    I had just joined before COVID-19 kicked off. As a new member I was made feel very welcome with very clear and supportive communication in those all important early days. I’ve some experience of other CrossFit boxes from other countries and would rate the approach of everyone in CrossFit Ireland very highly. CrossFit is as much about community I think and these guys really understand this.

    Not all CrossFit gyms are equal! I dropped in for three weeks while in Ireland on business. I contacted Colm and said I would be splitting my time between CFI and a gym by my office in Kildare and that I train six days a week. In my seven years of being a traveling drop in, this is the first time I have been offered an unlimited membership instead of pay per class - which saved me a fortune. In addition to that, my first class was with Sopot, who is an incredibly talented weightlifting coach. The progress I have made in three weeks is addictive! Next is the culture, everyone is welcoming and invested in the gym and each other. I have made friends and been encouraged and supported through every workout. I have some pretty limiting injuries and the coaching around them has been really special. I didn't set foot in the other gym and even did two classes at CFI on days that I had time for additional weightlifting. I'm looking forward to my next trip back already. All the coaches are wonderful, kind, patient and able to get the best out of you! Every one of them learned my name and asked me how I was each day. Highly highly recommend.

    I joined CrossFit on the hunt to regain some level of fitness after years of ongoing injury; 8 weeks on I can hand on heart say it is one of the best things I have ever done. From the moment you step your foot over the threshold you are welcomed into a community like no other I’ve experienced before. A team who motivates, supports and encourages each and every member on their health & fitness journey while also emphasising the importance of a “balanced lifestyle” with the odd social gathering 😉, as it should be !! The Coaches are fountains of knowledge in all aspects of fitness & nutrition and show a keen and genuine interest in all members progress with constant motivation and support during classes as well as regular 1:1 check in and goal setting sessions. When exercises seem impossible or daunting they are on hand to quickly modify such to still challenge you but meet you where you’re at. Workouts are very diverse, everyday we are faced with a brand new challenge which focuses on building strength and broadening our skill set while increasing our fitness. No two days are the same and for me this takes the mundane aspect out of going to the gym. If you are looking to get fit, build strength and a bit of craic, I highly recommend you give CrossFit a shot !

    Different (for the best) from all the gyms I’ve been before. The coaches are brilliant in finding my own pace and in creating exercises adjusted to my age and needs. They still push me hard (no doubts), but they know exactly where my limits are. I feel drained after each session, but at the same time, so happy for having achieved another milestone. I am not getting any younger, but I feel stronger and more agile every week that goes by. Thank you !

    Great team of coaches . Lots of knowledge and patience which goes a long way when learning new skills and movements. Can take the sessions at your own pace with a class of equally minded individuals . Friendly atmosphere with lots of variability in the classes. Plenty of classes daily to chose from to suit yourself .

    It’s rare to find a place who welcome all levels of fitness and put their money where their mouth is when it comes to being inclusive. I joined CrossFit Ireland just two weeks ago and already feel like I’ve been there for much longer, the team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and reassure you that they are with you every step of the way! I couldn’t recommend joining a fitness community more.

    As a former teen member who enjoyed CrossFit so much, I decided to pursue coaching, I can attest to the incredibly supportive atmosphere at this gym where members genuinely encourage and motivate each other. The facilities are top-notch, and the coaches can adapt workouts to cater to all fitness levels, so that everyone is suitably challenged regardless of their starting point. If you're looking for a gym with a supportive community and a positive atmosphere, this is the place to be.

    I’ve been a member of CFI since mid 2019 and can’t speak highly enough of the team of coaches, they are always supportive no matter your level of fitness. Kept me going throughout the pandemic and multiple lockdowns with Zoom classes. The strength, cardio endurance and mobility improvements can definitely be seen in other sports!

