The App was very helpful in determining when the next bus would come. Live guides. We were on 3 different buses. All of the buses were very clean. The guides were all very friendly, efficient and safe drivers in very busy Dublin traffic. They were all very easy to understand. The tour was only offered in English. The ticket is good for 24 hours. The map on the flyer was also very helpful.

Went in the costal tour to Howth and we had the best tour guide Ross. From start to finish he made us feel so welcome and made us laugh. Thank you so much and Robbie was a great driver too!!!

The tour is useful on two fronts - 1. If your looking to see all the main sights in approximately an hour and a half 2. If you looking for the heads up on where all the places to go and see are so that you can come back later and take them in in more detail. 24 stops in total. I got off at stop 20 for Dublin Zoo and used the tour to see the all the main sights for some instant photography, but it did prove useful later in my trip for getting to other places in the city easier. The free half pint of guinness at Nancy Hands pub is a nice little touch, plus doing the tour currently gets you a buy one meal get the other free deal at local restaurant 'Pacino's'. Definitely value for money.

We wanted to use the bus to see the city of Dublin en take a few stops along the way..but our driver, John, was so funny and so passionate about what he did that we did decide to do the whole tour with him just to listen to him and take the next buses to visit the rest of the city. I would like to personally thank John for what he does because from all the cities I visited with this sort of the buses he is definitely the best and funniest.

I loved it!!! Yes, there is couple of details to improve but it doesn't take back the fact that I did enjoy it and Big Bus Dublin have a great Tours offer and have a really welcoming and friendly Drivers/Guides combination. Ali (Hop-on Hop-off knowledgeable driver), Jerry (Fabolous knowledgeable and fun Coastal driver), Ros (Fun and fresh speaker Night Tour) and Albert (Night Tour driver). 100% Recommended.

Terrible experience today. Paid €58 euros cash for two to the lady advertising, was told there was plenty of room and a bus would be by within 5 minutes as apparently they run every 30 minutes. 45 minutes later a bus came, which was packed and had no seats. Despite 2 buses just passing with space on them and a line up of people waiting they said they did not overbook. Asked for a refund as they couldn't tell us when the next bus would be there and whether or not there would be room on the next bus. Was told refunds were not possible which is strange as it was done by cash and receipt was held. Explained that due to my disability that I’m not able to stand they didn't care, and the employee told me others with kids were waiting without complaining. Incredibly poor customer service. Completely disorganized company. Tried contacting the head office and got no reply.

I give them 3 stars because it is way too expensive for the amount of time spent on these buses. Regarding the service, it is well maintained, though at times there could be gaps in the promised schedule of a bus every 30 minutes. The guide in both buses I was in, was great. It's actually the second time I used this service - to welcome a friend to Dublin. Did the same about two years ago. I'm not sure if the bus route has changed since... Because I remember visiting many more places back then. What I feel is that while the quality of the service remains, what is on offer has been reduced since the reopening.

I took the tour with bigbus and it was fun. The driver was really funny and very informative. If you are short on time then this is the best way to see the major attractions in the city. You can hop on and off any where and it covers most of the good museums and the attractions. The museums are free in Ireland. And if you planning to go into one of the major whisky distilleries then this is bus :->.

Great way to discover Dublin in a few days. Jerry, our guide, was full of energy, told us multiple anecdotes about the different monuments and gave us tipps as well.

Absolutely wonderful tour of the city. Our bus driver was equally awesome and incredibly funny!!!! 🀣🀣🀣🀣. A full loop is about an hour and a 1/2. There are 25 stops and the brochure lays it all out. Definitely a MUST when visiting!!!! Who knew the official color for Ireland is blue (pictured).

Our Tour guide Kevin's presentation was HILARIOUS!! Tons of history in this beautiful city! I really enjoyed my stay. The bus tour was very informative and interesting. I learned so much about Irish history. A highlight for me was seeing the street 2 of my favorite TV series was filmed, Penny Dreadful and Ripper Street.

In Dublin this summer... the Big Bus offers an absolutely gorgeous tour of the city, wonderful views, loved every second.... We adored our top notch guide/driver, Michael, who was really informative in an interesting and appealing way, offered just the right amount of details and included loads of interesting fun facts as well. Besides being very eloquent, kind and professional, Michael has a lovely sense of humour, is witty and entertaining besides being super informative. Great company, couldn't recommend more !

