Made it to this beauty at last. Definitely one of the best kept secret places. It wasn't crowded, it wasn't hard to get here either. Beautiful location, for diving, swimming or even just a dip. Easy walk down and multiple stairs to get to the sea. Highly recommend in beautiful weather.

Awesome experience to swim here in the winter. Never felt so alive! For someone who comes from tropical weather this was incredible. The place is stunning.

Has a great natural tiny pool which is ideal for people to relax and dip. There are beaches nearby so you can also swim there, jump from low rocks, and spend your time. There are several paths, good for walking and hiking as well. Definitely worths your time to pay a visit and enjoy a good weather.

the most gorgeous swimming spot in dublin. the walk there from the luas is about 15 minutes long and it’s the prettiest scenic walk. the sea was a bit choppy the when we went so we decided to opt for the small rock pool which i was really nice. there a small room thing to change and dry off which is really nice. do beware that this is a bathing place so people (usually older men) come and swim naked so they don’t rly care whos there or who’s watching. would be mindful bringing children there. will definitely be going back!

Outstanding spot for a swim. I recommend cycling although usually lucky enough with parking. Best swim spot in Dublin view wise. Check sun location as sometimes in the shade in by evening.

Quite busy but still very enjoyable dip. Early morning is best time to get full benefits and always check tide and wind.

Nice private place. Definitely not for swimming during times other than summer.

Best place to swim in Dublin, parking can be a pain but it’s worth the walk no matter what time of year. Generally accessible for a swim at all tides so it’s nice to know that’s not a concern.

This place is spectacular. Not sure there is a better spot in Dublin to swim. Can be busy but it’s worth it. Nice walk down but it’s a little tricky with kids etc.

One of the best spots in Dublin for taking a dip in the sea. Going at a time with a high tide would be ideal.

If you want to feel alive from a nice dip in the refreshing Irish Sea, this is the spot. You can walk in using the stairs or jump off into the sea.

A little sea swimming gem - a still calm pool for splashing in, or jump right into the Irish sea. A place filled with history

Beautiful views. Space to get changed. Not sure how safe to swim though, the waves were pretty strong. I wouldn't recommend to go in

I jumped in during a windy November day, which was stunning and invigorating. Be careful getting out when the sea is rough, but it is worth it if you like adventure.

Great place for a quick dip or even a pier jump. There’s a platform built into the rocks which is very safe to jump off but only when the tide is high enough. You can swim at any time. The water is very clean and there are steps built into the rocks to help you get out again. Very enjoyable for all the family.

Great spot for a dive in Dublin. Of course, the water is freezing cold like everywhere in Ireland. There's only a small area for leaving clothes and changing, so chances are it will be quite packed during summer and especially if you're lucky enough to get a warm summer day. If you want to lie down and chill, there isn't a whole lot of space either, unless you go the way back up and chill on the grass. Access isn't hard, but it's a narrow path and a bit steep. Expect to do a bit of up and down to get and come back from here. Parking nearby is borderline impossible; very limited spots and they're always full, so you may have to park a bit further away - unless you come early in the day.

I was introduced to Vico Baths by my brother during the pandemic. Now it's my go to spot for a quick dip. The wee rock pool is handy for those wanting to go for a dip, but aren't confident swimmers. For decent swimmers there's no shore here, just a wee railing then it's straight into the Irish Sea. Always observe tide conditions before entering. Great views, easy to get to via Dart or car, and has a small green area for a picnic.

There are steps down to the sea with a handrail to hold onto. You can't wade in as your feet won't touch the bottom after the final step. There is also a little pool, again with steps into that you can paddle in and a little shelter to get changed under.

Honestly a place with jaw dropping scenery, and a place that you can peacefully swim in. If you catch the good weather the views are just magnificent. Even the walk along the sorrento road to the Vico road was filled with such beautiful sites and scenery. When we went we even spotted a pod of dolphins in the water!!! There was also a place to change our clothes and when we went it wasn’t too crowded. The people there were so helpful too, they gave us a hand when one of us was struggling a bit. You can even like pier jump into the water!!

👍👍 Great walks and stunning views south and north along the Dublin coastline. Super for walking with a dog off lead and socialising with other dogs. Tea rooms with water bowls for dogs was a perfect end to the walk as well.

👍👍 Unfortunately I was there for a funeral during Covid19 but the way the church was looking and operated was without fault. A church worth a visit in this historic village.
