Avoid this place. The company is completely ignoring to its customers.Ā The gym is too crowded with people.Ā The lack of equipment, which is worn out.Ā Even if you do not use the pool, you pay for it. They also withdraw money from a bank card even after closing the account and cancelling the membership. I have emailed them and informed that I want to cancel my membership 10 days before the standard next withdrawal of money from the card.Ā As a result, the money was withdrawn anyway.Ā And then the next month the same story ā€“ they took money from the card.Ā If you would like to change gym - FIRST, go to the bank and block payment for this company and THEN inform Bendunnegym about cancellation the membership, otherwise they will withdraw money even after cancellation the membership.

Was a member in their Waterford gym for more than a year. When COVID-19 broke out, they decided to permanently close the gym in Waterford. I had almost a year left on my membership (I just recently renewed it). Attempts to contact the administration and claim a refund for the remaining months resulted in nothing - just an email from their sales manager, saying they are too busy to process it and a promise to get back. That was almost three months ago. My recent emails got simply ignored. Beware of this when signing up, people.

Great location, very big with multiples of all exercise machines so even if it's busy you won't have to wait. Weights are on a different floor to exercise machines so if you are just looking to tone up or lose weight you won't be surrounded by body builders. Very good price affordable for all. You can buy membership online. Lockers showers and restrooms available for use.

great range of equipment. friendly staff. the showers in the women's changing rooms constantly go hot cold hot cold though which is really irritating when paying a membership and not what you want when wanting to wind down after a workout! there is a SERIOUS issue with people not bothering to wipe equipment after them. I almost never see people wiping it after themselves like you are supposed to. but all in all great classes included in price and good equipment

I like this gym. Lots of machines to use; very well equipped, situated in city centre, the staff and people are lovely(you can share the equipment). The only thing that could be better is the (too) hot water in the showers and air conditioning in ladies room( it's quite chilly there). Otherwise - perfect for working out.

The gym is good. Enough machines. They could get more dumbbells, but that's okay too. No swimming pool (I don't miss that). They are closing early every day. On the weekends they have a short opening time. Same on the bank holidays if they are open. Sometimes they have that short opening time even before and after the bank holiday.

Good value for money The gym can be a bit dirty and smelly There is no wifi and they make you pay for the locks in the locker room. I wouldnā€™t go there if I were to choose again. But I guess its cheap and good place to workout for a very small price.

Good gym, has everything. But itā€™s packed, all the time. It is a small gym and very central so itā€™s busy pretty much always. Itā€™s also ridiculously hot inside on warm days. Thereā€™s no AC and that small building seriously heats up

Pluses +++Very well equipped gym, amazing Zumba classes, spacious, friendly staff, enough clean, comfortable changing rooms. Minuses --- Low water temperature (a couple years ago the shower was busy. In 2020 ladies use it rarely). In the place where happens Zumba classes are placed different stuffs that might be source of injury: mats, steps.

I've been a member here since 2012. It's extremely convenient in terms of location for me, there is a good selection of weights and cardio equipment and plenty of floor space for stretching and ab work. I'm in here at least 3 to 4 times a week and can't really fault it. Sometimes it can be overcrowded (especially earlier in the week) but by Thursday evening this seems to ease off.

Good gym. wish people would wipe the equipment after themselves and the women's toilets can be messy at times but a good range of equipment, friendly staff and a good atmosphere overall. will be keeping my membership for the foreseeable anyway šŸ˜

šŸ˜  The facilities are amazing and there is an amazing range of equipment available but unfortunately that's as far as it gets. We start from when they decided to "renovate" the spa area and never mentioned any expected date to reopen. Instead, they would always say that "next month" it would be ready...
