    I booked a weekend sports break to which I never received some of my relevant tickets and as a result could not avail of what I had paid for , as a result I am now almost 2 weeks waiting for an outcome , I would never recommend them to anyone , totally unprofessional from start to finish .

    Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They wont call you back, they wont return emails. Once they get your money they don't care. Do not book with these cowboys Avoid.

    The website is pathetic, no choice allowed in searching all of Italy, you have to choose a specific area, crazy. You are advertising cheap holidays in Croatia, when searched for june, nothing available.

    Booked a football trip for Manchester and got over charged for a terrible hotel with faulty doors and it was freezing cold over priced and no satisfaction when given feedback as there was no one available at the hotel the times we checked and we had lots of plans for our time in manchester we didnt want to waste time trying to rectify this ! Got a typical computer says no response can't say I'll use cassidy travel again disgrace!!!I'd like them to know that the fact there using covid and the fact other customers where happy as a response is a joke and just says they don't care about one person's experience once they get away with ripping multiple off 😑800 euro for a trip 100 pound for the accommodation ??700 for the match tickets ??keep your money guys 🙈

    Stay well away!! We booked months ago for the Belgium Gran Prix for August 30th for 3 nights and a 3 day pass. From the word go it was a nightmare! We had to manually check in at Dublin airport T2 at 5.15 am. We were delayed and just made the flight because Cassidy Travel had double booked our flights! That’s not all, we had paid Cassidy Travel for flights, accommodation, transfers and Gran Prix tickets, only to arrive in Brussels airport, meet our taxi driver and got dropped to the hotel at 11am. We queued for check in only to be informed that we were not booked at that hotel but the taxi transfer paperwork was for that address. The taxi company refused to collect and transfer us to the correct hotel as Cassidy Travel has made a mistake. We had been booked into another hotel for 2 nights for myself and 3 nights for my wife??? We contacted Cassidy Travel straight away whilst in the hotel lobby from Belgium only to be told that we will be contacted back in 5 minutes, 15 minutes later I had to phone Cassidy Travel to find out what was going on, to be told to ‘ just get a taxi and keep the receipt!’ We missed the opening day of the Gran Prix due to this ridiculous scenario. Cassidy Travel Liffey Valley and Liffey Street have still not resolved and explained the total mess of the booking but keep promising to call back but don’t or the familiar excuse ‘ we are waiting for head office ‘ This was the first time we have used Cassidy Travel and will never use again!! We would definitely recommend using Travel Republic for short breaks and TUI for holidays!

    We wanted to support Irish travel agent for our 3 week honeymoon in Bali so we went with Cassidy travel instead of a honeymoon specialist agency. We explicitly requested 5 star quality accommodation for our honeymoon in Bali in every location and paid for the same (€8750) so we expected the very best of the best. We were totally appalled at the majority of the accommodation booked for us and had to complain to several agents over the course of the 3 weeks. The agent booked us into a hotel on Gili T which was a literal building site and so far away from the main strip and action. In response, we were told it was the standard of accommodation on this particular Gili island. This was definitely not the case as we had to walk past absolutely amazing hotels on the way back to the dive we were booked into every day. Our room was looking out on sewer pipes and rubble and the resort manager told us that they were rebuilding the hotel after a storm. We sent pictures of the awful accommodation and were not even refunded or discounted for our horrible experience. Terribly disappointing experience.

    Bought the "category A" tickets for the Ireland south Africa game. Tickets were changed from from the premium 300€ tickets to tickets in the upper upper tier,which aren't worth that price. Not only that we were never notified of the ticket change due to "ticket allocations by world rugby" ,which we were never notified of. Overall the experience is a bit sour having essentially overpaid 700 for basic tickets, and the flight information being incorrect and being resent multiple times. No fault of the customer service reps in Stephens green as the tickets/flights were booked by the "sports department" but we're unable to reach them by phone any of the 5 times we went in to resolve this the last 2 weeks. Very poor experience from this "sports department".

    I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Chasing them for refunds over cancelled holidays. Disingenuous emails. Do yourself a favour and find a different travel agent.

