Outstanding boxing club for amateurs and professionals. Friendly, fun atmosphere and sharp boxing minds. Would recommend a visit if you're involved in boxing in any way - or if you want to get involved.

Excellent I am not sure if they are looking for new members Solstice you need to join a gym emphasis on need this would be the place to go excellent all-around training for any kind of Sport or just general fitness and good health. Just wanted to congratulate spike o Sullivan and wish him the best

Joan is a fantastic trainer .She's certainly knows how to motivate and encourage, even when you think you have nothing left to give she finds that last bit of energy in you . Great program .It's well worth the visit .
