Nice
venue,
mediocre
food
experience.
This
is
my
2nd
time
eating
in
Lark
and
both
times
I
have
not
been
impressed
by
food.
The
first
time
I
thought
it
was
because
of
what
I
chose,
a
salad,
which
is
not
particularly
tasty
to
start
with.
This
time
I
ordered
a
full
Irish
as
I
woke
up
wanting
something
hearty
to
prepare
for
a
trip.
We
were
welcome
gently
and
brought
in
a
small
adjacent
room.
The
setup
was
lovely
until
a
group
arrived.
The
acoustic
of
the
place
are
not
particularly
good
and
we
struggled
to
understand
each
other.
No
particular
problem
as
the
coffee
was
pretty
good.
Unfortunately
the
waiting
time
for
ordering
first
and
getting
food
delivered
later
was
just
too
long.
My
coffee
managed
to
get
cold
by
the
time
I
got
the
food.
And
what
an
unpleasant
surprise
to
start
with
a
bite
of
scrambled
eggs
just
to
find
them
plain
cold.
I
quickly
checked
the
other
parts
of
my
breakfast
and
noticed
they
were
arriving
at
different
levels
of
warmth.
I
asked
for
eggs
to
be
replaced.
A
waitress
immediately
took
care
of
that..
but
again
the
waiting
time
was
too
long
and
so
I
got
my
new
set
of
eggs
when
I
had
already
eaten
2/3
of
my
breakfast.
The
sausages
were
tasty
but
the
bacon
not
so
much
and
I
found
it
dry.
The
black
pudding
didn't
look
(or
taste)
as
something
particularly
fresh
or
premium.
The
bread
was
toasted
but
not
warm.
The
tomato
was
really
good,
but
also
not
was
the
item
I
counting
the
most
on.
When
the
new
set
of
eggs
arrived
they
tasted
different
from
the
first
ones
and
in
general
not
particularly
tasty
even
if
I
added
salt
&
pepper.
I
also
don't
like
when
scrambled
eggs
are
overcooked
like
the
ones
I
got
served
(aware
of
course
that
this
depends
from
my
particular
taste).
As
food
is
becoming
the
opposite
of
cheap,
I
would
expect
more
care
&
precision.
Taste
is
debatable,
an
Irish
being
served
cold
not
so
much.