    My wife went into cassidys Stephens Green and tried to book Disney land Paris and staff were rude and took her number and did ring back till the next day. this company does not want to deal with small bookings

    It's a travel agency for all your travelling needs with experience staff with Great attention to detail for your travelling holiday needs and wants.Give them and call.They be only to happy to help you out.Plus they have some great travel locations across the globe thats just right for You And just right for your pocket.Give them a call they'll be help to help you build your dream holiday.When your ready to go.

    Attended a wedding expo in September where Cassidys were main travel sponsor. Little to no information or brochures. Gave our details to one of the staff to contact us about our honeymoon, was told it'd be the following Tuesday. No contact in 6 weeks. Going with another travel operator we met that day who followed up with us.

    1 incompetent staff member gave inaccurate information. That information could have cost us our holiday. When I enquired about the method he told me to follow and the instruction in the email from Cassidy Travel, he refused to speak with me. Not a great customer agent, if he can't talk/discuss things with customers, in my view!

    STAY AWAY FROM CASSIDY TRAVEL !!! Where do I start , I booked a holiday for my partners 40th last year , Bali and Istanbul they had no clue of the rules and regulations of each county or what visas were needed for each county we travelled to , as a travel agent they should know and advise use of the rules when covid was still with us , there transfer service from Istanbul airprot to our hotel didn’t turn up costing me more money when I had paid for them to sort out transfers , upon our return to the airprot the car service was 30 mins late picking us up , when we arrived to Istanbul airprot to travel to Bali we were refused travel because we required pcr , we were told by Cassidy “a travel agent “that we didn’t need one (lies ) if our driver that Cassidy had booked for us had of turned up on time we would of made the airport testing area and made our flight , due to Cassidy incompetence it cost us an extra €2000 for new flights meaning we missed a day in Bali . When trying to call Cassidy travel as we where stuck in Istanbul airprot no surprise no one was answering the phone . These guys are totally useless in their line of work . When they eventually got back to me after numerous calls emails and messages when we got back to Ireland they didn’t care at all and wouldn’t help me in any way possible in total I’m out of pocket for €2500 due to their incompetence and not giving a dam . I’ll never use these again even if it’s a simple trip to the uk . STAY AWAY !!!!!!

    Cassidy Travel Swords absolute dire customer service. Last June 2022 paid €6700 for 4 people to Lanzarote at Christmas and she booked us into a hotel that had been closed for a year with a re-opening date for May 2023. She only realised her error when we went to pick up our tickets 8 days beforehand. She gave 2 alternatives 1 in a different town and the other with downgraded rooms. Railroaded us into taking the downgraded rooms hotel as nothing else she could do. She tried to claim we were getting the all-inclusive as an upgrade but we actually paid for it as booking that hotel for 4 with all-inclusive at the same time was €6647. Told her this she said stick it all in an email and when we are back she would sort out the lack of upgrade and downgraded rooms. I also ended paying €300 on car rental the hotel was that far from the town. Numerous emails and phone calls on our return this so called manager has not responded once but passes it off to customer service to deal with who send a letter saying how hard it is for the travel industry at the moment. DO NOT book with Cassidy travel you are paying a premium for their service but when they mess up you are literally on your own. They will reply with some ridiculous version they tried to help but they did absolutely nothing to make up for their errors also including the manager in head office in that.They will also blame everything on TUI even though Cassidy Travel Swords recommended, booked and took our money. They are particularly rude and bullying when trying to sort out their mess.

    we booked with Cassidy travel for a trip to New York and then a follow up to Chicago, we got a message at 3:30 am to say the flight was cancelled, there telephone numbers we tried to ring there was one on the other end of there emergency No. to answer our enquiry, no help at all

    Very noisy staff member made it almost impossible to hear what we were being told. Never got back to us by email as promised. They don't appear to be interested in selling holidays.

    After a long year of Covid and constantly calling Cassidy travel agent in relation to a Sixth year holiday in Magaluf, they only would extend a credit note and gave us no option to a cash refund even though we couldn't even travel. Cassidy travel call this a gesture of goodwill. A gesture of goodwill is wat every other company we booked with for flights etc done and is refund us. After a hard year where students going into college cant find jobs and now have to pay for college the least this company could do is extend our credit not and not steal 200 euro off 33 students!

    I rang up to enquire about Gdansk in Poland and the girl said "is Gdansk the hotel" plus I find them more expensive than other travel agents. Plus good luck on when you will receive your email with holiday prices. Go elsewhere
