cocktails, for dinner they didn't have any chicken dishes. We were given the rooftop to sit when it was cold outside. There weren't enough heaters as well. Had to go to a different place to spend rest of the night.

A firm favourite among friends and have celebrated many occasions here. The staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. It’s a shame that as the years went on some of the core staff has left and the food menu changes often. However still always a great atmosphere highly recommend

Great food, nice atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! We had steak board (picanha), coxinha, tapioca squares, cassava fries and escondidinho. It was a lot of food for a group of 4.  The service was great! Marlon who looked after us, was extremely kind and helpful.

Ordered drinks from a waitress to the table. Payment was immediately taken. Drinks had not arrived after 40 minutes. Had to go up to the bar to inquire about the missing drinks. Was told to show receipt from app payment despite order and paying with a waitress, and then finally received the missing drinks. No apology or anything was offered to remedy the poor service. Bingo and the quiz were good fun. The decorations were nice.

Been there a few times. Food is always so good but a bit expensive for the size of portions.. it’s worth every now and then though. Place is quiet big but it is always busy. it looks like there’s a few different cool events on the place as well happening along the year. Few typical Brazilian dishes as well.

Always feel comfortable and at home when I come here. Staff and ambience super! Food DELICIOUS!

St Vincent’s phlebotomy staff had a fantastic night here at wigwam… the staff were very kind and friendly…. Catered to all our needs … food was great and service was excellent… one particular member of staff Hazel looked after our team…. So much fun! The staff are great. They bring your stuff to your table so ordering is extremely simple and easy. We happened to go in on song bingo night which was a blast. There's pool tables downstairs (which you have to rent) and it was just good vibes all around.

Wigwam is such a staple in Dublin that if you knew the craic you were missing when you DON'T go, you'd be kicking yourself. 3 floors (basement, ground, which has the stage, and roof where you can smoke) gives you enough variety to never get bored. Coupled with the persistent events, you really can't go wrong here.

Staff were so friendly and food was delicious. One of the groups food was delayed but the staff gave us extra nachos. The place a really enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.

Omg the chicken and waffles was sooo tasty. Such a lovely experience. We got the 30 euro food and drinks Deal. And the cocktails definately had a kick!! it was sooo good and service was brilliant...we had our food and drinks within 5 to 10 mins of sitting down. The waitng staff were very attentive. I would of loved to stay there longer but with restrictions that couldnt happen. Thanks We will definately be returning ..

The food was out of this world and by the pictures are plated so nicely. Friendly people, friendly workers. I will say it's not the nicest inside as how the food shows, but definitely a place to try.

Would be 5 stars if we weren't required to prepay for every round of drinks we bought, especially since we seen other tables not being required to do so.

I ordered a mulled wine and was quickly informed was not available, not a problem. However my boyfriend had to order his drink 3 times each taking 10 mins before he was told it was not possible and to make another choice....very annoying especially when now under a strict time per seating. They did offer 2 for 1 on his final choice which was appreciated but we were mid way through food when received. 45 min after after arrival

Weirdest restaurant experience to date. We were seated, made and order and then just nothing happened in 1.5 hours we were there. No food, no drinks (how much time does one needs to bring bottled beer?), no apology for the delay, just nothing. Really wanted to love this place, the staff was nice and everything, but I don't think I will be entering this place ever again. We couldn't sit there longer because of Covid restrictions, so we just left and went elsewhere.

First time here and have to say I will be back again. I'm still here as I write this and as everyone leaves they are cleaning not only the tables but the chairs and candles and it's great to see. The service is prompt and the staff are so friendly and I haven't even had the food yet 😊😊😊

If you are Brazilian living in Dublin and miss the food from your country, you have to try coxinhas and pão de queijo! So delicious!

This place offers a chilled and hip atmosphere. I loved the music as it gives you a lively experience. I ordered the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and a beer. It was delicious. We felt hungry afterwards and ordered a steak sandwich. They know what they're doing when they serve you a sandwich! It's pure 'yummy in your tummy' :). Pay them a visit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Refused to serve me and my friends our drinks for 40 mins when we had paid 30 each for the bottomless brunch. Not bottomless at all its a scam, manager then started to accuse us of "barking at people around us" and then refused to hand my cigarettes back to me. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was on a day out in town and a friend recommended this place. Food and pints are top notch and the staff are so friendly. I will definitely be making this a go to place when in town in future.

Awful, terrible, horrible, diabolical..... The customer service was a disgrace, had to flag down a server even though it was empty. I paid €3 for a handful of cold, soggy fries. The burger was good but disgraced by the chips and the overall price. Guinness was poor, greasy, disgusting glass. Social distancing guidelines were in place but not followed, staff wore masks yes but their control of customers was non existent. Customers were there for way over the 105 minute limit. We left of our accord way before that due too it just being a horrible atmosphere and the disgrace that was the service. The beer my friends bought was headless and differing in look and taste, with an overall horrible quality. Their food was a disgrace.... served cold in a piping hot dish to a standard you would expect from a low class bar, not bar with high prices in Dublin City. Would I ever go back? God no, I’d rather eat from a bin.

The table service was extremely poor, practically ignored by the staff. Had to flag down a server despite the venue not being busy at all. The food arrived and it was borderline cold despite being served in a piping hot bowl, which I wasn’t warned about by the serving staff. Ordered the Mac and cheese, the pasta was over cooked along with the bacon bits being dry and harsh, it was served with rosemary which was burnt and hard to swallow. Overall as a customer I didn’t feel like a priority despite being the paying patron, terrible customer service along with a poor final product, despite being a highly regarded venue it failed to deliver the service that should be expect, will not be visiting again as a paying customer unfortunately.

The second and last time I've been to this place. They did not have all the itens for the dishe that I asked for and I was not informed priority, they simple bring the food and walk away and the steak (Was not a steak btw) arrived at the table red row meat as I asked for medium that means the meat should come pink and last but not less important the server put us to sit under the bar/service area even tho the restaurant was empty.

Possibly the best brunch I ever had in Dublin. Was served very promptly by our waitor and I cannot remember his name but he was a gentleman who served us on the 30th of august for our 12pm booking. He was very polite and had a good energy about him I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was amazing. The chicken is so tender and the waffles are just right. Would recommend to anyone
