It is the worst place to stay. It totally ruined my Erasmus experience in Dublin. It was always so disgusting and smelly. Blue house was literally a landfill. People didn’t respect anything and never cleaned their mess. The washing machine was broken and never got repaired before I leaved ( about January) and the dryer didn’t work properly either. The water is always cold, it’s really rare to get a hot shower. Finally, the booking system is shame, you have to pay 500 € but you don’t know what type of room you will get, ( what a surprise to be 5 in a room when you preference was single room 🤡) Trust me don’t go there .

I lived here for a year and me everyone who came to visit me there agree that is the worst student accommodation they have ever set foot it. There were 20 people sharing a kitchen and bathroom both of which were constantly filthy. The hot water, fridges, washing machines, etc. were always broken. The rooms were damp with mould growing everywhere. I honestly don’t know how it hasn’t been shut down the place is a disgrace.

Visited JB students campus to drop someone I know. It was Sunday and despite informing JB guys about arrival reception was closed. Their landline was unreachable. Finally found someone ti guide us and managed to get in the building. Overall poor experience!

The majority of the time the water is freezing and the heating is not on during the coldest months of the year, it should improve a lot more. The fridge doesn't keep the food cold enough and it goes bad. Apparently they don't care about the well-being of people who live in the structure as they don't try to fix the problems reported by who lives there.

This place is an absolute nightmare. For such a high price it is completely not worth it. Rooms are small, there is mold in the bathrooms, old equipment in the kitchen and cleaning service is basically non existent. Many times there were issues with heating, warm water and WiFi and stuff was not bordered. We had to wait weeks for anything to be fixed even though warm water and heating in winter are a necessity. I don not recommend coming there, if not the people you meet, the conditions are inhumane.

I don't recommend this place for staying as a dormitory. There is no heating for room no constant hot water and unfortunatelly insufficent İnternet. İt is impossible not to be sick İn this cold. There is no management that can solve the problems. We didn't get the value of the money paid as a dormitory

Nice place to stay very good social side as it is shared accommodation probably some of the better accommodation I've seen. The rooms take turns cleaning the place and bringing out the bins but the cleaners go over and above and have the place absolutely spotless.

I stayed here for my first year of college and I really liked it because it's shared accommodation there is a massive social side to it. It's not cramped at all and the cleaners and maintenance people look after the place really well.even with the security there is so much freedom and security is unbelievably sound.

Considering distance to schools, it should be way cheaper. Almost 800 is too much for a tiny single bed/room.
