The staff are unfriendly. A "hello" would not go astray. I went to Swords Flyfit previously and they were very welcoming and friendly. There is high level of arrogance shown by the staff only focusing on themselves and they are distracted by their mobile phones. I had to ring the bell a few times due to issues with the turnstiles only to recieve unfriendly and lacklustre customer service. I only see one guy telling people to put weights away but he would do it in such an passive aggressive manner. They need to be more approachable, welcoming and not over crowd the gym.

There are no adjectives to describe how horrible this place is in all possible ways. Always packed, unfriendly staff (they just seem friendly when they are helping their own clients), broken equipments stay broken for days (months in some cases), horrible management. They just want to make money, they don't care about criticism and clients needs. My comments were deleted on Instagram when I was criticizing. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

I've seen sweatshops with less people packed into them than this gym. I waited so long to use the leg press I had to consider buying the skip the line pass at the reception. I went to carnival in Rio De Janeiro that had less Brazilians walking about. With all the people in the gym at any one time you'd swear they would have an engineer present to fix some of their machines. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They need to establish a max capacity number to ensure quality control and safety. That many people in a small space spreading bodily fluids just after a worldwide pandemic can't be safe. If you have any other affordable options available to you, I would advise you to take it.

Gym service is terrible, variety of machines are not good for the demand. When a machine is broke they take more then a month to fix it which impacts everyone workout, specially with Leg equiments which are strongly required to build a good train session. Overrall experience is terrible, how a gym of this size take so long to fix equiments?? Not to mention the dumbell section where we have just a few dumbells with medium weight (10kg - 20kg)

Worst gym ever. Crowded af, worst bio-mechanics machines, not enough dumbells. Not for serious lifters. Save your money. There are more gyms near city centre with the same price and have great services like parking etc.

Always too busy for an effective and structured workout without compromising constantly. Not enough dumbells of certain weights, flat benches almost always fully occupied, etc. All in all, if you have an alternative to it, you're better off going there.

I come over everyday at 5:30am with the hope to find a less crowd gym. At this hour are in average 65 or more people working out, even at this time is really difficult to have a fluid leg workout, you have 8 racks but only 1 leg press? That is an incredible bottle neck! But again your business model is not focus in customer experience/satisfaction , you only are interested in have massive members , where a large % even won’t persevere in their workouts.

Nice equipments but the gym is all the time full, it’s impossible to work out. They put more equipments but still impossible. The only time you are able to work out is in between 5:30 am to 7 am

The stuff is so so rude! The attitude just unspeakable! Sadly Bendunne gym, that use to be just on the opposite side of the road, is closed for good 😞. I have been member there for years, and stuff was super friendly. Definitely will be looking for a new place to work out.

Trained here on a trip to Dublin. Paid for two days but only ended up using one. The gym is so overcrowded and I had black hands after 30 minutes, the weights and machines could do with a clean. Lack of cardio machines, all in use or broken. I would recommend finding another gym if visiting Dublin and using day passes!

Absolutely filthy. Half full and empty cans of monster left in the middle of the floor, unpleasant staff and changing rooms always a mess with at least one bathroom and locker broken all the time. Members allowed to indulge in rude behaviour. Management do not care at all. If zero stars were an option...

Worst gym ever been to ! I’m gonna explain: 1/ gym is so dirty I have never seen this before it’s unbelievable 2/ crowded whoever you go to. You don’t even have a locker tu put your stuff on. 3/ the biggest point is that the crew is so arrogant and disrespectful. Especially that short guy I don’t even know how isn’t he fired for now

Why the classes can’t be in studios? Already cramped is regularly taken by classes in the gym main area upstairs while the studios are free to use. Especially now when there is no controlled amount of people in the gym it has become almost not accessible at all. Again kicked out of the training area - thanks flyefit team🤬 The team rude.

Think it’s one of the worst gyms in Dublin. As a company they only think in money, they upgraded the price but didn’t offer better services. There’s no limit to subscribers so don’t matter what time you go to workout, It’s impossible to do anything. Congrats

In short - the WORST gym I've ever been. Half of tye gym is a green grass, not enough dumbels, one bench next to another, maby if you want to do yoga it's fine, but for heavy lifting - a joke of a gym. Waist of time and money.

I was in the area, for a few days, needed a gym and found this one. It's a bit tricky with not having a black strip card. Luckily, one of the staff members just said, take a screenshot of it, buzz us, and we'll let you in. The space is very spacious and they have a lot of equipment for everyone Very fun overall! On my to go places when coming back around!

Should be more control on the footfall numbers way too many people on the gym floor at once this is very unfair to flyefit members who pay hard earned cash to use the facilities always a nasty smell at the free weights area. Out of all the flyefits I find this one puts out a very bad standard try to avoid this one.