    This place will make you fall in love with sport! I've never done CrossFit before, mostly because I've heard a lot of scary stories but now I'm literally counting days from one training to another. Thanks to experienced coaches I learned a lot about different exercises and techniques and became much stronger and fitter! I started to feel more energetic and my mood is much better since I've started to train regularly. Another bonus - people that I met here. Here you can find a lot of support, local jokes and events where you can compete in teams and to know each other better. It's a great community and I'm happy to be part of it now 😎

    I started off my journey with Crossfit Ireland in 2022 by signing only for 3-classes of Olympic Weightlifting a week. Having witnessed the exuberant atmosphere around, I switched over to the unlimited membership within next couple of weeks and there's been no looking back for me since then. It is a highly-inclusive community helping each other get fit while having all the fun. Since the day I started, I'm constantly learning new skills and my fitness level has been on an upward trajectory consistently. Speaking of the coaches, they are highly proficient at what they do and ensure to guide each individual in the right direction to attain progression. Most importantly, the coaches helped me quell the phobia of crossfit-related injuries and now, I can very confidently state that I have never been as strong or fit as I am today. All thanks to Crossfit Ireland. The only regret I have is that I didn't start this journey with CFI much earlier. And a Pro tip I learned after joining CFI: "You can almost eat anything you love on some days and there isn't anything Crossfit cannot burn off! :) "

    Joining CrossFit Ireland has been a total game changer for me in terms of my fitness, health and happiness, as is their mission! I joined just over a year ago and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my overall health and well-being. Prior to CFI, I believed I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in a commercial gym setting because of my ‘build’ or because I wasn’t ‘naturally athletic’. Now, I am regularly amazed at the new things my body can do and the strength that has built over time. Not only has it helped improve my physical health, but also my confidence and mental toughness outside of the gym. The supportive, knowledgeable, and kind coaches and the incredible community atmosphere that has been cultivated there makes showing up consistently a breeze, and we all get to have a bit of fun while we’re at it!     I can’t speak highly enough of CrossFit Ireland! For the first time I am enjoying working out and not seeing exercise as a chore. This is thanks to varied workouts, fantastic coaches and overall a great atmosphere amongst coaches and other class members. I look forward to my classes here and am seeing a difference in my strength and flexibility after just 3 months.

    I joined CrossFit in early March 2022, at the time I was losing motivation to train in my generic gym and wanted to try something new. From the very beginning my beginner nerves were settled by the friendly and encouraging team and trainers. The trainers are so knowledgeable and no matter how technical the workout of the day is, they ensure you can always complete it to your own level of fitness. I love the variety of the workouts and the fun we have as a team every day. I would recommend CrossFit Ireland to anyone who wants to get fit, try something new and make some friends along the way!

    As much as I love the fitness and challenge elements, it’s the community and the people that make you want to stay! The coaches are super knowledgable and approachable with great understanding and patience to go with it.     By far the best gym experience ever , each class has perfect pace ,excellent instruction ,great variety and I achieve much more than I ever thought possible .After 3months at Senior Crossfit My body feels so much stronger and flexible , younger actually . Lovely friendly coaching team too .

    Good wholesome sweaty fun. CrossFit is super inclusive, it's given me a new appreciation for every body type. The team here are amazing, I've honestly learnt more in the last 6 months than the last 12 years training. Love this place, best investment EVER

    I can't recommend this place enough!! I normally join a gym for 6 months at a time and then quit. Due to repetitive workouts and no real progress. Just really not knowing what I am doing. I have been going here for over a year, the workouts are great and varied. The coaches are super friendly and approachable. I seen a lot of progress in my fitness in the first 3-4 months. For anybody who is nervous about there ability to do the workouts. Don't worry. They demonstrate different workout progressions to suit you, this is to ensure you get the most out of the workout.

    Been with CF Ireland for a few months now - while a community can be found in lots of clubs and CrossFit Gyms (and there’s a great community here!) it’s the quality of the coaching that makes CFI stand out. You’re brought through the process by genuine world class athletes who have the experience and empathy for your struggle. If you’re curious about Crossfit and are ready for a challenge- Just give them a try!

    Just had a drop in on Tuesday! I was welcomed very lovely and professionel as well (checking injuries and medication, that is a big plus). Very good programmed class with specific warm up and coaching all of the exercises in the workout of the day. And then had lots of fun with the WOD!!! A little improvement to work on at home is also something I really appreciate. So I can really recommend CrossFit Ireland for dropping in!
