Beautiful long beach that stretches for miles. It wouldn't be the deepest beach to go swimming, but it is ideal for paddle boarding when the weather isn't too rough. Some nice little coffee shops in Laytown and Bettystown if you are looking for a hot cup the pick you up. Sunrises are amazing here, especially in the autumn/winter.

Absolutely amazing place! Best place to spend a sunny day, with your family and friends- opportunity to eat, drink and snack! 100% YES!

Stunning views everyday, and amazing walks for Miles in every direction. Great place to let the dogs off lead and is kept clean by everyone that uses it. And also it's home to the world's only beach horse racing course which happens August when the tide is out.

A good city escape area, public toilets available, nice view, forms natural pools at evening where water becomes warm.

Beautiful and very peaceful place of course all depends on the weather. Make sure to check out the tide prior to arrival as that dictates of how much walking space is there at the time.

Well done Meath County Council and local people who keep this beach clean and tidy. Great place to walk especially on a sunny morning when you can see the mountains of mourn very clear.

Just around the corner from train station and but stop. Lots of pubs restaurants, coffee shop and take away few minutes walk from the beach. Public toilets, free parking and playground. During low tide long beach. Definitely one of my fav beach in Ireland.

Stunning beach! Specially beautiful around sunset. As a photographer I would say it is one of my favourite locations for couple or family photos.

Day of horse racing which was unique as it was on the beach. Great facility, good family day out. Would highly recommend.
