One of the nice Costa coffees at Dublin , The place was very busy . The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The place looks like a social place, a lot of nice sitting areas around the shop. I like the Turkish guy working there . He is a very welcoming person as customer service. Well done for all the stuff, which was nice too

The after Covid Costa is still a good place to go. All security measures in place and same good ol' coffee.

I really like it here its just perfect the ambience is perfect and the staff are brilliant and friendly. My Dog Teddy loves their porridge but the coffee is always smooth and never smokey. I love here too because it is very cosmopolitan and European we have come of age. I love to people watch and listen to all the different languages and accents we are indeed becoming s more circular society. My elderly mother and mother in law were bigoted about the new Irish and I bring them here to teach them of their errors and finally I have changed their opinions somewhat. Coffee shops in Ireland are the new pubs the places to meet and listen. Coffee houses have helped ease the multicultural aspect of a new Ireland to those that fear change and of course introduced hardened tea drinkers to the virtues of good coffee. Love Costa

This costa has gone down hill of late, very slow, coffee not consistent. Sometimes it is great sometimes very poor, either milk is to hot and burns then it taste bitter or to cold and not creamy.

Asked for hot milk with our coffee's and only got cold milk, having said that, they were very very busy at the time when asked! Didn't complain and not going to make a song and dance about because Costa still do the best coffee and we still enjoyed it very much!

I went on 11/12/2022 and the music was very loud, to the point that you cannot talk. The music was horrible and the lyrics were very inappropriate for a cafe.

Our favorite Sunday afternoon coffee spot, always helpful and friendly, never had a bad cup of coffee.

Excellent. Medium lattes are massive. Lovely toasties and paninis. Nice staff.

Decent coffee, but a weird cafe, unusual layout, poorly planned and some of the furniture is damaged.

When I went into Costa there were about 6 people ahead of me but the two ladies serving were very friendly and efficient and worked very well as a team so that there was hardly any delay.

The chai latte is good but stays hotter in a take away cup. Service can be a little slow at times. Cakes are expensive so it's normally a ready made sandwich for me.

Was served by a very rude woman who almost shouted at me asking how many drinks I wanted while I was trying to make a cake selection, was bad enough she was shouting but I couldn't understand her accent which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I knew her co workers were also uncomfortable with the situation as they looked at me from behind her with facial apologies. This would have been a regular meeting place for myself, sisters and mother to get together for a chat, but this is no longer our place of meeting as I felt I would not hold my tongue with embarrassment a second time. We have started to meet elsewhere sadly.

Standard good quality coffee and WiFi, but about as far from the toilets as you can get while remaining onsite.

Using disposable cups whilst seating in , also coffee machine noise along with piped music very loud, dark and dingy place.

Grand place to take the weight off your feet. A reasonable piece of Apple tart/Cheese cake, wouldnt go amiss on the menu....with Real cream, not the stuff in the aerosol.

My over priced coffee was terrible. Double insult. €3.80 for small coffee. Too expensive. 500ml for small coffee? Way too large.

Lovely little Costa. Staff are always so nice. Went in with my daughter they made her feel special by being so nice and the way they engaged her about what she wanted in her babychino. She felt so grown up. Coffee was lovely also and it's such a nice relaxed place to chill and have a daddy daughter coffee and chat.

Real good experience today. Two lovely girls behind the counter who were happy to be there and happy to work. I was tired when i got there but they made me laugh before i even sat down. To find staff who are this upbeat at the end of a long day was not what i expected and pleasantly surprised.

Overcrowded none of the 10 people were asked for picture I'd or vaccination papers as they were so busy trying to get food out ,FIGHTING

Same menu, different Costa. A lick of paint during lockdown would have been nice,it has the same grubby stains on the walls since 2019. Nassau street and Dame street set the standard there, coffee and staff are always nice though.
