We
ordered:
*Braised
meat
with
rice:
the
meat
was
blend
and
not
very
tender.
*Xi'an
famous
biang
biang
noodles
with
pork
and
duck
meat:
the
pork
was
blend,
the
duck
was
extremely
chewy,
the
noodles
also
very
chewy
and
they
were
swimming
into
a
greasy
sauce.
*Pad
thai
noodles:
wrong
noodles
for
Pad
Thai
,
very
chewy
noodles
and
the
topping
was
mostly
some
shredded
carrots.
*
King
Prawn
Tempura
with
eel
sauce:
it
was
worst
than
buying
them
premade
and
frozen
and
then
microwave
them.
They
looked
small,
were
only
5,
no
presentation,
no
tempura
batter,
they
were
bread
crumbled
but
the
crust
was
saggy
and
cooked
in
burnt
oil
as
their
color
turned
dark
brown
and
the
taste
slightly
bitter.
The
eel
sauce
was
tasting
like
the
one
bought
in
a
bottle
not
made
into
the
restaurant.
Info
for
the
chef:"Braising (from
the French word braiser)
is
a
combination-cooking
method
that
uses
both
wet
and
dry
heats:
typically,
the
food
is
first
browned
at
a
high
temperature,
then
simmered
in
a
covered
pot
in
cooking
liquid
(such
as
wine,
broth,
coconut
milk
or
beer).
It
is
similar
to stewing,
but
braising
is
done
with
less
liquid
and
usually
used
for
larger
cuts
of
meat."
2
stars
for
the
staff
efforts
and
smile.
All
this
was
worth
63€.
Probably
the
worst
money
I
ever
spent.
There
is
plenty
competition
outside.
If
you
try
asian
food
for
the
first
time
in
here,
don't
get
disappointed,
there
are
plenty
delicious
restaurants
out
there.
