Warning to anyone thinking of joining this gym. I've been a member of this gym the last 5 years, so I can really say this place has gone downhill. The staff are friendly, but the new management has made some questionable decisions regarding equipment and its dealings with members. While the basic cable machines are broken and there are tonnes of free weights straight up missing, they have purchased a rake of brand new machines that you won't see half the members ever using. To top it off I was unjustly charged for an extra month after cancelling my account, and they are unwilling to refund. (this is a common occurrence if you read past reviews) It's a shame to say this as I really enjoyed this gym, but in its current state, you should really give this place a miss.

Ni E gym the have good equipment and a great staff to engage with. Im giving only 2stars because the elevator doesn't work. I have pretty bad knees and they get worse after a workout besides the toilets/changing rooms are on the 1st floor and getting there is a real task for me. When you charge the full fee ensure that all facilities are provided!

I had been a member of this gym for a while, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I hadn't used the gym for the past 6 months, and when I requested to cancel my subscription, they insisted that it was already 3 days into the new month and that I'd be charged for another month. The audacity of charging for a service which was not even used, this policy is completely unreasonable, especially considering my prolonged inactivity. Moreover, the gym frequently lacks sufficient equipment to support during peak hours, and I've witnessed broken machines left unrepaired for weeks. To make matters worse, one of the staff members displayed a complete lack of professionalism, speaking rudely to me and my friends. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. I cannot recommend this gym to anyone at their current rates, especially with outdated equipment and impolite staff. It's been a regrettable experience, and I'd advise others to seek a more customer-friendly and well equipped gym with additional facilities at this rate.

Great and very friendly gym. Very very clean gym, with everything you need in one place. Great classes are offered on a daily basis. Would recommend anyone living close to hop in and check it out. 💪💪💪💪

I would not recommend joining this gym at all , the customer service is not great no spaces in there classes always booked up and they don’t take monthly payments properly as with my own experience they took my monthly payment then refunded it without any reason to then charge me a extra €20 fee for not paying my fee as I had bank statements to show there was more than enough money in my account when I rang the gym there wore very unhelpful , they told me the payments going true a different company to ring them up that they themselves can’t help me. I am not the only person who this has happened to with the payments.

Very nice and spacious gym. I like the idea of split between heavier weights downstairs and machine upstairs. Friendly and welcoming staff. Always clean. Couldn't be happier!

I've been a member of 3 other local gyms. This one is genuinely the best. The equipment is excellent and I must say the staff are the most approachable I have encountered. They actively help you progress or let you to your own depending on what you want. It's always spotless clean and hygienic. I love this place, a benchmark for how gyms should be run. Other gyms should take note.

Great gym

Great selection of machines (precor), free weights, resistance kits and classes. Instructors will help you or you can workout as independently as you require. The gym is bright (natural light), spacious and always spotless. Showers, lockers, vending machine and parking provided. Sign in by fingerprint which is also far more convenient than a card. A welcoming atmosphere in which you can train at your own pace and a great local facility.

Nice environment and lovely staff on hand to advise on your exercise.

Great location( especially for the locals). Gym is brand new and not too crowded. Good selection of classes for everyone. Staff are well trained and helpful. Free parking just outside the gym, or alternative (ask for free 2h parking pass at the gym) parking just beside apartments block

Best gym option, if you know what to do. The rates are so cheap that it costs less than a euro per day and the equipments are quite decent. The instructors are also very good and the Drimnagh branch is in very serene location.

Gym facilities were fine, my issues were when cancelling membership. Mine was previously frozen, reactivated and charged without my approval. I was charged multiple times and it took 1.5 months to finally resolve the issue. Difficult to get updates, certain staff being on holidays etc meant process was even longer than it should have been. Really disappointed with how long and inconvenient the entire thing was

Good place to workout ..Friendly staff..the only 2 things they need to focus is on Be on the floor and teach people the Correct exercises and Posture . Also energie fitness need to make gym pass tap or fob entry accessible because everytime we need to press the button and make the employees comedown and open the entry bar for us ,Sometimes when they are busy with another customer it wastes a lot of time at the entrance

Just signed up here recently. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They were a great help when it came to some issues I was having signing up. The facilities are perfectly fine, nothing special but everything you need is there. The studio however is very good, large enough for social distancing with plenty of equipment. I was only intending to use this gym temporarily while the others were closed but I think I might stay for longer. It's never too busy there as you have to book your visits ahead of time. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or anyone who's gym has closed down and is looking for somewhere to go.

Spacious and well organized place with lots of positive people around. Talking about the staff, they need a special mention! Crazy Mike and welcoming Luke will definitely be the loved ones there in addition to other staff too! Kudos.

Joined last week after a few free passes. Equipment upstairs is good. Downstairs the cable cross overs are broken and lots of attachments that could be used on the broken machine are missing. Good selection of free weights, bars and benches. Chelsea who took me through my induction was friendly and knowledgable.

Cancelled my membership but they continued to take money, this has also happened to a friend of mine. Not acceptable and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Great gym, clean, spacious and I find it really useful to have all the courses included. This increases my motivation to go to the gym, have 30 min done and then it is easier to make it to one hour of jogging or streching. Thumbs up!

Great gym. Lost a stone since joining in December. Great classes and the place is never too crowded. At such a good price aswell it is well worth it for the money you spend. The staff are so friendly and approachable and will help with whatever problems or queries you have and they are also a great laugh. Best gym I've been a member of !!! Fit4Less promised us to keep the same rates we had in another branch that closed and then refused to keep the promise.

Really nice gym. First work out there this morning. Very disappointed that the punch bag area was being used for a class (3 people) and I was told at 7.10 that the area would be free at 7.30. The 1st floor studio was empty.. I had to miss out on my bag work.. one of the main reasons I chose fit4less????

The gym is perfect!!! It has everything you need from functional training equipment to a variety of cardio based machines. I'm here over a year now and I'm still amazed at what I'm getting for the price of my membership.
