    I've had an excellent experience with the team at The Body Project! I started off about 7 months ago, on their food and workout program, and it's been incredibly effective. After my first 6 weeks, I shifted more to a focus on strength and mobility, and the trainers there have been happy to accomodate my new goals. They have smart, challenging routines that are personally tailored to your abilities, even as you progress. I'm very pleased with my results so far, and fully intend to stick with them! Thanks especially to Aiden and Lana, who have been motivational and fun to work with!

    Just completed 6 week prog with Gillian at Body Project. Lost 1 stone and several inches from all over my body. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It wasn't easy but so worth it. I have oodles of energy and the change in my body shape is remarkable. I did a number of my workouts with Aidan who works with Gillian. He is an excellent trainer who worked me hard and is very knowledgeable about which excercises/weights are best. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with both him and Gillian. I'm using the programme as a platform for a healthier lifestyle going forward. The food was great. I've seriously reduced my caffeine intake and increased my water intake. Overall a very positive experience.

    I started out doing the 6 week Training & Meals programme with Body Project, I was really happy with my results and it really improved my general eating habits. Since then I have signed up for two rounds of the Group Sessions and I can't recommend them enough. Super small groups, three times a week, intense workouts but the trainers are very supportive and motivating. I've done every type of workout and class in Dublin and this is the only one I have stuck with!

    I completed the 6 week training & food programme last autumn 2018. It was a challenging but phenomenal experience ! My body was transformed - after years of pregnancies & c-section surgeries I thought my body would never be the same again. It’s better ! The programme introduced me to personal training exercises & gym equipment; invaluable for boosting my confidence to join a gym & attend classes when the programme ended. Almost a year on I have maintained my shape & weight & thoroughly recommend this programme for anyone looking for life changing results. To be stronger, leaner & slimmer. The mental health benefits cant be underestimated either. The food is really good quality & reset my portion controls. Gillian & her team were brilliant (shout out to Lana & Aiden !), imparting lots of anatomy / science information, encouragement & support. And most importantly laughs !

    Gillian is an amazing instructor and I may even say health mentor, I’ve been training with her for 6 month now, and I’m beyond content with the results of both my physical and mental state. I would highly recommend her YourBodyProject, because indeed she will do her best to get you to YOUR perfect body.

    Gillian is a great trainer and a lovely person! She gets amazing results because of the unique approach she takes by designing her clients training and providing all of their meals. All of the meals are prepared by expert chefs and are healthy and delicious.

    Myself and my girlfriend have been training with Gillian and her team since October and we have loved every session! We were never ones for much exercise to be honest but lockdowns and too much indulgence had left us needing to kick ourselves into shape so we started training with Body Project and haven’t looked back since. What we didn’t expect was to enjoy it so much. Every session is loads of fun and no matter how hard we work we really do come out of each session buzzing with more energy than we went in! We started at 2 sessions a week and upped it to 3 a week very soon after starting which should speak for itself - especially from two ex couch potatoes like us! The results have been great so far and we can’t wait to continue our fitness journey!

    I literally cannot recommend those enough. I started with The Body Project on the training and meals programme. It’s a great way to kick start your weight loss and fitness regime. I found the programme to be greatly motivating. I was enjoying training with the team so much that I decided to keep that up after finishing the initial programme. Each of the trainers are great to work with. They all get to know you and to understand your goals and capabilities. They keep you motivated and really work with you, pushing you to get the best out of you. They really make the time fly and I never come away regretting going in. If anything they make it easier to go in day after day. I’ve been training there for 6 months now and can see a real big difference in my fitness, but most importantly I feel great both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend Gillian and The Body Project enough.

    When I started with BodyProject, I was 47 years old, and in pretty poor physical shape. I started the training and meals plan, and within 3 months had lost significant weight, and was feeling healthier than I had ever felt in my adult life. I continued to train with Gillian and her team,for another two years. The change has been profound and enduring; I now get to a gym 3 times a week and have a much healthier diet. I would completely recommend BodyProject to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. They offer excellent, expert training, and ongoing encouragement and support in diet and lifestyle. If you need to make a serious change in your life, give Gillian a call. To everyone at BodyProject - thank you for all the support and training session over the past two years. Fergal.

    I did the 4 week program and it was really great and challenging, the thing I take from it is just how to eat much healthier and I have actually started loving the process. Definitely highly recommend it to everyone! Who want to see results to kickstart their sustainable health journey. Also Gillian's energy is the best to be around

    I joined BodyProject recently after researching a personal training program that would best suit my needs. In the past 2 years I gained a considerable amount of weight reaching almost 140 kg that decreased my level of energy and motivation to exercise. After speaking and meeting with Gillian I felt encouraged that the choice of selecting the 6-week personal training and meal plan was the first positive step towards a healthier lifestyle and personal fitness goal that included weight loss as well as a stable long term fitness solution. Throughout the 6 week period, I felt extremely supported by Gillian and all the staff at BodyProject who pushed me gradually to regain strength with an enjoyable workout routine. The meal plan really helped me to manage my eating habits well and without real difficulties, thanks to the delicious and well balanced meals. The first week was challenging but I was determined to stay focused and succeed. At the completion of the 6 week training and meal plan period I have lost a total of 19.2 lbs; I feel motivated and energized to continue setting new fitness weight loss goals. I would recommend BodyProject to anyone who is serious and motivated to exercise regularly and change stubborn eating habits.

    Today I just finished my 6 week training sessions with Gillian and her great team (Denise and Aidan) and I miss them already. Thank you so much for helping me regain confidence with my training after a long break and also set new habits that have changed my daily training routine and behaviour. I can't recommend Gillian enough. Thank you again!
