    I can't recommend Connor highly enough when it comes to his work coaching in the areas of health, fitness and lifestyle. I started to work with him 5 months ago and in the time since I've achieved a number of weight-loss and fitness goals that I simply wouldn't have even considered possible in the past. Connor doesn't just provide a generic meal-plan or gym-plan for you carry out independently. Everything is bespoke with constant feedback and regular check-ins. A large part of our time has been spent with Connor educating me around the various aspects of diet and fitness with the ultimate goal of me being able to develop my own training plans and manage my nutrition independently. He has been a mine of knowledge and is happy to take as much time as possible to make sure you understand the ins and outs of the whole programme. If you are looking to lose fat, build muscle or strength, improve fitness and make positive lifestyle changes he's your man.

    I have being going to the gym fairly consistently for a good while. Unfortunately over lockdown I fell out of the habit and put on a few pounds. In an effort to kick-start myself, I decided to do a few PT sessions and came across Conor. I wish I had started going to him years ago. He is a wealth of knowledge around exercise, body physiology - way beyond what I was expecting. My technique(s) have improved no end with his advice and input. I am back in the gym and the have dropped the lockdown pounds :) . I can't praise Conor highly enough and his demeanour and motivation skills are brilliant - you can't not help but improve and most importantly he always puts safety first. Highly recommend to either someone starting out or experienced gym goers looking for improvements.

    I have been working with Connor for 6 months. He has really gotten me back in track. I was at my heaviest ever weight and heading down the medication route for my BP and cholesterol. 6 months later I am down over 7 kg, never felt fitter and stronger and I have my BP and cholesterol back in range. He has been very helpful throughout, always accessible and there to offer sage advice.

    Thanks to Sally I've embraced health and fitness as a daily routine rather than a chore. Even since finishing the program, I am continuing to progress in the gym, eat appropriately and see the results. She builds a sustainable training and nutrition program to suit your lifestyle and teaches you skills and mindsets that you will carry with you long after your program is finished. I couldn't recommend her enough!

    10/10 recommend if you're looking to get fit / stronger / change your body image and don't know how, but know you want to do it right. After working with Connor for the last 9 months I can say with confidence that he's an expert in his field, which could be seen with every call / check in, which was immensely reassuring that I'd made the right choice. Goals were smashed and new ones were set and achieved during this time. Connor ultimately focuses on imparting enough knowledge that you can go it on your own rather than keeping clients on indefinitely which is now my plan, although I'd be lying if I said I'm not going to miss having the help!

    I have worked with Connor for the past 6 months. I couldn't rate him highly enough. A great guy, a great coach, his app is the best Ive used and his speed of response to queries and training videos is 10/10. I went into this a little negatively because of an online coach i had used a few years ago but from the first chat with Connor and the initial onboarding and subsequent 6 months of work my mindset has completely changed. I'm looking forward to another 6 months of hard work using all that i've learned and checking back in with Connor next year.

    I worked with sally for 7 months and the knowledge I gained was second to none! The education portal was amazing for learning the anything with health and fitness, from recipes to mindset talks! The weekly check ins were brilliant to keep you accountable. Even though I may not have done anything to drastic for the few months, I learned a lot in the gym with my form and technique and it made such a difference to my body physique! I will not need a coach again after this, I definitely have learned everything I need to go ahead on my own!

    I’ve been training on my own for a few years but hit a plateau after some time and became frustrated by lack of results. After meeting Connor and being introduced to his program everything changed. He built a bespoke program that catered to my needs, monitored my results and amended the program as we progressed so that I was able to achieve optimal results. I found the video analysis of my workouts and diet advice to be particularly helpful. Even when I lost motivation and wasn’t feeling great post Covid he was right there to help me get back on track. I learned so much from him, improved my technique, became stronger, put on muscle and started to see results again. He’s an awesome coach and I highly recommend him . I am now in the best shape of my life and feel amazing thanks to him 🤩 💪🏽 🏋🏾‍♀️

    I have been working with Connor on achieving my health and fitness goals for the past year now and the service provided is nothing short of exceptional. Not only do you get top tier coaching and nutritional information, which has gladly become ingrained into my brain, but you get a genuine human being who wants to and will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Over the past 12 months he has really helped me overcome my biggest fitness and lifestyle issues, and ultimately helped me enjoy actually working out and learning more about nutrition. Would not look, or feel as good as I do today if it was not for the service this man provides, 100% would recommend.

    Connor is not just a PT, he is a life changing resource of education and self discovery. I'm very happy to say that my overall fitness levels, mindset with nutrition and long term outlook and what it means to be healthy and fit has been improved hugely.     On both a 1-2-1 and as an online coach, Conor showed great professionalism and communication throughout the process. From the very first conversation, it's evident Conor is well educated and experienced in his field. Anything from nutrition advice and guidance to aiding in performance and strength MyFitCoach is the place to go! Not focused on ego lifting nor extreme fat loss fads but instead in sustainable methodology, body mechanics, creating balance and an overall lifestyle! I would hugely recommend Conor and Sally if you're looking to make either huge changes in your lifestyle /fitness or simply need extra guidance or tweak performance /body composition!

