    I started training with Elan about 8 weeks ago and my only regret is not starting sooner! I was incredibly nervous at the first class but I've never felt so welcomed and put at ease as I was at the first session with Elan. I had joined the gym just for my own head space really and wanting to challenge myself a little with something I'd never done before....and if I lost weight that was just going to be a bonus! I've loved every single class and look forward to them each week. Elan has such a great approach and attitude towards the training that you're working yourself really hard but enjoying it all at the same time! The detailed food plan and support/advice he gives really keeps me on track and I managed to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks which I'm amazed at! Its the atmosphere and support in this gym that's kept me going back and Id 100% recommend Zest and Elan to anyone.

    I’ve been training with Elan at Zest for the past few months and it’s been great. Elan is very professional yet friendly and attentive. The workouts are fun and tailored to my needs. When I started I had just recovered from a running injury, so my left hamstring was weakened, I must say that my leg feels much better and stronger. In fact I feel stronger overall, I never thought I could ever do a pull-up but we’re getting there, soon without any help ;) My body is toned and and I’ve lost a few inches all over, but specially from my waist, and that’s awesome. Thank you

    Excellent personal training. Great attention to detail. Very attentive. Tried loads of personal trainers in the past but Zest is the perfect fit for me. Good banter but Literally crawl out of sessions. Tough and what you want.

    World-class training from James at Zest Fitness! Lots of variety and engagement. Highly recommend classes and PT sessions - I’ve been going for years and it’s the perfect compliment to a healthy diet. The exercises and banter are energizing and fun!

    I would highly recommend James at Zest Fitness. I started working out with James 3 months ago and am down 15 pounds and feel better than I have in over 5 years. On the same note, I've learned that there are better ways to judge progress than just solely focusing on weight loss. My body fat % has decreased substantially, I'm getting stronger with each workout, and I feel more confident about my body than I ever have. James is probably one of the most passionate trainers I've ever worked with. He'll push you to your limits but he's also good about telling you when you're really doing a great job. I'm moving back to San Francisco and can only hope to find a trainer that's as dedicated (and occasionally funny) as James is.

    First time going to a personal trainer and I am glad I chose Zest Fitness. After only 4 sessions with Cameron I can already notice a difference, feel more toned, stronger and come out of each session feeling great (if a little sore the next day!). Also- my lower back pain has gotten way better as strengthening my core. Cameron is a brilliant trainer- very professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. The sessions are varied and combine weights, stretches, trx, boxing etc. Tough but fun! Really recommend this place to anyone thinking of PT sessions.
