I have been a member of this Gym for a long time buy will not be rejoining as it has gone down hill. Firstly the Reception staff. I found these girls very rude, some of them spend more time looking at themselves rather than with trying to assist members of the gym. Some of them need to be trained or retrained in customer service practices and politeness. Secondly, the facilities: Very very lax on addressing issues with social distancing, wiping down equipment after use and using a towel. Its not policed or managed by the floor staff at all. You could be training and have a person standing right beside you. They seem to have policies in place but are not enforced. The gym floor needs major investment put into it, the gym equipment has deteriorated over the past few years, ripped benches, incomplete weight set, damaged dumbbells' that have not been repaired for over a year. The swimming pool and shower area is filthy, i forgot an item of clothing on a Monday after a swim, i went back on Friday and it was still on the floor in the changing area. There is also an Ant infestation in the pool area. In general the Hygiene and cleanliness level is shocking in the current environment . This gym should be a valuable amenity to the Cabra area but it has gone down hill due to very rude reception staff, lack of investment and up keep of the equipment and terrible cleanliness standards. The gym is losing members and it very clear why. I wont be rejoining along with a lot of others, which is a shame as it could be a nice gym if ran properly.

None of the showers have normal showerheads, water barely flow.. none of the changing rooms have hanging huck, staff most rude, only few friendly.

Went here for a few years before the pandemic hit. Went back last November. The sauna and steam room were closed so ok but the price is still the same (and no refund or consideration for the months that were left on our contract when the pandemic hit and the place closed down - ok we can accept that but). with that in mind the least they can do is take care of the equipment. Both rowing machines were broken by the time we decided to leave and they were down to 1 standard exercycle. Half the other equipment has out of order signs on it. I did send an e-mail asking when they were going to maintain the equipment and that our renewal depended on the response. No response. As much as I liked the front desk staff the management leaves a lot to be desired and has poor customer service skills(in my humble opinion). We are now going to a local council gym for about 1/3 the price. They don't have as much equipment but what they do have works and they have a working sauna so....yeah too bad. We started out really liking this place but...

Really friendly and good value Gym and pool. The swim passes are great value and fairly flexible and the memberships are also good value. The pool and sauna are decent and generally not too packed. The staff are helpful. The one issue is the cleanliness. they have full time cleaning staff in the changing room area who keep the floor dry, but it could do with a more regular deep clean. The toilets always stink and the shower cubicles are covered in soap scum and mold. The tiles are stained other than where people walk. Its a pity, as its the only problem i have, but it is a significant one.

Sauna door leaks air so not hot enough. Black mould in shower cubicles and overall badly needs a deep clean... Otherwise friendly staff and good facilities

They don't let people check the facilities due to covid but they gladly accept a new membership, then I can go whenever I want. When asked if they expect me to subscribe to a membership without check the place before the answer was: "You can check pictures on Facebook"

Amazing ...the pool which is wat I use is always manned by life guard and also the pool and changing rooms r spotless..staff r cleaning the shower area constantly and the staff on reception r so helpful amd friendly.... I have t used the gym so can't comment ..but sauna and steam rooms well looked after too.. All in all I've always had a great experience at Inspire...

Use of pool only, nice size, clean enough changing areas when I've used them, lifeguard and friendly staff in the morning.

It’s a good space if you live near to Cabra. A space with warm pool and good machines to work out.

Great location for training, swimming (pool), soccer (astro, normal playgrounds), classes etc. Price is affordable. Staff can be more friendly (like its just not a job...Feeling i get sometimes...). Gym staff are very knowledgeable and will guide you to proper training when asked.

Customer for more than 2 years, Paid 3 months in advance for 2 people in October, to be told that my subscription has expired after all the lock downs, no allowances or minimal consideration, it is a good place, if you manage to enter.

They denied entry to my 13 year old daughter and her friend (both strong swimmers) because I could not get in with them on this occasion. Even though ,I was going to watch from the spectators area. So apparently, you need a parent in the pool with you until you’re 16. Which is ridiculous. They are capable teenagers , not toddlers.. There’s little else for this age group to do in the local area as it is.

Good swimming pool, have sectioned lanes as well as children’s area, sauna and stream room. Showers, changing facilities and locker area one of the best I’ve seen!

Everything great . Staff and facilities. Pool OK but ....be aware of huge step down where pool depth increases dramatically.

Staff is very helpful and infrastructure is decent. Gym area does lack some additional equipments, but I reckon that there's a limited space for it so not sure if much can be done in this regard

Very clean and well staffed. Bathroom fixtures not aging well and no changing room for men . Opening times not great during holiday periods. Good spot overall though with a very welcoming vibe.

The pool is really pleasant, changing areas kept clean. I haven't tried the gym yet but looks great. The swimming instructor is great with kids. There appears to be lots of classes available, so feel lucky to have this amenity close to us.

Pool is great, staff very nice, The only thing is that you can't pay as you go this option is only sat, sun. 👏👏

Pool is great, the gym needs more machines for the upper body. Would be amazing if the free weights were organised by weight so we can find them easily. Would be a great addition to have 2 benches as well. Staff is very friendly

Far too many people, and too little equipments. Not worth half of what they charge. No water fountain anywhere, “because of COVID” but they sell one small bottle pf water for 1.8. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

A fantastic facility with super access near the city, well serviced by public transport, super football pitches, a class swimming pool and Jim, the staff are very friendly and helpful, lots of fitness and swimming classes on offer! I loved this place

I've been going here for a swim for the past month, it's very clean, decent changing areas and no issue parking.

The pool is great , the way everything is organised is excellent. Lanes, timetable, lockers, showers. Really like this place

Good gym. Old equipment but at least you have some choices.

Have to rate this as my daughter works here but she's so enjoying the experience and loves the patrons

Terrible customer service, I have been charged by this place without never been there and no one sort this out. Its on going for the last 6months. I Definitely do not recommend it.

Staff lovely and very helpful I can go 3-4 times a week. Clean and a great swimming pool
