We spent our first night here after flying into Dublin. We were all a bit frazzled from driving and flying for long hours with kids. The staff was incredibly nice and understanding. The room was also wonderful. Very comfortable beds. We chose to not eat there, but took a path along a little creek in the morning to a great Crepe place. It was about a 5-7 minute walk along the canal. Definitely a great place to start our adventures.

A warm friendly welcome on arrival. Exceptional clean room. Plenty of attentive staff in the bar and on the morning breakfast shift. Our only issue was the chrome cast on the television was not working for us. We received a call from the night manager apologising for the issue. Great location for walking into and out of Dublin City centre.

First at all, the Staff were really friendly and helpfull but the Hotel need to improve. There were plenty things which in my eyes are not worth 4 stars. For example: * The bathroom and the shower need some renovation * The walls had some holes * Our room was really dark (because we were in a corner) * Our room wasn't made fresh every morning, you had to ask for it - and even after that the room wasn't made very nicely * Overall the hotel made a "dirty" impression as it was carpeted everywhere. In my opinion, it needs an update. I'm used to much nicer 4 star hotels

Great place, right across from the stadium. The layout is well done, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is outstanding and welcoming. My only complaint is that the doors to the balcony in the room seem to be latched closed. Couldn't, for the life of me, get it open. Definitely worth checking out of staying in Dublin!

I recently stayed at this hotel and my fiancée ended up getting food poisoning from a nearby restaurant (not from the hotel). We had a flight back to the US the next day but ended up needing to extend his stay at the last minute. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. It was an awful situation and I was stressed trying to manage changing flights and hotels. The hotel management team was kind and thoughtful during this experience. They did everything they could to make a bad situation better. I will always stay at this hotel now when I visit Dublin and highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. The kindness and flexibility I experienced at this hotel was truly outstanding. Best hospitality!!!

Very nice and clean hotel. Reception staff very nice and helpful, always greet you with a smile. Rooms are very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Food in restaurant is good, although we (a party of 11) did gave issues with the service.

Manageress Siobhan & Deputy Manager Peter were so welcoming and helpful when we had to find accommodation at very short notice. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Genuinely friendly and cheerful staff, spotless rooms, superb breakfast. Went beyond the call of duty in providing phone chargers, extending the checkout time due to extenuating circumstances etc. Top class service from really nice people. Thank you so much. Joe O N

My family and I stayed here last week for a couple of nights and we all LOVED this hotel. Between the clean room and amenities, nice sitting area in the lobby, nice bar/restaurant, and amazing hospitality, it truly was a 5 star experience! It is also just a 15-20 min walk to the city center. We will be back when we find ourselves in Ireland again (hopefully soon)!

Overall a nice place but more of a high end 3 star as opposed to a low end 5 star. Lobby was very nice. No corkscrew Keys were not working after several tries. Hotel is aware of this system wide issue but its annoying still. Rooms are too cold- but they rectify that issue quickly Breakfast starts at 7, which is fairly late. The bar was excellent and great fish n chips. The prices are very fair however but again i just didn’t feel like it was a 4 star experience.

This place was so fancy and well accommodating. We reserved this hotel through a vacation package and received free breakfast and free parking. The breakfast was AMAZING, and buffet style but very nice and well stocked. We really loved the different jellies and jams to try! The rooms were clean and the shower was very hot and had lots of pressure! Checking out here was one hour earlier than any other place we stayed on our trip, but the cleanliness made that worth it. Walk down to Russell St bakery shop and get some snacks for your day!

Nice hotel, just a couple of tweaks to rooms would of given 5 stars. Would liked to have had a mini bar, as well as a room service menu. Room though was very comfortable and the bathroom was great.

A very short stay at Croke Park, over to watch the Rugby - yes it is possible to walk to the Aviva stadium from the hotel!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful - thank you Alan for the coffees on Saturday morning to walk into town. A wonderful atmosphere in the hotel as preparing for Christmas - nothing appeared to be too much trouble - booking taxis, printing documents etc. Food was good, my only gripe was at breakfast - asked the duty co-ordinator if there were vegetarian sausages - met with a firm NO - only for the chef to confirm that there were - and also written on the menu which were put onto the tables!! Very much looking forward to a return visit.

