I
had
a
physician's
order
for
water
therapy.
I
quit
going
to
Axis
and
stopped
utilizing
the
meds
they
prescribed.
Saw
Dr.
Robinson
&
agreed
to
have
multiple
cervical
spacers
&
also
lumbar
surgical
intervention.
Just
one
last
bit
of
sport
related
excitement....
Snow
skiing.
Oops...
Spiral
break
of
my
tib/fib
with
Dr.
Eason
referring
me
to
Dr.
Chan.
5
screws
at
my
ankle,
3
at
the
knee
&
I
asked
The
Cantrell
Center
to
allow/facilitate
healing
through
water
therapy.
DENIED.
If
I
want
to
use
their
pool
I
must
humble
myself
&
pay
to
join
their
programs
without
any
assistance
from
my
insurance.
You
may
think
that
this
is
nothing...
$400.00+
per
month
isn't
'nothing'
when
you
are
unable
to
work,
you
see
multiple
physicians,
your
primary
vehicle
needs
thousands
of
dollars
of
repairs,
your
elderly
Pom
is
receiving
meds
daily,
your
husband
works
diligently
to
care
for
you,
&
you'd
be
grateful
just
to
help
your
sons,
your
Daughter-in-Laws,
your
Father,
your
Father-in-Law,
etc.
I
was
informed,
during
my
last
request
for
help
from
The
Cantrell
Center,
that
because
I
refused
to
give
them
Dr.
Chan's
physical
therapy
orders
that
my
only
option
was
to
purchase
the
monthly
'membership'
option
which
WILL
NOT
INCLUDE
PHYSICAL
THERAPY.
I
find
the
advertisements
promoting,
as
well
as
promising,
that
The
Cantrell
Center
is
focused
on
the
health
&
wellbeing
of
those
in
need
very
frankly
disgusting.
This
is
not
an
easy
thing
to
say.
It
hurts.
I
have
had
multiple
surgeries
and
I
have
needed
help.
Sometimes,
those
you
turn
to
when
you
are
suffering
the
most,
hurt
you
either
out
of
ignorance
or
worse,
uncaring
indifference.
