Hi, I recently ordered from this restaurant and paid €6.00 for delivery as I was out of the delivery zone. I was then called back by the restaurant with a women of very poor English, I had to ask her to repeat many times and she kept giggling down the phone as if I was so clueless as to why I had to pay an extra €2 delivery charge when I already paid a shocking €6 on top of the meal price.

Food was nice however if you are looking to rent a room from upstairs for room share i highly advise you not to. It's the most disgusting place i have ever lived. Literally 12 people lived there at the time with only one bathroom. And everyone inviting other people sleeping in corridor on the floor and the owner which is the owner of the restaurant didn't care for the standard of living there. Definitely isn't worth it.

The worst place for delivery, it's always over an hour late and when it comes there's no apology. I tried ringing 60 times and no answer from them, absolutely disgraceful. The food isn't worth all of the hassle.

Food took OVER 2 and a half hours to arrive. Came COLD and RAW. Asked for a refund and were assured it was resent and already on its way. Half hour later (6 minute drive from house) still no food so we demanded a refund. Within 5 mins a car arrives and sits outside for a further 10 minutes before coming in and giving us are refund. Delivered with a lovely piece of attitude as well. Absolute dump I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Placed my order at 4:30 to be delivered at 5:15. Waited for the longest time and was told by the lady on the phone my food was 10 minutes away, when in reality the driver said he was quite far away and my food would be cold by the time he got to my house. Had to cancel it at 6:45. I understand traffic can be bad but.. and hour and a half late?

Haven't had it since we found a smoke butt in my food and when we went back the accused me of putting it in for free food even though no one on my house smokes and it wasn't a delivery driver because we got it for collection

I find the meal I normally order the best and enjoyable from this place. Also very friendly service and excellent value for money

Food is nice but 1 star for service. Prepay order for collection and waiting a half hour after collection time and still no food ready.

Food is okay but they take ages to actually submit the order. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a tray of chips. The staff can be sometimes rude too.

Good food, poor service . When ordering for collection your given an estimated time. The order is never ready and in some cases the order has not even been submitted. When you're order is finally readyand you collect it most of the time its not what was ordered.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered food and was instantly called by establishment. They told us they had no drivers at the moment and to go back to the just eat app and cancel the order. We asked could they cancel it on their end, to ensure we got our money back. They told us that was impossible and we had to do it. We are unsure if we get our money back and the person on the phone to us was rude and vague. We now have no good and are unsure if we will get a refund for a problem on their end.

I order from west lake quite a lot but after today I will not order again. I ordered at 8.30 pm after 1 hour and 10 minutes of no food I called the restaurant to ask if my food is on the way and I was told it’ll be another 30 minutes. I then called at 10.15 pm as my food still hasn’t arrived to the woman on the phone kept sayin ye ye ye ye to everything I said very bad customer service! I eventually received my food 1 hour and 55 minutes later! And to make it worse the food was cold

Food was beautiful as usual. Love the freshly chopped vegetables. Meant to take a photo, but after I took a taste, I just got stuck in. All gone.

3 times I have ordered veg curry and a special curry delivered so by the time it is delivered I'm full as i have eaten someone else's food.Ths lady on the desk does not have good English.If I order in the shop still cannot understand her and she gets irate. The spice bag no 1 has reduced the amount of food in the bag .

I used to love this place didnt usually mind the 60 minute delivery time until this evening, placed an order with just eat like always at 17.30, got the confirmation for 18.15. 18.40 rolls around and the driver knocks with a bag of raw chips, I was annoyed at this point so I called back, lady was unhelpful on the phone reassured food was resent and would be here soon, fast forward to 19.05 I called back to say there was still no food and I was told the driver was on the way STILL 25 minutes later. I asked for a refund and within 10 minutes the refund arrived conveniently after waiting the 2 hours 🤦‍♀️ rather walk to ballyer for a curry than order from here again

Food was absolutely disgusting. Curry sauce is manky. Worst curry sauce ive ever had. Trying to save on product by putting 70% veg in a megabox. Really bad portions. Never again. Horrible
