Great gym with heated cardio classes that last 45 mins you will lose 400 ish calories as when the heartbeat gets going at first you will struggle but fly through the class with tunes and positive communication you wear a pod little device that goes around your body and sits on your heart this tells you your heartbeat on the big screen in the main cardio room there is four different zones and this will outline your progress in the class on the big screen with lovely staff and great facilities to get change and parking spaces it is a great gym

As long as you bring and drink lots of water you will get an amazing workout in these reduced oxygen increased temperature chambers. Low impact, great cardio results.