Great way to get your bearings in Dublin City. Drivers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Hop on and off where you want. Two day pass available for maximum benefit. Highly recommended

It was our first trip to Dublin and we felt so overwhelmed not being from the area. The tour guides were so amazing at pointing out what stops to get off at for different attractions. They also clearly stated when the next bus would return to pick us up. We learned so much about the area from the tour guides and they made it really fun! We also got some great local deals with our tour tickets. They really made us feel welcome and we enjoyed talking with the driver and the tour guide. We will definitely be taking a big bus tour in the next big city we visit!

The only way to see Dublin City..Jump on board and let the driver/guide transport you back into the world of Oscar Wilde James Joyce and Jonathan Swift...

Best way to see Dublin. Worth every cent and highly recommended especially if you're time limited and want to do and see as much as possible in a day. Staff were very kind and understanding. During the wait for the next bus, staff offered for us to sit on the top deck and take some photos on the display bus. Thank you Big Bus Dublin 😍 will recommend to everyone I know.

We had a great time in the bus, especially with guides Alan and Brian who were brilliant. My wheelchair was accommodated and I rode for free, the stops were easy to find and if you download the app it's very helpful. The only disappointment was that there is a long wait at stop one when changing over buses which was not explained when buying tickets and getting on at stop 7.

Incredible !!! We did the coastal tour , 40 min drive to the cliffs and then to the small village of Howth. During the stops you have time to explore the locations and take some nice pictures and eat something. Our tour guide Robbie and he was amazing and also very funny. Well deserved 5 stars review! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» By the way we used our Dublin pass from Go City

Ger the driver was absolutely first class-humour, historical accuracy woven in with safe driving and spotting changes with diff museums being open or not. Dublin has not lost its real people. Thank you Big Bus Tours for a fab day out with my family.

Our group toured with John Dunn today and we enjoyed it thoroughly. He gave us a lot of good information interspersed with humor. Another thing we really appreciated was his excellent speaking voice. Coming from the USA accents can be a challenge (both ways) but John was very clear. We were on the hop on hop off bus.

The best big bus driver ever, goes to Tony Perrine , night sight seeing driver for going above & beyond in helping us , 2 lost souls from California. 1 M stars goes to him, he was our angel on 7/10/2022.!!!

Have NOT been on the bus tour, yet. What stands out ABOVE ALL is the fact that the owner only posts public comments on the positive reviews. Seems as though he's not interested in constructive criticism, improvements or suggestions for better customer service in the future.

I had the best experience of a life joining the Big Bus night tour yesterday 7/10/2022 with driver Tony Perrin. A very kind hearted person with the BIGGEST SMILE! He went all the way to make sure me and my friend get to our destination even it’s not part of his night tour shift.

Great tour of the city, commentary by Anne was engaging and humorous, we enjoyed the flexibility of hopping on and off, buses were frequent and had plenty of space.

Lovely time on the bus in October 2021. I loved the fantastic tour around especially the man who was singing which I forgot the name unfortunately. He was fantastic! Made us have a good laugh and all the info given from him all stayed in our minds with a great smile coming with them. Thanks a lot for the great experience! 5 out of 5 deserved!

We usually do the hop on hop off bus tour the first time we arrive someplace new but this time we did it on our last day. Purchased our tickets from bus employees at 11 am on a Sunday. Super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed riding one loop before hopping off at Trinity College. The bus was on time, clean and ran frequently. Would highly recommend this company. Download their app for more details and track bus locations.

It was great going around the city on a hop-on hop-off bus. Commentry was in English and they explain the history of their rich heritage. Friendly people around. Enjoyed the tour. Thanks to big bus team

I would strongly recommend using the Big Bus tours to explore Dublin!! So easy to get around and the drivers are amazing. It says they run every 20/30 min but at big stops such as Guinness storehouse the buses comes a lot more frequently and there is always seats. You get a free pint of Guinness as well at one of the pubs and 2 for 1 meals in some restaurants. Perfect way to explore and enjoy Dublin
