I recently visited Bushy Park and I was mesmerized by its natural beauty. This expansive park offers a peaceful escape from the city. The park's lush greenery, diverse wildlife, and serene atmosphere make it a must-visit for nature enthusiasts. The park offers various activities for visitors, including picnics, jogging, and peaceful moments just contemplating nature. The park's size ensures that even during busy times, there is a sense of tranquillity and solitude. It's the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I left Bushy Park feeling inspired and grateful for the wonders of nature. It's a true gem in Dublin, and I highly recommend a visit to anyone who wants to reconnect with nature and be amazed by its beauty.

It's always a pleasure spending time in Bushy Park. There is so much to do for everyone of all ages. I personally love the large lake with the beautiful birds, swans, and other wildlife. Bushy Park sits right alongside River Dodder, another favourite location of mine in this area. Great opportunities for photography, with each season bringing fresh views.

This beautiful park is surely a get away from the rushed life in Dublin. It’s a beautiful place to be one with nature and enjoy the serenity. There is a waterfall, a pond, a fancy walkway through the river and lots of meadow land. It’s ideal for anyone, despite age.

Today, I visited a park that was simply breathtaking. Not only is it vast, but it also boasts areas tailored for both adults and children. Its stunning waterfall is a sight to behold, and the seating areas are both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Whether you're young or old, I highly recommend a visit to this gem.

A wonderful park! I love the path beside the river. Very calming and relaxing to walk. There are a lot of trees here, maybe that's how this park got its name or something. The big pond is also nice. It was difficult to find free car parking near the park. There are a few free ones on the main road, but usually its full. I highly recommend this park for a walk!

Bushy park has a large area for different sports, This is also where on saturdays the food market is to be found. Not too many stalls there, but enough to have a good selection of different meals. On the other side of the park you‘ll find more of a woodlands area, which i preferred, with a small creek & pond, old bridges, and a mysterious atmosphere. Overall therefore a lovely park that offers space for different activities

Passing that park on daily basis and never saw more than closest part from Templeouge Road. Decided to take this 🌞 Saturday family trip to it and it was a great decision to do. Wood walk and then trough gates to river Dodder, after river walk we went back trough another gates back inside to very park and being surprised by lake inside (yes I know, but we didn't expect that) 😁😁. Went uphill towards exit and had a break in the part of the park where was less people and enjoyed peaceful atmosphere. If you didnt, go there!!! See ya

Great experience. I used to travel by my bike everyday. Most of the day, during the ride to home, I visit Bushy park. It's very beautiful and calm. You can have a great walk through the woods. And nowadays it's seems to be awesome. Beacuse the leaf are in golden color.

Uhm, you can walk, run, play any sport on the soccer field, there is also a park for bikes and skateboards. It also has a basketball, tennis and other court. In this it is allowed to ride a bicycle. You can relax a bit and if you have good luck you can sunbathe when it's sunny.

A busy suburban park that is packed full of amenities. There are pitches, a tennis and padel club, a skatepark, a children's playground, a zipline, to name a few. There is a wooded area which looks stunning in the autumn. Just outside the outer edge of the park by the wooded area, there is a river walk along the banks of the Dodder. You can often see herons there! While there are official opening and closing times for Bushy Park, you can just walk in at any time. If you are a dog owner, you can let your dog off the lead at certain times of the day only.

We went to Bushy park on a Saturday to enjoy the farmer's market. Many food trucks with a big variety of dishes and flavours. They even have vegan options.

Amazing Park! Great for walks, with or without dog. You can sit down on some of the benches or just on the grass. There’s a lovely lake and very much nature with a little waterfall, river and a lot little forest paths. Great for anyone wo likes sport too since there’s a tennis court and rugby/football field.

Very big park with a small waterfall, stream flowing, swans and ducks, swings and play area, hilly areas, walking tracks, ice-cream truck! My daughter loves it. A free car park near the park is the best thing. Wheel chair/ buggy accessible at all places

It’s a amazing place to spend time with family and friends. Would be great if would have a cover area in cases of raining, which is often in Ireland 😅

It's a very nice park to go with your family, kids, or dogs for a sunny day walk! The park is beautiful and well kept. I love this park because it has space for relaxing and watching nature, but also places to socialise practising sports or catching up with friends!

I love this park, the park rangers always ensure it is clean and well maintained. There is a flat walk around the green areas for anyone looking for a walk that's not too strenuous or you can walk down the steps /hills and there is a lovely walk along the river. It can get a bit mucky after heavy rain. There are lots of playing fiels, a playground, tennis courts, skate board park and a place to play boules. There are also lots of benches and public toilets. This park is well worth a visit.
