My wife and I celebrated her birthday in style with afternoon tea at The Westin in Dublin. The service was wonderful. The tea was delicious. The spread of sandwiches and cakes divine. We loved the festive spirit in the restaurant and celebrating Christmas and a birthday at the same time. Even the seating is extra comfortable and cozy in couches next to a fire. Definitely one of the best afternoon tea options in Dublin.

Excellent, polite staff. The cocktails were delicious. We were there for the Afternoon tea, don't take 2x set unless you are starving. I would come back to try lunch or dinner.

Unfortunately a very poor afternoon tea experience and not a 5 star standard. Firstly our teacups were dirty, in the inside there were brown marks. We asked for clean glasses, and one of the replacements that was brought to our table had lipstick marks on it so was clearly unclean. We ordered champagne, and it was not chilled, it tasted like it had just been put in the fridge for a few minutes. Later we ordered prosecco, and when it hadn’t arrived around 15 mins later, we asked the waiter and he had forgotten about it. When the waitress was explaining our food, she picked up the plates and then was constantly touching her mask and then the plate. Finally we were given the wrong bill. While the food was pleasant, the experience does not compare to the Westbury, the Shelbourne or the Merrion. I understand that it has been hard for the hospitality industry to find staff, but the staff did not seem trained and the hygiene and service standards were poor.

Quick snack while waiting for the room to be ready. Staff was very friendly and we talked to a few guest during lunch. First Guiness in Ireland for me was perfect. Tasted great. My wife loved her salad and I had the leek and potato soup - both great. A great place to snack!!

We were waiting for our room to get ready and walked around the hotel. Was attracted by 2nd floor beautiful Atrium Lounge. Even though it's fully booked, Atrium Lounge offer to give us a table before 1 PM the original reservation came. Super nice. We had 2 mimosa and enjoy the music the vibe & the hospitality. The day we went they have Mother's day high tea, we love how Irish people started drinking at noon ( or even earlier), & the server never need to ask if the mom drinks alcohol just pull the complimentary champagne for all the mothers. We had a wonderful time in Atrium, thanks for give us a table while we were jetlagged and need a table to sit down and rest.

Afternoon tea. Beautifully presented. Staff very pleasant. Setting relaxed. We got this as a gift. Lovely treat but very expensive.

Quite disappointed in the quality of the food considering the price of €49 for afternoon tea. I give two stars for excellent ambiance and service, but the tea was mediocre and the majority of the food was bland. The only high quality food item was their scone.

Thinking of an afternoon tea while you’re in the city? GO TO THE ATRIUM LOUNGE!! My family had a “Ladies Lunch” while we were visiting Dublin. We all thought sister, who has an intolerance for dairy and soy, was coming just to spend time with us and drink tea since it’s near impossible to go to a restaurant and find something of substance for her to eat. NOT HERE! Never has a restaurant been so attentive and creative. Our server, Fiona, was an amazing liaison between my sister and the chefs and when her tray came out we were all flabbergasted. So yummy and different — it was the most food she ate out in one sitting during our whole 10-day trip! And for the rest of us the tea and lunch was delicious. We had such a great experience and I’m glad it happened on our last day because it would have been hard to top. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!

Afternoon tea was a delightful experience. All the food was amazing and drinks on point, too. We had one younger child in our group and she absolutely loved the child’s tier of food that they prepared.

Absolutely loved the selection of teas and the tower of sandwiches, scones, and sweets were incredible. The only reason my visit doesn't merit 5 starts is because we were to have a glass of champagne with our afternoon tea and I asked for it before our teas. I then had to remind our server. A while after our teas and food arrived the server returned and said the champagne was warm so she didn't want to serve it to me. Wonderful decision on her part and I commend her for that!!! But if afternoon tea with champagne is offered, one would think the establishment would have chilled champagne in abundance.

We had a wonderful reunion with extended family in The Atrium Lounge today and were so well looked after in a warm, friendly and really professional manner by Helena, Irina and Yakkub (apologies for any spelling errors!) A fab late lunch / afternoon tea venue. Will be back for sure! 🤗

was here for afternoon tea. service was good. nothing too special to be truly memorable. there was a huge with like 12 people, the open concept amplified their conversations and made it very noisy
