The check-in in Dublin was a disgrace. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight and it took 75 mins to check in. So slow! Was painful and had no time for coffee or shopping despite being 2.5 hours early!

This is currently closed for repairs so passengers are being sent to the T1 Lounge which has none of the facilities of the Etihad lounge and feels like a strip mall food court (except the only food is cereal). I contacted the airline but they didn’t seem to care

Very pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It all put me in a good frame of mind for the long flight

A 380 Business class Dubai to Bangkok. Excellent Bar in the sky well worth the extra.

Worst customer service ever, all the checkin agents are rude, if there is a gram more, they force you to pay if you are not going to, then move away from my counter,low cost airlines do better than etihad staff.

Travel from Dublin to Hyderabad I miss two sutecase one bag I found on bell Manchester I was talking to etihad airways staff they was surprice just says sory after 3 days I get my sutecase I have very important medicines which I need day one very bad service from Dubai to Hyderabad No led screns kids very boring long way

Was great when it was just the Ethiad Lounge. Now just a bog standard lounge, in fact I've been in much better Priority Pass lounges

I had an option to put zero I would have done that. Do not book this flight. They cancelled my flight just few days before the departure and as per their flight can cancel policy you need to travel as per their dates, other wise you need to cancel the flight and ready to loose the money 💰. They just not bought jetairways, they bought their habits too.

Great lounge. Very welcoming. Staffs are very pleasant. Very clean prayer room and showers were lovely. Thank you for making our brief stay wonderful.

Average lounge. It seems to be just big enough for the business class cabin passengers. Food is nice. Little variety but we'll presented. Welfare facilities are small too with only one shower.

This is now been change to East Lounge.Cater for flight going east,predominately Etihad,Emirate and Qatar airline.Showing off contemporary Irish design and serving the best of Irish produces in hot and cold buffet also very nice a la carte menu.

Nice quiet place to sit. No real options for breakfast, cereal/pastries was about it. If food options were better it would be a 5*

For the last 2 days I've been trying to book my tickets using my travel voucher worth €982.44 but when I go to payment it shows my balance is €182. Tried to call, email, tweet. All I get is "you will be contacted soon. Yet nothing. My travel voucher is expiring today. I'm so annoyed and upset don't know what else to do.

Simple roadside cafe with indoor/outdoor seating. I had coffee & jam tart & both good. Efficient & friendly service. Well worth a pause in walking or driving.m

I brought a cabin baggy, backpack and a totebag. One staff that was so unfriendly told me to repacj my stuff even tho she saw that both backpack and luggage were full. I know its strictly prohibited to bring more than 2 hand carry stuff inside the plane, but what upsets me is the attitude of the staff. No smile, unhappy voice tone, overall bad experience with the etihad staff in dublin airport.

I was a bit disappointed with the lounge and what time was available to eat. I literally couldn't eat anything with my food allergies. The Prosecco was on the sweet side and not much of a wine selection. Some USB charging ports would be helpful if you're travelling with an international plug.

Amazing lounge with fitness centre, spa, shower facilities and a 3 course cooked to order menu. Always quite quiet. Staff are always incredibly helpful, respectful and doing their utmost to make your visit an enjoyable experience.
