Absolutely disgusted with this property. Had a booking for two apartments for 12 people in total. They ring me 3 days before the booking informing me that they wanted €100 security deposit PER PERSON on top of the initial booking fee - so on top of €676 euro they wanted to charge us another €1200 before check in? And it would take between 5-10 business days to return this money?! When I said that I couldn't pay that much they said they'd cancel the booking!! Leaving 12 people without a place to stay.... Outrageous service. Do not recommend.

Firstly I should say the location of the apartments is fantastic, so central and close to everything. Ideally located for restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. However, they could definitely do with a little remodelling. Furniture and décor is bit grubby, verging on haggard in places. Common areas could do with better cleaning.

Internet wasn't working and we expected more of a hotel. These are more like mini apartments and the courtyards leave much to be desired. We relocated but I will say they are in a great spot down in Temple Bar. This rating is also based on American standards. On leaving, Gabi took care of our needs quickly and to our satisfaction so we were very happy with the customer service.

I am sitting in this very apartment as I write this review. I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t think my opinion is that important. But this is by far the worst hotel/living arrangement I have ever experienced. We arrive at four, our room isn’t ready. Once it is ready, there’s only one set of towels after we asked for two twin beds and the double sofa to be made up. I’m also writing this review under the comfort of my effing carhartt jacket because they did not put any accompanying bed sheets, blanket or pillow for the sofa bed. The laminated cabinets and counter top are clearly peeling off. The TV wires and “cable box” are hanging crooked on the wall. The windows have a film of grease and dirt. It really is incredible how horrifying this place is. So if you book here, please enjoy. Use it as a way to humble or keep oneself grounded. What a nice way to be reminded it can always be worse.

Terrible customer service with first receptionist. Other staff seem friendly & helpful. No lounge area to wait. So if you're traveling from abroad, expect to wait out in the street with luggage until your room is ready. We waited nearly 8hrs for ours & traveled from San Francisco. Total travel time before we could rest was 31 hours. (First receptionist new we were waiting outside, you would think she would've told housekeeping to clean our room as soon as previous renters checkout. Check in is 3pm & check out is 11am. We didn't get our room until 345pm. We asked why it took so long. Her answer, "I have no control of how fast housekeeping cleans." We understand, but she could've alerted housekeeping that people are waiting for a certain room....

It's in a great location with a few minutes walk to plenty of amenities. The rooms were tidy and everything functioned well. The receptionist we had was lovely and helped pick out Dublin's sights and attractions. Would definitely use again.

Accepted our booking and took our money but we arrived at the apartment with nobody at reception. We called the number left at reception and the girl told us they couldn't give a room that night and would have the manager call ús back about a refund. The manager never called us and we still haven't got our refund.

We had a great experience with this hotel/apartment! Arrived early expecting to just check luggage, but were pleasantly surprised with not only our room being ready, but they had upgraded us from a 2bdr to the spacious 3bdr on the top floor(#9) which included exclusive access to the rooftop patio & 360° views of the city. Room was clean and had basic amenities--this is not a luxury set up by any means. Great location --15 min walk to Trinity College; 10 min walk to The Brazen Head.
