I was really worried about my fitness and attending the gym again, but within the first few minutes of my first class, Claire and the team put all my fears to rest. I was amazed at the warm welcome and friendly community at Unit 1, and have gained confidence in my fitness after only a few weeks. It is clear that the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and the programming is absolutely super. Would recommend to anyone, amateur or professional, interested in getting fitter and having fun while doing so!

I love this gym. The trainers Claire and Ian are super professional, helpful and welcoming. It’s like becoming apart of a great community when you go there and I couldn’t recommend it enough for people looking to start into a healthier life from scratch (Like myself) or for continuing your fitness journey. It’s really good value and worth investing your time into.

So delighted I found this brilliant gym almost 3 years ago. The coaches bring so much knowledge, experience and craic to each and every session. Unit 1 is also such a welcoming place for complete beginners (like myself) as well as experienced lifters and gym-goers. Can't rate it highly enough. Would be lost without Unit 1! 🙌

Great unit, joined during lockdown 2020 after a few years with a city gym. Very welcoming bunch altogether coaches and members. Programming is excellent and varied. Only downside classes fill up fast so need to be organised with your calendar which Im not !

I joined Unit1 in the summer of 2021 and never regretted my choice. The class structure allows you to see progress each week while also learning and improving on form. The sense of community can't be beaten and the unbelievable coaches have built the best atmosphere to train in.
