Worst company I have ever dealt with. Cancelled my car which was fully paid for a week before delivery. No phone call. No explanation, just gone. Left speaking to bots trying to understand. Decent cars but truly horrendous customer service

The absolute worst car sales centre I have ever been in . Went up to look at the model y and find out how it would suit our family. The young lad behind the counter hadn't much interest and just told me everything you need to know is online. And as for knowing about the product in the showroom my 11 year old son knew more .

Went for a test drive. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt like they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Trade in value on my car is very disappointing and needs to be adjusted to honour market value. Really enjoyed our experience.

Went in on the open day. It was interesting and great to talk to the mechanics who were very enthusiastic about their jobs and were very knowledgeable. Friendly too! Pity I couldn't say the same about the sales staff who were disinterested, cold and more interested in talking to each other than potential customers. I get it's a long day for them dealing with tire kickers etc, but still. Maybe it's Tesla over working them? Cars on display are Tesla's of course so you know that you're looking at if you are into your EVs at all. Very nice cars but at very high prices. If you know about Tesla cars, you'll have to order on the website anyways so you could probably give the test center a miss unless you need/want a test drive.

Dropped in last Saturday to test drive a Model 3.. I had made the booking during the week and I brought my partner along for the experience. When I arrived I discovered that my driving license was out of date 7 weeks, although disappointed the very nice young man I was dealing with allowed my partner to take the test drive and she absolutely 💯 loved it. Like me she was amazed at the drive, acceleration and torque of the car but not impressed with the seats and overall interior of the car. For €55,000 the interior should be better. We had a 30min drive and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. However I think I would prefer the Polestar which I will test drive next week. Thank you to the Tesla staff for a fun and pleasant experience.

I am totally outraged. Brought my car over for a slow puncture repair and was charged €166.85 !! I was not contacted to ask if I was ok with the price in order to proceed , was given no call, contact with quote as I would never have gone ahead seeing as the average puncture repair is €15-€25 . I appreciate it is with the dealer but €140 for labour for a puncture repair is disgraceful. I find the staff friendly and helpful so this is not a reflection on them but I will be taking this further as I really feel seriously overcharged. Had I been afforded the opportunity to drive away with the slow puncture in tact and to take it elsewhere I certainly would have but to be presented with this bill after the repair was done without my consent is not acceptable.

A horrible experience. The experience is only smooth until you pay the 250 euros deposit on the Tesla website. After that, it's a torment, a horrible experience, in which you feel forgotten by the company. On August 28, 2022, I purchased a model 3 with a delivery date of September 22. The company did not contact me at any time to arrange car financing. I had to get in touch with them and wait for someone to be willing to send the financing options. I have several unanswered emails, which one of the attendants answered—a complete lack of respect for the customer. If I depended on some tesla employee for the process to go ahead, I would be waiting until now. Today one of the attendants said that my delivery date might be delayed, as the financing has not yet been approved, and I have already bought three cars in Ireland. I have never had any problem with Nissan, for example. All were approved on the same day. Service score 0, Staff score 0, Service score 0. A shame. It will take a long time for tesla to have a good experience. They don't deliver anything they promise.

Felt like an incomplete experience. We have to do research on one of their financial payment offerring, I would have like for them to fully advise on that. However, the car on the other hand is a different story. Absolutely loved being in it, feels like business class on a flight. Model Y

Last month, I made a purchase of a Tesla Model Y, but unfortunately, it was delivered without the valet service I had paid for. To my dismay, the car arrived in a very dirty condition, covered in stickers. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to Tesla through the provided email address, [email protected], requesting a refund for the missing valet service. However, despite numerous attempts, I never received a response from them. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of customer service, and after being consistently ignored by Tesla's delivery team, I have reluctantly decided to give up pursuing the matter further.

What’s the point of adding Local phone number to speak with person in another country , who can’t book the car in for service because it’s in the wife’s name (away on hols) tried online last week but that doesn’t trigger them into action either. Front left suspension bag was repaired last month due to wear ( wasn’t burst, just worn . right side was advised too. wasn’t as bad so didn’t do it total cost over €3k for two . now right side burst, car noticeably tilted. stinks. but I’m not car expect. I wouldn’t buy a Tesla again. The service side is a joke in all dealings and no resale value. buyer beware

The bad review is about the buying experience, not the car itself. Went through a lot in the 6 months I waited to receive my car, communication is horrible and a lot of the times genuinely misleading. I ended up getting my order cancelled for a discount error twice, then chased my refund for weeks, only to end up paying in full for the car in the end. They then applied discounts to the inventory cars just when I was due to collect, so plenty other people ended up paying about 3.5k less for the same car I got. Overall just a hot mess and very frustrating experience, even without the discounts story

Went along with someone to test drive a Tesla 3. I was asked if I’d also like to test drive it and on presentation of my licence that was possible. Staff were relaxed, friendly and informative, so much better than the formal environments of other brands. The drive was unaccompanied which is something most potential buyers prefer. A very positive experience.
