I love the location of this particular Butlers Chocolate shop because it's in front of my favourite park in Dublin. Staff is really nice and always friendly. Unfortunately, it happened many times they run out of ice for iced drinks :( I understand it's not the staff's problem but the place is really central and this issue should be solved since it happens quite often.