Don't let the rating of a 4-star hotel fool you! There were several things we came across that fell far short of a 4-star experience. First, the lobby and our room smelled like perfume, almost as if it was covering up the smell of filth. The room was fairly clean, but the smell in combination with hairs on the bathroom floor from the previous guest grossed me out. Secondly, everywhere we turned, things didn't seem to work. Our key cards (along with the cards of many other guests we saw) stopped working for our room and the elevator, and another guest we encountered complained to us in exasperation, "this happens every weekend." A few days later, I pressed the button for the first floor on the elevator and it literally popped straight through the panel and fell back behind it, leaving a hole. Also, the fridge in our room wouldn't turn on. Third, the staff at The Croke Park Hotel are nice enough, but they are not very attentive and it seems like they have to ask permission for basic requests. The rooms do not have microwaves and when I asked the front desk where I could heat up my leftovers from the previous night's dinner, they said they didn't have microwaves available for guests because of "safety reasons." Eventually they offered to have the chefs in the kitchen heat them up for me, but when I went down to the restaraunt, I had to explain to four different staff that the front desk said the chefs could heat up my food for me. I definitely won't be staying here again, but the experience gave my husband and I some good laughs.

Croke Park Hotel in Dublin is an excellent choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is also a plus, with easy access to the city center and many popular attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Croke Park Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dublin

Lovely experience. Great price, great service, wonderful rooms, and the free breakfast + parking made it even better. Only a 15-20 min walk to the city center so we never had to use our car. It was fantastic

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Restaurant food was good, but breakfast was just average. Great location. Close to the city but far enough out to be quiet.

Nice rooms with all modern conveniences, friendly and professional staff. Only issue was food served in bar was average. It was ok, but for €19 for fish and chips it should have been better. Would stay here again

Room was spotless and night service was another level of excellence, our porter Peter could not have done enough for us and would return for his friendliness alone. Thanks to all for a great stay, highly recommend.

Hotel was lovely and the rooms were great for a family. We did have an issue at dinner but Natalia went out of her way to rectify the issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back!

Quiet, clean, and friendly stuff. They responded quickly when we needed or asked for something. Easy access to the city center. You can either take some of the bus lines or just walk, it takes about 15-20 minutes. I should like to recommend that the hotel rooms need some USB sockets, as it will be easier to charge electronics. See you soon

Working trip, I can't wait to go there again, the rooms are great. Breakfast was great, as well as all of the services I received. Very nice, didn't venture around the hotel, took other tours, so I say much about the area. But this hotel is one of the best I've stayed at internationally in the past four months. I commend them on having a hotel thats done well. From check-in to the checkout, every employee was professional, polite, and welcoming. As it should be.

Stunning hotel for a good value. We stayed here 1 night on a long layover. The breakfast was nice. The location was kinda sketchy but a 15 minute easy ride to the airport. The beds were VERY comfy and the room was quiet. Easy check in and out, friendly staff.

I never stayed in the hotel, but I consider this hotel to be very functional, it delivers what you need: a bed, a shower and toilets. The food in the Bar (Sideline) is simple but efficient, when the food in the Restaurant (Hawthorne) is amazing, tasteful, complex and just very enjoyable. The team members are lovely and will do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Modern hotel with chic decor in the lobby and restaurant areas. The breakfast is very good and offers waffles on the buffet. Drinks and bar food menu are bit pricey and very limited on options. Servers aren't very attentive. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are impeccable. They have catered to our every need without question. The food is very good, breakfast is amazing. We only had one evening meal but again, amazing. The beds are comfortable. We had a pull out bed that wasn’t the best so they got us another mattress and that made the world of difference. Thank you to the Croke Park Hotel you made our stay enjoyable.

