    Can highly recommend! I found the trainer to be very knowledgeable and brilliant at explaining techniques to any level. The introductory joining sessions are great for seeing where you're at and getting some 1on1 time to really work on your technique. I worked with Mark, specifically, who was super motivating and definitely knew his stuff. Especially good for those who want to perfect free-weight and body-weight exercises.

    The 6X6 challenge at movement has been an amazing experience giving me life-long good habits. The excellent classes, advice, support and nutritional guidance was second to none. The trainers are exceptional, they are highly skilled, motivating and welcoming. Thank you to everyone at Movement - I have gained so much from it and have thoroughly enjoyed the journey from start to finish. I would highly recommend to everybody. 💪

    I absolutely love Movement! Fitness has never been more fun. I adore the trainers who are extremely professional, friendly and approachable. When I go to the HIIT sessions I just feel like I’m hanging out with a big load of mates. I’ve lost 14cm off my waist in 8 weeks and I’m over the moon. My mood and overall mental health has improved because of Movement and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

    I had a great experience with movement fitness I gained a lot of weight and thanks to them I followed the food plan and the workouts And I just got back to loosing weight again and classes are great and very friendly!!will train with them again!!!

    I had a fantastic experience working out HIIT and doing the 6 weeks challenge with Movement Fitness Dublin! All trainings were done in a fun way supported by coaches throughout for example with useful posture corrections which are super important if wanting those right results !!💪 Ronan and Mark were very motivating and helpful with any diet&work out questions anytime via email or text and of course personally over the training sessions too!! You'll meet a nice bunch of people at each training with the same goal..get fitter, healthier, happier! You'll most likely make new friendships along too 👭👬, so yeah peeps get on it!! I'm delighted I did as you can read.. 😆😆 Plus a cool BBQ Movement get-together was just a sweet cherry on top of the movement cake 🍒😎

    I had a great experience with movement fitness. I really saw a difference after just a few weeks. The coaches are super friendly and very helpful. I love how the workouts can be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather. The coaches are great at explaining all the exercises and check on you to ensure that you are doing them correctly. I really recommend joining, you won’t regret it.

    Have to admit, I haven't attended any of the fitness classes here. But I'm giving it a big thumbs up for the general soundness in helping me find an outdoor fitness session that suits!

    Great gym! Ideally located in Rathmines, and plenty of choice with class times. Small class sizes lend themselves well to the friendly atmosphere, and the trainers are really knowledgeable and encouraging. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, joining this gym was a great decision!

    This is a really great gym. It's the first one I've ever stuck with, and I've tried a few! There's always a great mix of age and ability at the classes which is really important for making you feel part of the team 👍

    Amazing, that's how I can resume District One. I joined this family with the 6 week challenge and it was the best experience I've ever had! From a nutritional point of view, they helped to understand how to calculate calories, which is essential for weight loss. As for the exercise, the group classes are perfect, the sweat and effort is a lot but the energy and strength we give each other is indescribable. The challenge is over, but now I won't give up. Happy to be part of this group and to continue my works out with all of you. Thanks for everything

    Excellent gym, classes and instructors. Great variety of classes and timing of classes to suit everyone. Love the follow ups when I haven't been for a few weeks, good to keep me motivated. Thank you District One Gym aka Movement for the support and expert advice over the past few years.

    At District 1, there is a very social and welcoming atmosphere. The trainers know everyone by name and they are really friendly and available to contact if you have any questions outside of the classes about nutrition. The classes are small, with a maximum of 12 people and you're often put into groups of 2s or 3s for exercises, which adds a social element. The classes are varied, so they don't feel repetitive. I would definitely recommend!

    Having never been to a gym before, I was a bit apprehensive about joining one but after my first class at District One I was delighted I had decided to take the leap! The classes are really varied and every one is both enjoyable and challenging. All of the trainers are very friendly and encouraging and work to whatever level you are at. There are lots of classes every day so it’s very easy to fit them into your schedule too which was a big thing for me. The trainers are very supportive and helpful, both inside and outside the gym. They help a lot with nutrition and give advice for better eating in a way that is v simple and easy to follow. You can tell they really want to help you ready whatever goal, big or small you have!! I would definitely recommend District One to anyone looking for a friendly, motivating and welcoming gym, that is personalised for you and will work with you to improve fitness, lose weight, gain muscle whatever it may be. Really happy I joined! ☺️

    An excellent gym with a clear sense of community spirit. I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked in the door and people went out their way to talk to me and make me feel more comfortable. The classes are well organised with different areas of the body targeted on different days ensuring throughout the week all major areas have been trained. I signed up for a free trial, and although ultimately decided to stay with a gym I was more familiar with, very grateful for the hospitality shown by the team here. There was also no issues getting a refund within the trial period

    Amazing gym with a level of personal care! I joined back in April 2023, with not being able to lift any weights! I can see my strength and my progress go up with each class! The small class numbers and building familiarity with the coaches means you are always getting a bit of one to one coaching and they can also note and see your progress and know when to push you to go harder!

