    Flight from Dublin to Rhodes on the 4th of June was delayed over 21 hours. No email or text updates through TUI only Dublin Airport. Got to the gate to be told flight was cancelled to next day, next day flight wasn’t even on the board. No food, drinks or overnight accommodation provided as established in regulation. Filed a claim and got a response saying I will receive a link shortly to receive compensation. It’s been days and no email has been received. Booked a different airline for flight home as no trust in this company, will never fly with them again. Could not get through to anyone on the phone.

    Flight 4th june to majorca from Dublin, no offer of foid for 13 5 hour delay, applied for compensation and told only galf of us will get it (there were 11 of us) and now can't get a reply to emails about them sending the payment, also sent emails re refund for my daughterveho stayed at home after the delay abd no one will even reply to my emails even though she is entitled to a refund as the flight was delayed more than 3 hours ! Very frustrated, thinking of going in to their corporate head office in Dublin and demanding to speak to a manager

    Such poor service from Tui Ireland from start to finish clearly brought on by a lack of resourcing. Seems every single one of their flights is delayed by a minimum of 1.5hrs clearly brought on by the fact that the same staff that completed check in were responsible for conducting gate checks. Check in was a farce in Dublin with it taking 1.5hrs to just check our bags in with no option to drop them off the night before. Simple management and adequate resourcing would solve alot of problems.

    They should not be allowed to trade as a carrier or holiday operator any longer, it's as simple as that. They stole my property. A lady named Angelina who's signature confirms she works within the Directors Office of TUI GROUP advised in an email in September 2022 that TUI found my tablet that was left on board their flight. TUI cabin crew advised on the return flight that TUI would organise it's safe return when we landed. It's been over 16 months and countless hours on the phone, over email left being passed around to dozens of customer reps, reaching out on social media but absolutely no assistance whatsoever. I hand delivered a letter to Ms. Ger Stepleton who is a listed Director of Tui Ireland at their offices in Victoria House on Haddington Road, D4 over a year ago and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. Abysmal company from senior management down so not surprising that their Customer Service dept. are unable or unwilling to provide any kind of service to customers. TUI stole my property, a tablet that has photos of our first born from January of this 2022 and other irreplaceable documents that can never be recovered. The tablet had been registering under "find my Samsung device" until recently, now its disappeared. Its been wiped and being used by someone in TUI who stole it from onboard the aircraft. The fact that I have written confirmation from the Directors Office of TUI Group confirming they found my property but won't have it returned is so frustrating. Horrible lousy "family" company who deserve every negative review they receive. A company that promotes themselves as a family holiday operator yet they have no issue in treating customers like this. NEVER AGAIN!

    Back over a week ago from a holiday in Tenerife with TUI. They lost my luggage on the return flight and it has still not been found (claim is: BYSMI/183316). Their customer service post holiday is non existent. I eventually got through to someone in the UK after numerous attempts but she was next to useless, just stating they have 35 days in which to find my luggage. No compensation for the items I need to replace in the meantime. I will never book with TUI again and advise anyone who is considering it not to either. Very quick to take your money however no help whatsoever if anything goes wrong.

    I rang yesterday morning and I got to talk to Dave farrell. We needed to fly home from palma he said he would get one of the girls in the call center to ring me back. And with in about 2 minutes. Niamh from TUI rang me back and got me and my wife on a flight last night. I would like to say a big thank you to both niamh and Dave for getting us back in a hurry. I would recommend TUI everyone.

    We used Tui holiday villages for at least 10 years, travelling to Mallorca, Greece , Portugal, costa del sol, This year we booked Turkey directly through the Mahon Point office in Cork, TUI obviously had all of our details, however when we turned up at the airport, with the 4 family members checked in online, I was refused travel as my passport had 5 months left on it. My family were devastated, TUI had used Ryanair as the carrier! Later that day I spent €700 with Turkish Airlines and made my own way out to the resort! TUI have distanced themselves completely from the matter and are refusing to compensate me for my journey! As a travel agent/Holiday package I have to say I am unhappy with this company, you will Not have the support you need or when you require when selecting a tour operator! People look for certainty when selecting a travel company, in my experience this is not a company I can recommend!! Booking no 15425925

    13.5 hour delay in 4th June from Dublin to Majorca. Not one correspondence from TUI - no email, text or message. No vouchers for food or drink - they even charged us for same when we eventually did get on the plane. Lost full day of holiday and only hoping we can get home.

