joined
BodyProject
recently
after
researching
a
personal
training
program
that
would
best
suit
my
needs.
In
the
past
2
years
I
gained
a
considerable
amount
of
weight
reaching
almost
140
kg
that
decreased
my
level
of
energy
and
motivation
to
exercise.
After
speaking
and
meeting
with
Gillian
I
felt
encouraged
that
the
choice
of
selecting
the
6-week
personal
training
and
meal
plan
was
the
first
positive
step
towards
a
healthier
lifestyle
and
personal
fitness
goal
that
included
weight
loss
as
well
as
a
stable
long
term
fitness
solution.
Throughout
the
6
week
period,
I
felt
extremely
supported
by
Gillian
and
all
the
staff
at
BodyProject
who
pushed
me
gradually
to
regain
strength
with
an
enjoyable
workout
routine.
The
meal
plan
really
helped
me
to
manage
my
eating
habits
well
and
without
real
difficulties,
thanks
to
the
delicious
and
well
balanced
meals.
The
first
week
was
challenging
but
I
was
determined
to
stay
focused
and
succeed.
At
the
completion
of
the
6
week
training
and
meal
plan
period
I
have
lost
a
total
of
19.2
lbs;
I
feel
motivated
and
energized
to
continue
setting
new
fitness
weight
loss
goals.
I
would
recommend
BodyProject
to
anyone
who
is
serious
and
motivated
to
exercise
regularly
and
change
stubborn
eating
habits.
