Terrible experience, apparently staff was trained to comment about their customers in a not polite way...I quote the girl who can't deal with stress at work, behind the till, "If only murder can be legal " Beautiful, i will for sure come to Hollister soon and enjoy that atmosphere .

Surprisingly good value and really good menswear. Definitely worth a visit when in Dundrum.

Thanks for screwing up my daughters christmas presents. I spend a lot of money in that store, not any more. 10 days now, and still no sign of it. I was GUARANTEED this would not happen in the shop . Actively looking at alternatives to this brand (there are many). DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!

Beautiful store with great variety of high quality and good value clothes. I’m removing 1 star because of the changing rooms situation. It’s absolutely ridiculous and add a lot of unnecessary stress to the shopping experience. Even when fitting rooms are vacant, the staff need to open/lock them every time someone wants to try new clothes.

The staff all seemed lovely, and I noticed that their interactions with other people was super polite. As per with Hollister though, it's super dark, meaning it's hard to see in there, and therefore you can't judge colours properly. This Hollister is also pretty small, so it's hard to find a good range in here, but they did what they could with a small space.

Rude Manager. Full Stop. I asked for a plain white hoodie I could wear to my weekly meeting and I was forcibly removed from the store when I complained the hoodie wasn't Klanny enough; now my bretherin in the klub will kick me out - thanks a lot hollister! (or should I say hollicauster). However they did have amazing swimwear to chose from.

Not Plus Size friendly! Hollister is trying to be more open to bigger sizes, seem like the employees don't know about that. Went in to the shop and asked an employee if they have the plus size collection in stores. He didn't know what I'm talking about. I was trying to explain to him, that there's bigger sizes online and I'm trying to look for some items in the store. After we looked on the size chart together, he said " Oh your looking for the plus, PLUS size Collection!" No sir I'm looking for a brand that doesn't shame there customers. Seems like nothing has changed at hollister! After I told him, that it's not okay to say that to bigger customers, and its only plus size, he said sorry. But when I left he laught with his Co workers about what happened. I'll spend my money elsewhere, thank you.

Served by a lovely staff member called Lucy. She helped me select gifts for my nieces & suggested what size & style they might like.

Poor quality I only had my sweatshirt for couple of days after washing it thread where hanging out of it never shopping here again hollister needs to improve quality in there clothes or they will lose business

The staff is very nice. I went there to change an item that I ordered online. I would recommend to become a member and buy online. As a member it's usually cheaper with many discounts!

Really poor clothing options. They used to have lovely hoodies, tracksuits etc - now they only have trashy looking underwear, some bikinis, and skin-tight tshirts