    I got in touch with Sally when I was really struggling with my relationship with food, body image, binging, weight fluctuation and low self confidence. I didn’t think much would come from the programme when I started off as I had tried all sorts of diets here and there but I wanted to at least try. For the first couple months we focused on building a good relationship with food and being in a very slight calorie deficit, no working out just a daily step goal. After a few weeks of this I had started to learn so much about nutrition and the trends in my weight fluctuation. Slowly over the next few months we worked on me being able to manage balancing exams, work and the programme. We started adding small workouts twice a week, I feel like this definitely started building my confidence. Sally also helped me manage my bloating which was one of my main concerns. After being with Sally, I can confidently say that in the 6 months that I was part of the programme I have learned so much that I carry into my day to day now. I am able to manage going out for dinners, holidays etc and not feeling guilty after. I am able to balance gym, work and diet and I think Sally really helped me with managing that.

    I cannot recommend Capel Fitness highly enough. Connor took time to understand where I was coming from and what I was trying to achieve and then designed a workout and nutrition plan that really worked for me. Connor broke everything down really well so that I was learning all the time how to make small but sustainable improvements in my training and lifestyle. I have never felt better.

    Connor is a fantastic trainer and coach. He takes a personal approach to ensure he gets to know his clients and their requirements and then delivers a focused approach in that coaching. He is also extremely knowledgeable in what he does (an actual trainer that knows what he's talking about!). His clients' results speak for themselves. You won't be disappointed.

    Connor is a fantastic trainer and coach. He takes a personal approach to tailor the plan to the specific client requirements whatever they may be. He’s constantly available to answer any questions you might have and it’s clear that he is very knowledgable in this area.     I've known Connor for close to 20 years. When the opportunity to have a chat with Connor about all things fitness came about, I couldn't turn down the chance of working with him. He guided me throughh the whole process and it was such a smooth transition all the way through. I hadn't much knowledge about diet, different exercises and recovery but the information MyFitCoach provides on all these areas is second to none. One of the main reasons I joined was to gain the confidence to actually step foot back in a gym. Having not gone for quite some time, the thought of not knowing what to do was holding me back. With a quick chat with Con, I quickly realised it was just in my head. They hold you accountable, but knowing that the staff are there to help you at the drop of a hat is very reassuring and a sign of a great business who really puts the clients first. A great business with great people and one I could not recommended highly enough.

    Would highly recommend training with Connor. He’s an expert at all things fitness & nutrition and has an all encompassing approach that I personally found works really well! He incorporates habits like goal setting/journaling/mindfulness and overall health in your fitness regime encouraging a longterm lifestyle change. These things combined made it much easier to commit to training and helped me stay motived. Connor helped me correct my form, gave tips & tricks for nutrition, and much more.     After losing all motivation during lockdown I needed some help to get moving again. Sally has been fantastic from the initial call and throughout. I had never worked with a PT before and didn’t last long at any gym so didn’t really know what to expect. Every step of the plan has been easy to take on, and has fit into my life like I was always doing it. The accountability through the app is all the motivation I need to keep on track. The greatest part is results are showing a lot sooner than left to my own plan. The plan and overall management is fully realistic to regular lives and takes the pressure off ticking every single box every week. Results are consistent and more importantly so is the motivation, which wouldn’t have been possible without the extra help!

    Before starting with Sally my relationship with my body and food was a toxic one. Sally has given me the tools to help myself in having a better mindset towards nutrition and fitness. Long term I want to be able to be healthy for my boys, Sally has brought me on a journey that I can now run up the stairs or the length of a pitch without dying.     Would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change and improve their overall health, fitness and wellness. This isn’t your typical PT programme, Sally really listens to you, and genuinely wants to understand your health concerns in order to create the best solution for you and she takes this into full account when designing your programme. She is so professional and approachable and highly knowledgeable in her field, you never feel like you’re asking silly questions or unsure of your plan when you’re working with her you always feel like you’re learning more about nutrition and fitness with her. Because she is so hands on, you really do see tangible results with the work you put in and Sally is brilliant at motivating and encouraging you to meet your goals. Similarly when you are struggling Sally has the ability to coach and steer you back on course and is always available and responsive whenever you are looking for extra help. Since starting the programme I’ve felt and seen a real change not only in my health and fitness but overall wellness and can’t thank Sally enough for this. I would encourage anyone to contact Sally if they are thinking of making health and lifestyle changes, her guidance and support has been invaluable to me.

    Working with Connor over the past six months has helped me both physically and mentally He created a sustainable training and nutrition plan that suited my schedule and needs Through his constant communication with me, he was able alter the training and nutrition to help me keep pushing towards my goal If you had told me at the start of the year I would lose 25kg in six months I would have laughed!     My communication with Connor, the owner and main coach at MyFitCoach, started with one message on Instagram, which led to fruitful cooperation in the field of fitness, mindset, stress-management and much more. As we started working together, I was at a very bad state, both mentally and physically. And after 7 months I can say for sure that this decision was one of my best investments, long-term investment in myself, in my body, brain and mind. I finally understood the main nutritional and training principles depending on the goals, I got used to manage my sleep quality and stress level, I gained muscle mass and lost several kilos of bodyfat.     I would highly recommend. I worked with Connor for 12 months and lost over 20Kg. Not only did I loose weight but I also gained a fantastic knowledge of food, nutrition and training and how to maintain a balanced diet. The program was tailor made to suit my needs and diet which made it far easier to follow during and after the program.

    Connor was excellent at catering to what I was looking for and really opened my eyes to what health really is. He was always available to answer any question I had and made sure to cater everything regarding diet or training, to me and my lifestyle.