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff and a great bar for the evening, where we watched live-sport. Rooms were tidy, big TV with Sky inclusive. Croke Park Stadium is right next to the Hotel.

It was a great experience. The room was great and the bathroom quite big. Although the sights from our window were a lil bit "industrial" to say the least. We also had some issues with the heating, nothing serious tho. The staff was great and the hotel itself is beautiful yet not very well placed (35 min to the city center walking). Good prices and good food in the restaurant (drinks as well).

After a rocky start we had a lovely stay and the manager did everything to put things right. We had called to book a table in the restaurant. But upon booking I wasn't told the restaurant was closed. I explained on the phone it was our anniversary. Anyway the manager gave us a free dinner, bottle of wine and two glasses of champagne and he even served us in the private garden terrace. Truly wonderful time.

Unfortunately had to stay there during quarantine found security staff where like prison warders meals where totally inedible slop and mostly cold had to order in most nights my partner had surgery and could only eat certain things that they could not get right on most occasion s a lot of there staff are very rude .Tonight I rang for the forth time to obtain a copy of receipt which I'm now told they don't give receipts for quarantine I then asked to speak to a manager who's name was Tomas who more or less told me to f.... Off . Not a very nice attitude to clients ( maybe cause we only stayed during quarantine and allegedly they didn't get paid ) .anyway would not rate staying as manager seems to want a quiet night .Better nights spent in guesthouses around the country

Great location for visiting the 03 arena and obviously Croke Park. Was a bit surprised to be told at check in that I had to pay for the car park as I booked my stay with a third party thankfully this was resolved when I was checking out. The hotels decor is really impressive. Really nice seating area's inside and a heated outside area.

Nice staff, but a bit of a disappointing stay in a fairly grubby area of Dublin. We arrived before the official check-in time and were offered a room, but with the proviso that it would be near the lifts. We said we'd rather come back later and when we checked in that evening were still given a room right next to the lifts! Rather noisy experience (as all Dublin hotels are at weekends with the hordes of stag dos/hen parties) not helped by rooms overlooking a central square where people's shrieks carry at all hours of the day. Was offered some free drinks vouchers as a Hotels silver membership perk, but the shine was taken off by the waiter being completely perplexed by them. Manager took the time to explain the difficulties recruiting/training new staff though.

On the good side, most of the staff are super friendly, the room is spacious, clean, well furnished, with comfy bed and sound proof walls, ideal for business stays. The location is ca. 15 min walk away from the city center. However, there is a big room for improvement for the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. In the shadow of the great Croke Park Stadium. Beautiful hotel. Modern, spacious, spotless. Staff could not do enough for us. 20min walk from Dublin City centre. Highly recommended.

Had down pillows and comforter, unfortunately we are allergic. They fell over themselves to address. Great bartender. Breakfast was slightly below average. Eggs cold and or overdone. Table very crowded for three people. No salt grinders, all pepper. In spite of these, probably the second best hotel in our 8 day tour of Ireland.

The staff has been friendly, the room clean and spacious. The bathtub is long and deep (a big deal for my tall, broad frame). The staff has been very friendly and the location isn’t too bad for access to a lot of things.

Room size was comfortable and spacious and bathroom had both a walk-in shower and bath which was great. Bed was very comfortable with comfortable linen and pillows are reported in other reviews. Venue was close enough to walk from Templar Bar and close to the Grand Canal (although the immediate walkway on the canal is closed due to construction). Restaurant and bar was fine with helpful staff. I would not stay here if there was activity at the stadium as you are literally right next door to the Croke Park stadium. The barman had never heard of a Bloody Mary ? really? I felt sorry for him and helped him put it together but it was a bit bizarre and none of his colleagues behind the bar seemed willing to get involved; We had a luke warm shower both in the evening and early morning. It was too late at night to bother reception/ maintenance to report it - we did report it at checkout the next morning. The room temperature could not be adjusted; it was too warm and we tried to adjust the temperature down to no avail so we literally slept on top of the sheets/ duvet. And it was too late / we were too tired to report it to housekeeping.