    Really friendly, supportive trainers with well planned and structured classes, loads of variety with emphasis on doing the exercises/movements correctly and safely (rather than being left to your own devices). Small classes of 12 which is great as you get the attention you need, especially if new to a gym like this (as I was). Trainers greet you by name and make you feel really welcome. Definitely recommend !!

    I love District one gym! Trainers are friendly and helpful, they always ensure that my technique is correct to avoid injuries. The 45 minutes class goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get jn shape.

    Best gym in my opinion! I was never someone who enjoyed the gym environment and was never able to get results. 4 months in and I already can sew changes in my body and the classes are so fun! Everyone is also super friendly so I highly recommend! 👌😊

    Love this gym! The first gym I’ve stuck with and that’s totally down to the friendly atmosphere, challenging/fun classes and the brilliant trainers who are all very approachable, friendly and keep you accountable to reach your goals. I always leave feeling great! Would definitely recommend District One.

    Great gym. Classes are change up with each session so you get a good overall workout. All the trainers are sound and willing to help with any questions or concerns on progress in the sessions. Nice friendly vibe from other gym goers. Its clear to see over time you recognise faces at classes which speaks volumes for the sessions and trainers. I'd highly recommend trying district one to friends. Definitely worth trying it out!

    I’ve been a member of District one (previously Movement) for over two years and I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable (on all things fitness and nutrition) professional, and friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere at all the classes as the trainers have ensured that it’s a non intimidating atmosphere. The classes are constantly changing so you can keep challenging yourself while having fun at the same time! I’ve tried a number of different gyms and District one is second to none, best decision I ever made joining 💪🏻

    I absolutely love District One gym. I am 61 & joining here last August was the best thing I have done. The classes are well supervised & good fun. It’s only 45 mins per class & I feel great for the whole day! There are plenty of choices of classes & the backup from others in the team is excellent. Ronan & the other instructors are brilliant. I would highly recommend that you give this place a go

    Very good, plenty of class times throughout the day. Workouts are challenging and vary each day, all you have to do is turn up and do what your told to. Coaches are very personable & spend time to show you how to do the exercises correctly or point out if you're making a mistake. Highly recommend, it's far better than going to the gym yourself & reasonably priced!

    Movement Fitness is a great place that caters for all fitness levels. The instructors are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your form and progress. Brilliant variety of workouts so it never gets boring and keeps your muscles guessing!

    Joined up about 2 years ago and am delighted to be a member, the resources available for nutrition and 6 week challenge info is next to none. They have excellent trainers who take the time to make sure the workout is fun but pushing you every time. No one class is the same. When you join movement it's not just another gym it's a community

    Have been a member of movement fitness now for a long time! The classes are second to none, really good mix of different workouts. The team are great for getting us moving and are really motivational and it makes for a great workout environment😀 The virtual classes the guys have in place to keep us all moving through this crisis are fantastic and it’s really nice to see friendly faces and all work out together , it really lifts the day at the moment as well as making sure we are getting in our regular workouts. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

    I train daily with Liam at the Phoenix Park sessions but from time to time will jump into various other classes if they're convenient. The Movement trainers are top class generally but I'm seriously impressed with Liam - consistently beat my heart rate records and a mixture of cardio and strength training make his sessions addictive. Overall a great group to train with, really good value for what you're getting and a good business to support. Bravo Movement!

    Everyone should do the 6 week challenge! The program really helps you to get into good habits, not only exercising but also a healthier lifestyle. I am eating better, I am drinking less, I am more focused at work, I exercise 4-5 times a week (I used to lack motivation, and now every class feels so rewarding), and I feel more productive than ever! Mark and Ronan are great trainers and they coach you through the program, which makes it really enjoyable. They also managed to bring this sense of community so everyone is so nice and supportive during the classes, no matter your level! Absolutely and 100% worth it!

🫤 Could be very good place to work out and relax but the price for monthly membership and joining fee ! It is rediculus ! Double the price then elsewhere and yes the other places I have been in Dublin had the swimming pool and saunas 😁