    After having an amazing TUI all inclusive holiday in 2018 I decided to book my next holiday through TUI again. I visited the Talbot Street, Dublin branch & sat down with Georgina who was very friendly, patient & informative. I had a long list of wishes for my holiday & Georgina worked to ensure they were all checked off. I was so so happy with the destination & Hotel that she suggested that I booked it then and there. I highly recommend booking your holiday with TUI as they have something for every budget & everyone.

    Got an email that the dates of our holiday had been changed without even asking us. Ruined the holiday as the other group we were going with we on different dates. Not even an apology. Unprofessional would never book with them again

    Following a disastrous trip, on 21st May 2022. we were promised a full refund and 5% of our holiday price by the rep at the hotel before we left. When we emailed for an update on when we would receive our money we were assigned another Rep, who investigated and gave us the above reference number for our complaint and on 9th June, IN WRITING, confirmed that we would receive the full refund of the trip Β£198 and 5% of our holiday price and that he would contact us the next day to confirm when we would receive the money. Since that date he has ignored all of our emails, we have rang, tweeted and emailed every email address that we have been given but NO ONE is reading them, they just send a bog standard reply which ignores the fact that you have yet to compensate us. We have even filled in the form provided to send a complaint but nothing. We are just told to contact another section. We are beyond angry and upset by the treatment you are giving us. Absolutely shocking customer service. 60 emails so far!!!

    We (the husband and myself) were in Colon 2 apartments in Tenerife in Sept '23 had a great holiday, I would especially like to thank your/our TUI rep Lucas for all his help with our holiday he was very helpful and such a nice guy couldn't have looked for any one better.     Just suggestion. When your staff take up positions at checking in desk if they could acknowledge the people in queue and say maybe we will be with you in 10 minutes instead of ignoring everyone. No signs or information at Dublin area 14.

    Just travelled package deal with TUI. A fantastic experience. From booking office right through to check-in, fligh on time , transfer done quickly and efficiently. Staff on flight from Gran Canaria to Dublin last night 16/jan were friendly effecient and professional. Tank you TUI

    Just back from Alcudia and we weren’t expecting much given all the negative reviews, but I have to say from start to finish the Tui reps were fantastic, from check in at Dublin Airport to presence at the hotel and a hassle free checkin in Palma Airport. The only thing that let the holiday down was the organisation in Dublin airport which had absolutely nothing to do with Tui. Well Done Tui, we will be booking with you again!

    Can I just start off by saying tui have been getting alot of bad press lately so I'd like to post something positive. Thank you so much for a great holiday but more importantly I would like to really thank the two sets of cabin crew who where on the Dublin to Palma flights on the 13th and 20th of June. They really were amazing and went way above and beyond for me, I have been suffering for anxiety and panic attacks for about two years now from 2 bad experiences while flying. This was my first trip away and was really worked up about it and got myself in a bit of a state before boarding even after taking a couple of tablets. I even went as far as asking a crew member could I get off before the doors closed and she was amazing and took it in her stride and told me I didn't want to do that and I was to come down the back of the plane and just relax, chatted away to me and took my mind off everything and what was even more amazing was the return flight it was a different crew but one crew member had texted them the night before and asked them to look after me and again chatted away and showed me some breathing exercises and the whole experience was just fabulous. The flight crews you have are the best around and I would appreciate if you could send my many many thanks the the wonderful ladies involved on both flights if possible. Dave

    We recently had to cancel our Christmas holiday and from start to finish everyone at TUI Ireland were so nice understanding and professional we have rebooked and recieved our refund all in 1 day thanks Rebecca, Gretta and Natalie TUI has restored my faith in Booking with a travel agent it has been such an easy process well done

    I probably should give them 0 stars. Avoid at any cost. Since July I'm e-mailing them to get some explanation about cancelled flight (they don't even bother to acknowledge my e-mail) - Disgrace!!!! Very bad customer services! Also, paid for all party 4000 euro and meant to have 4% cash back - FORGET!!!! After all that time still nothing! Not worth the money!

    I recently contacted Tui customer service and spoke to a lady called Greta. I just want to say a huge thank you to her. Lovely lady, and very helpful. She sorted my problem out very quickly and could not have been nicer!. I have travelled with Tui for a number of years now, and I am a very happy customer!. Well done Tui travel!
