3 generations of my family and I spent many many hours at Dollymount. We swam, walked the length of the beach , took picnics down there ,and enjoyed it so much. Living in Smoky Birmingham going to stay with Nana in Raheny was better than some of my most exotic holidays Mexico Saudi Arabia xxx

I enjoyed this beach during low tide. Amazing for running, reading, view, splash and romantic sit around. I played marsh soccer here and later took a deep to wash off in the ocean.

I love the sea. Lovely place for a walk or picnic. With kids /or without/ you can build a sandcastle / or sand racing car/ any time.😊

A place where I use to go, to find peace... To recharge my batteries... To listen to the seagulls 'screaming' - I wish I could understand them... And the ships... An entire spectacle for the soul! Enjoy!!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰

An extraordinary resource available to all of Dublin but only enjoyed by a lucky few! Too many high points to list so it is better to suggest that people discover the many joys for themselves!

The strand itself can be a nice place for a walk, it even has a coffee shop but the beach side seems dirty even when the rubbish is collected frequently. Also the water looks dirty to me, probably due to sewage.