Really bad gym. You can’t do anything and is really comercial. They have plenty lifting platforms but you can’t lift……. Really busy in the afternoons. I recommend flyefit Macken st. Different atmosphere and everything is allowed.

Love these guys, however this gym is always packed, so much so that I have very nearly smacked people with kettle bells in classes. Be prepared to wait for all equipment and avoiding the chaps surrounding themselves with plates and a rack for their dating profile pics!

Unfortunately I could not even see the gym because the day pass sign up process has no option for US numbers. Therefore I could not receive an access code to get in. Went through the whole process for nothing. Staff didn't know what to tell me (he was aggressive, somewhat helpful, and I felt like I was wasting his time).

They should be more concerned with upgrading space and equipment than opening more gyms. Always with little or damaged equipment, which makes training unfeasible at any time of the day. A gym should have at least 3 to 4 machines for each set. Just because it's a low-cost gym doesn't mean it has to be low-quality.

You cannot perform power clean here. when you have the land to do it. the craziest thing I've ever heard. obviously it makes noise just like dead weight. but very disappointed. the only site that won't let me do it security told me the girl when she was training with only 60kg. His response was that it is a commercial gym.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Took a daypass during my citytrip in Dublin. The price was €14. Very friendly and helpful staff. The gym has two floors - one for cardio and one for weights. The gym itself was pretty big and they had a lot of squatracks which is a + for me. 😊 It's definitely a frequently visited gym though so the gym was packed which can feel overwhelming.

Great improvement with many more equipments installed on an area that was reserved for some classes and stretching, it looked such a waste, but now it’s being taken advantage of, it really makes difference and working out became easier!

The place is spacious. But it's too crowded. There're great equipments. The changing rooms and utilities are clean and tidy. There're free classes for members and it's at the center of the city!!

Just started going, and as a very unfit person I decided to start with the yoga and Pilates classes which are amazing. I practiced yoga for quite a few years and this is easily the best instructor I've followed so far. Super helpful, super nice and always attentive and checking on people to see if they can do the movements right. It is a very busy gym in regards to machinery, but tbh there's so many gyms all over the city and they're not that far off, considering roaming is just an extra 3 quid I don't see why this is such a big issue for everyone

One of the best ran flyefits I've used , very well equipped, clean friendly and helpful staff , was greated at the turnstiles by the manager I think , Graham I think ? was made feel extremely welcome and brought on a tour of all the areas in the gym he was a big help as the place is huge, lovely guy an absolute asset to the buisness, for new clients , loved it 💯👌

Our regular gym since we live so close. Most of the staff are friendly. But lost a star because of how long it takes for them to address the bell. As I come to this gym at least 5x a week, I see how long it takes for the staff to even address the first bell. Today the manager took his time, after 4 rings, and had the nerve to say only ring it once when he opened the door. When we made it up the stairs he was back sitting down and talking to another staff.

Really like this gym. It's close to my workplace so anytime I'm in the office, I can go in for an hour's workout session during lunch or after work. There's a good range of cardio and strength machines but the place is usually packed so sometimes you have to wait. Also, it's close to the shopping centre which is a big plus! Very good gym.

  • 3/5 Marta 5 months ago on Google
The gym is big and trainers very nice! The classes are good but in the yoga, Pilates and spinning room there is no light enough, all the clases are given in darkness. Plus, the timetables of the classes in the morning are not very friendly if you want to do 2 classes in a row like in other flyefits. Thanks!

I have been to several gyms in Dublin, including FLYEfit Docklands, Portobello and George St. This is the best by far. It has 2 floors, quite nicely arranged with huge windows letting in lots of natural light. People carry a good vibe with them here and the brand new equipment is certainly a plus!

Today was my first time at Flyefit Jervis. I loved it. It's big, clean and totally new. It is Sunday and it wasn't busy and I could enjoy of the machines and all the amenities without waiting to use them. I normally go to Flyefit in Ranelagh because it's location is most convenient for me, but after today I think that I will try to frequent it more often

FLYFIT generaly best gym in Dublin. Good quality equipment, long opening hours, clean toilets & changing rooms same as the workout area. Maybe You won't find sauna, jacuzzi or swimming pool in here but You will everything to have good workout!!! For 29e a month or 32e roaming membership it's really worth the money! For me roaming membership works very good I can use Jervis while Im at my work break or Liffey Valey gym atvthe way in/out from work...

I love Flyefit, I think is a very good gym for the money you pay, but I wish they could clean more the shower area... I was there for 3 consecutive days and the showers look the same every day (I mean, there was hair all over the shower for 3 days, so this means they don't clean them properly or they don't clean them at all...) I just wish they could clean them a bit better as is a common area that a lot of people use everyday

We had a one day pass for this gym and were warmly welcomed by the manager Eva. She showed us around and we both had a great workout, although it was kind of busy in the afternoon :) If you travel to Dublin and look for a nice gym just go there, we can recommend it.
