The cottage was absolutely disgusting don't think a cleaner had been in there for months, the beds we slept in were disgusting and the wardrobe had fell apart,I would not even eat or have shower there.The beds were only fit for the Dump and Brian the owner cancelled my booking unknown to me and then refused to give me a refund. There was no covid 19 restrictions in place and no social distancing ,I went in to the property with my mask on and there were 2 Bulgarian citizens ,sitting at the table no masks in sight ,the kitchen was very smelly and I have photos and a video to prove. The property needed a full deep clean it was disgusting, I am now seeking to get this place shut down and the subsequent authorities have been informed. Totally not recommended big no from me

Didn't stay... on arrival no key in the key box no one or no where to enquire about it I'm a elderly lady with my granson didn't know what to do so didn't like the feel of the place so we left and went to a travelodge.. on just looking at this place NO i wouldn't want to go back and when rang about my experience didn't seem to be to bothered

It advertised itself as private room with private bathroom on Airbnb. That is not true and there is a single bathroom to share with another 3 rooms. On top of that it had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. I seriously considered sleeping on the floor but it was too cold for that.

I wish I had read these reviews firstly before booking. Train was late and subsequently my son missed the ferry, so his travel was extended by a day. Booked with Jo and asked if they would be so kind as to push booking onto the next day or refund us - point blank refused. So, folks, hit them where it hurts - in the pocket.

Overpriced!!! Experienced Dublin Airport Taxi driver had never heard of it. No signage. Sheets not pressed. As an older woman travelling alone didnt feel safe here. No one on arrival. If it wasnt for a nice couple showing me how to get into my room I dont know what I would have done. Getting key from backyard safe without adequate lighting, young lady and I shinning our phones to key in code, is NOT acceptable or safe. Stayed in Premier Inn week earlier for 120euro my son paid 154euro for this hostel style accommodation thinking it was a B&B but this is SHARED accommodation highly priced. Complained to booking.com who contacted the owners to no acceptable response. When booking it should be made clear that this is shated accommodation with no staff.😝 Giving one star as I did lay in bed

near the airport but the entrance can not be found. we slept with the noisy boiler in the room. no one waiting for us. horrible thing: in the morning we found a ticket made with a sheet and a rope with written not to leave hair in the shower out of respect for everyone. I think it's really rude also because I did not see in the bathroom! maybe one ???? I worked in many 5-star hotels as cleaning the floors and if every time I found the bathrooms covered with hair I would have to leave 2000 tickets !!100 euros in two for one night and not even a tube of shampoo

We arrived and had great difficulty accessing the accommodation. We met a number of other people staying there. They all complained about the standard of the accommodation. We were fortunate to be able to leave unlike the other poor guests. Unclean , smelt of urine and damp. We felt the bed and there was no way we could have slept in it and no felt unclean. In short a total niggtmare

Excellent location and nice clean rooms with tea.coffee facilities and the possibility of warming up food. Great spot walking distance (30 minutes with no luggage) from the airport. I recommend room 3. Had that twice.

I had a great stay at the property. Lovely clean room. Free tea and coffee. Fully equipped kitchen. The owner Brian was so considerate and helped make our short stay in Dublin really worthwhile. I will definitly be back

First impression wasnt the best. Didnt realise bathroom is sheared. Couldnt really fond is it two single beds or one double. When we get there it's nothing more or less than you see on pictures. Its clean but standards arent the best. We wouldnt come back there even after nice time we had there. We almost didnt see people staying with us (there is few rooms), didnt have problems with getting to bathroom (no wait or anything like that) great location, Express bus to Doublin just round the corner. It was very relaxing, even with the room by the read. But it doesnt match the price. We did rush with booking when we checked prices later we could get something better for thisame price
